This was my first time in the store. A friend and I were in there looking at wigs. TC was VERY helpful and very patient with us as we asked questions and tried on wigs. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely be back!

The store was a disaster. I couldnt browse without being followed and constantly asked what I wanted. I was very uncomfortable and couldnt wait to leave. Wont be back.

She kicked my friend and I out for taking too long. We were in there 10 min looking for special event stuff and the lady lashed out for no apparent reason. She called us a “security hazard” and said get out.If you see this, hey ma’am, don’t be so mean. People aren’t so bad. Making assumptions like that was hurtful to us and your businesses. I hope you brighten up some!

I had an extremely horrible experience that this store. My boyfriend and I came to buy a few things because he had previously gotten me gifts from here and said it was really nice. We came in and started looking around. I made sure not to open anything that wasnt a tester. My boyfriend was pacing because we had been shopping all day so his back hurt which was no business of her yet she commented and told him to calm down. We thought she was joking. So I kept looking. I picked out some eye liner and was looking at there concealer when all of a sudden she said our time was up. Again thought she was joking but then she started going on about how we were just walking around opening stuff (which was very untrue). My boyfriend told her we werent and that we were paying costumers which she responded with I have the right to refuse service to anyone. Yes I know this is true so we left the building. I was upset and crying when he went to go see if he could get a better understanding of why she kicked us out. She then made snide comments and continues to be extremely rude. We left of course but she had no good reason to kick us out. The service was rude and very judgmental. I would not recommend going here because you may be kicked out for looking to long. Either way she lost paying customers and I refuse to ever return here again.

They seem a bit overpriced, customer service was okay.
