Weve been sending our guys and trucks here several times a year for over a decade. We got turned away today because we arent a big enough commercial outfit with a dump truck. We are a licensed outfit with a CB radio and have been trained by them on how to drive the yard, etc. Our trailer holds one full scoop. Scoop, dump, away we go. Easy peasy. Weve never had any issues. It would have been nice to have been told this on the phone when I called in this morning, or given a heads up last time we got bark which was just a couple months ago or so rather than send my guy to to the yard, hitch up the trailer, and drive it all the way across town. Now were out the time and money and have to start paying literally double next time we get bark. We arent retail like they claimed. Im not sure they can legally turn us away.

It would probably be better to keep your political views separate from your business.

Longview location has very good customer service specially Bruce in Dispatch. Has material available in large quantities for commercial jobs and can dispatch to other locations quickly.
