I experience with the Will Call desk was fantastic. The employee running the desk was helpful, polite and very professional. My overall experience with Metal Sales was very positive and I didnt see any areas of concern. In fact, while I was standing at the desk and the normal employee was finding my invoice, at least 3 other employees came up to ask if I was being helped.

I dont normally review places but this was the worst supply shop experience Ive ever had. The only reason they get 2 stars and not 1 is the woman in the front office was kind. If there is another option you have go there. The labors are worthlesstill and the system they have for will call is poor.

Im surprised at the number of negative comments. I have made purchases from them since nearly when they opened and have always had a good experience. A couple weeks ago I thought things were going bad when I showed up at 11:30 am on the first day of inventory days. I was told by Stockyards lumber, where I order the material that MS would be open until noon, so got there in plenty of time, only to find a sign on the door, closed at 11 for inventory. Bummer! I told the lady putting up the signs that I was told they would be closing at noon. She asked what my order was for and then told one of the guys loading to go ahead and find my order and put it on the truck for me. Another guy showed up from Wyoming and he was also helped. Everyone there seemed helpful and acted like they cared about the customers. Just my two cents.

I just needed one bag of screws to finish a job from which I had made a purchase of significance from MDM Corp. The will call window places small orders at the back of the line. It took over an hour to get one bag of screws on account.

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! I have never had a company treat me so poorly and consistently get orders wrong over and over. Which is unfortunate for them because I buy over $150,000 worth of metal per year! They have lost my business forever this time!! NEVER GOING BACK!!

Worst customer service of any company that I have ever done business with. Ist order,wrong size,2nd order crated, still both panels dahed in crate. For what they charge to crate, no excuse.

Worst company ever. Poor follow through, unmet expectations. They will never be getting my business or my distributors business again.

Dont recommend for truckers, uncooperative.

Everyone in the industry knows they are the worst!
