Installed my crash cage and subcage same day. Had many shops say they would put on my equipment, then they got scared away when they found out theyd have to cut my plastics.Brian was very quick and efficient qt getting the job done. He was able to install everything with minimal alterations to my bikes plastics and it looks great!

Worst customer service ever. They had my bike for three months, it ran before I took it in gad them just do a carburetor cleaning now it won’t run and they can’t figure out what they did. Every time I’d try to call I’d be on hold for 10 minutes or longer and they never have any information to give me. I finally gave up on them and took my bike back. They didn’t even clean off all of they’re greasy fingerprints off my plastic I had to do it. Worst mechanics and customer service ever.

Nick, one of employees, spotted me on the side of the road dealing with a front tire puncture. He stopped to help and made a call to the shop to confirm they had a tire available. After I plugged the tire, Nick led me to the shop and the bike was taken in immediately and the tire replaced. Great service!

Ordered a Shinko 777 for my 83 wing. Tire was defective. Jeff ordered a Dunlop, came in two days, mounted and balanced. Test ride, excellent. Five stars! Runs out perfect on I-5.

Awesome place to shop, staff are really friendly and honest if they dont know something they will be up front and offer to help look it up. They have a pretty nice product selection as well.

I placed an order with them early this week. I was told they would be here by Friday and here it is Saturday and they told me they are not here when I specifically told them I have plans to put them in Sunday. Im not getting huffy they are not here yet. Im mad they lied to me. Instead of saying hey its gonna take more time for them to arrive that would have been ok. But they lied and told me no worries they will be here by then so I wouldnt call around to see if I could get them on time. How am I supposed to trust your business if you lie to your customers instead of being truthful.

So great! I got a flat tire for the first time on my motorcycle just north of Castle Rock, and was able to limp to Castle Rock Motosport (in Longview). I got there a half hour before they were going to close, and they were in the middle of working on another bike. These guys did me a huge solid and stayed late on one of the first nice Saturdays of the year to get on a new tire. Not only were they super friendly and quick, but also at a very reasonable price, cheaper than the shop I normally go to where I live in Oregon. Cant thank these guys enough! They rock!

Brought in a tire and wheel at 11am on Saturday, told me they could get it done before close, then told me they would be there until 3pm. Showed up at 2:10 to check on it and they all closed without calling to let me know- now I have to wait until Tuesday to be able to ride to work and my Dr in Vancouver.1star correction:They called me like 20min after this review and said its done, the doors were locked and they had the music up 🤣🤣

Absolutely amazing, so funny and beyond kind!

Theyve had one of our motorcycles for over a year. Dont answer our phone calls and when we go in they say theyve been busy and some guys came in sick. We did tell them no rush as its a secondary bike of ours but that doesnt mean a year full of excuses. We have already paid as well...at least for the tires. They were putting new tires on and to find out the source of an electrical issue.Very disappointed.

Had a dead battery at a rest area outside of Castle Rock. I managed to get the bike to Castle Rock Motorsports and Jeff tested the motorcycles electrical system tightened a few things and got me on my way. Very thankful they were close by and open. Very friendly and helpful.

I took my bike in to have some carberator work done. I was told many times that it was being worked on. A month later I had had enough. Still not fixed. Loaded it on the trailer and took it elsewhere. Poor service dept. Ask to look at their shop before you request repairs!

We went in originally hoping to purchase a Leatt chest protector but they didn’t cary them and ordered an EVS. But they went above and beyond and to our surprise we ended up with a Leatt!!! Awesome local mx shop. Good selection of parts and accessories and fair prices. They can get just about anything with in a few days.

Tell me a part will be there for certain the next day, end up being the next day and then the next day and then the next day. They have done this with my tires, took almost two weeks to put a tire on a rim. and now my gaskets if I wanted to wait a week to two weeks I would have just ordered it online. Don’t take their word for date of arrival.

Need prices on items.

They cant get any thing done right the first time and any thing they do takes mouths. well they finally said it was ready after having it for 6 months started as replace my timing chains well when I got it there was chain slap in the moter case. I gave them the chance to fix it and they tryed I also had them redo the carbs and rejet for my cut pips well it is now july4 and I am broke down in woodland with the timing off again.

Not only were they able to squeeze me in for a quick emergency tire change, they got the job done quickly and for a great price. My bike wouldnt shift at all and at a loss I called up CR Motorsports to see what they could do.They easily worked around my schedule to pick up my bike, got my issue fixed, didnt cost an arm and leg, and Jeff was extremely friendly.They take a bit of time but thats to be expected of any small indie.Thanks guys!

I would not recommend them at all, he had our son bike sense last August 2017 it’s not end of April 2018 nothing is fixed on it, we have already paid total of 420 dollars for me to take it to a REAL machanic just for them to tell me that castle rock motor sports has done so much damage to it that it’s not worth fixing! So thank you for making our son not have a bike!!!
