Guy giving the estimate was a bit rude or possibly he has trouble CONTROLLING THE VOLUME OF HIS VOICE. Other workers seemed nice but we went elsewhere.

I went for an oil change on 8/22/21, and they displayed on the receipt that they checked the fluids too, including transmission and power steering fluid, a week later I get a wrench light pop up in the dashboard, take it to my mechanic and he calls later that they filled the transmission with gear oil 90-w and that the power steering Reservoir was empty, so my mechanic said today that I’m gonna end up needing a new transmission because of what jiffy lube did putting the wrong fluid in, my car has been reliable without any major problems for over 10 years until now.BE WARNED

They do more than just oil changes.

They were professional and the estimated time was accurate, needed a head light bulb changed before work and was able to get done and be on time for work!

I go here when ever I need a oil change because I really feel the employees are really nice men and good at there jobs. Teamwork is what these men possess and that can be difficult with different people and personalities.Customer service is awesome and the fellows are very informative. This Jiffy Lube is the place I always go to. The employees are polite, knowledgeable and professional. They get you in and out of there as quickly as possible. They are always more than willing to top off my oil between oil changes without giving me attitude. As long as I’m living in this area, they will always be the one to service my car. When I get my car serviced its usually with jiffy. They have great customer service and the price wasnt horrible maybe a little prices but they did an excellent job.

I usually change my own oil when my 93 Jeep was running.But with the Camry being so low and it being winter I have had it serviced twice since I purchased It.Friendly service and Raidier gets his happy car ride.Maybe when weather warms up Ill get my ramps our and change my own.I believe in synthetic oil and the best filter you can buy.Wix filters are good .You need to take good care if your transportation just as everyone should take great care of of their health.Recieved good service.

I no longer go here, and I used to be a long time customer, too. They used to be very professional, and I could trust them....NOT ANYMORE! I finally switched to someone else, as everytime I came they would lie to me about something is wrong with my car. Everytime I came, I could tell it was all about upcharge me somehow, someway. I finally called out one of them, on their bull***t, and he lied to my face, and said it must have been a mistake, yeah right! Never again will I go back. I had been watching this downward spiral for awhile, and finally had enough. Jiffy Lube is not a professional place anymore, and hasnt been for awhile. Its all about profit, and they dont care about you anymore.

Really suspecting that semi synthetic was used instead of full synthetic. The last time my vehicle ran this bad I was running semi synthetic and smooth as a whistle with full synthetic the last 2 oil changes...i PAID for full synthetic but I BELEIVE I got ripped off..

Two cars arrive at the same time. One car goes to lunch, the other car stays in the the hot bay. Which car do you think jiffy lube does first? The car that has gone to lunch with no concern for how long it takes for their oil to be changed or the car sitting in the blistering heat waiting for an oil change? If you picked the second one you might be a 15th Ave jiffy lube customer.

My last visit here was for an oil change. I supplied my own oil and filter due to my preferences. The employees worked quickly and were professional. I typically do not like going to these places due to the pressure they put on extra sales even when instructed to only perform a single service. This visit was an exception.

My girlfriend took her car in 7/20/2019 to get an oil change, waited 15 minutes to get into garage stall. 5 employees yet we waited. I asked if they would be getting to us soon and was told they could guide us out. We left without oil change and very upset and unsatisfied. I thought that they missrepresented the name Jiffy Lube. I called to get a price on the phone, and they said it would be $86.99 plus tax. I gave them the make and model so that I could get an accurate price. They charged me $130 and when I told them what I had been quoted the manager said he would give me a refund after he talked to his boss. He also said that his boss would call my husband. HE LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING!! Jeremy said that he would fix the chip in my windshield and ended up breaking the windshield. Now I have to pay another $270 to replace the windshield! Their word isnt even worth $33!!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Went to Jiffy Lube today for a full service of my car before a long road trip. The techs were very knowledgeable and helpful and suggested what services I would need and helped it to fit into my budget. But when they went to rotate my tires they noticed that all the tires have nails and bits of metal in them and are in a dangerous condition. The tech brought me into the bay to show me he wasnt just trying to up sell me on tires, you could actually see the problems with the tires. I was a little distraught because I thought I couldnt afford new tires at the time, so they helped me get approved for financing and worked with me to get me everything I need. Completely unhappy.. I had to finance thru snap finance. Total bill was 330..I paid 15.00 on the account at time of service which brought down the amount financed to 316.00. I was actually charged the entire amount and the 15 bucks that I paid Jiffy Lube on my account disappeared....well probably in someones pocket... Jiffy Lube and Snap finance are shady at best. Do Not go there, do not trust anyone who works there. I have tried 6 times to call both companies with ZERO answers on why and where the 15 dollars went.... Its not about the 15 bucks, its about honesty and professionalism...Very Sad a small town company would have such a nasty reputation..

