We have had it in our business and it was great for the first couple months. THEN it started leaking. There was water all over the floor. I called on 12/30 and reported it and the woman who answered said someone would be out the next day. No one showed up on 12/31. So i called again on 12/31. They said they would call me back. No call. Called AGAIN on 1/1 and a guy from the warehouse answered and said no one was in office and he would call me and he took my number down and then i heard NOTHING. Called AGAIN 1/4 and told them about what was happening. You would think with it leaking water they would have been concerned about someone falling or it causing US water damage. Still nothing. she said she would look into it. So today comes 1/5 I call and was told she would look into it. FINALLY now at 12:30 a tech comes in. This is not okay. If you know your machine is leaking and you do not come out it makes you look bad. We love having it here but really want to have better service.

Wonderful staff...great products

This company is so disorganized. I have to call them every week to let them know we run out of drinks. If you have a machine in a business, wouldnt you want it making money. Well hello... if it is out you are not making a dime.
