I know a person very closely that has done business here. So Im leaving this review based on what they have dealt with. They even asked me to call for them since they were busy working so I did. No call back. Told would have awning up in 4-6 weeks and going on past 8 weeks. I called and left a message did not call me back so called back 2 hrs later and they were closed. So left for the day without feeling the need to call back. Do not call you when they dont expect to meet goal- you have to call and follow up to make sure they do there job. To anyone needing an awning you would probably get it faster going all the way to Dallas or prob even California!
Still appalled at how they treat their customers. I suppose when you have a monopoly you dont have to be too concerned about customer service.Zero communication except when they want their money. I had to contact them to find out that the installation would be pushed back another week at least three times (do not expect them to follow through with their initial timeline.)Instead of taking responsibility and apologizing for their downfalls, they speak to you with the attitude of a 13 year old and make no attempt at being professional business people. I have spoken with several other business owners who have used Texas Awning, and they too are very unimpressed. You better believe I will pay whatever it takes for an out of town company to handle any of my future awning needs. I will never pay TA&C another dime of my money.