WOW no pressure, showed me cabin filter like the all do (previous Juff lubes always wanted to replace it) and said no need to replace and explained why. What an outstanding place, dont forget to go online for discount coupon.

Past couple times Ive came in the same employee has waited on me & yesterday I had a screw in my tire, he told me he didnt have a certain tool. That he wasnt able to work on it.....Last month I came in to have my spark plugs replaced...he right away says. I dont have the tool to do that.. Really..what do you do here? I had Just got a premium oil change at a jiffy lube location in Oregon the day before my transmission sensor came on said it was overheating so I call this jiffy lube thr closet one I was too knowing they were closing soon told them my situation thatd Id need a transmission flush and they told me to hurry down which was 15 miles out of my way just to be turned away saying they werent aware thats what I was needing leaving me stranded 2 hours from home. Came in for a tranny flush on my F250. High quality job (watched them do it) and friendly. No pushy upgrading or upselling. Sitting here as we speak doing the same service on my Navigator, and again, outstanding work, paying attention to the little details. Way better job and service than the dealership or another shop. I would highly recommend this place, and Ill miss coming to this shop when I move back to Texas next month.

Update: 10-2020 . Returned for oil change and they said my transmission fluid was overfilled and needed a flush. I said I only come here so you guys must have over filled it. He had no answer. I went to a friend mechanic and after correcting the situation told me jiffy lube is notorious for making problems that they then try to make you pay to fix...while also potentially ruining your car, I might add. Also jiffy lube tried to tell me I needed new tires and made it sound like a blow out was imminent. Well I get my tires at costco and do regular maintenance. I put alot of daily miles on my commuter car so I know exactly how much mileage I have left and have that verified and checked regularly so as not to be stranded. I had 40000 miles left on my tires at the time. They were only 12 months old...there was zero need for new tires... Guess whose never returning to jiffy lube again.7-1-20 Helpful friendly accommodating. Not a hard sale on unneeded things. Good to know what needs work for future reference. Got tires rotated...nice plus.

I bought my studded snow tires at the Beavercreek store in Oregon. When I bought them I was told I would have lifetime free change overs. Id asked, At any store? They said, Yes, any store. So at the end of the season, I took my car to the Longview location to get them switched over and got the run around. Then they finally changed the tires over as a courtesy. I should have been wary of the fact that it took these clowns 2 hours to change the tires and they did it next to the waiting room in basically the parking lot. Howd that go? I took it to my regular mechanic who had to rebalance the front tires because I knew there was something wrong. Sure enough, the right was out 1.5 oz and the left 2.0 oz. I would say, Stick to Jiffy Lube for lubes only but when I went to the Beavercreek store and had my oil done at the same time I purchased the tires, the oil filter was left loose and I started leaking oil all over my garage. So, lets just say NEVER go to Jiffy Lube.

Slowest service Ive ever dealt with. Sat for an hour and a half and finally it was my turn. But had to leave before anything was done. Overpriced and slow. Would not recommend nor will I ever be so lazy as to go there. Sadly Id rather take it to Wal-Mart !

I got an oil change done 2 days ago. They said I had an oil and transmission leak. They had my car for a total of 5minutes. The receipt says they changed my oil, changed my oil filter, vacuumed my floors, filled my transmission fluid, filled my power stearing, washed exterior windows, filled windshield wiper fluids. NONE OF THAT WAS DONE!!! they saw my leak and stopped!! I wouldnt be so mad, but they still charged me the full $50. I took my car to my friend, and he changed my oil, and topped off ALL my fluids. And that oil/transmission leak they said they saw was nothing. All my fluids are still full. They did nothing for me except steal my money!! -- this is for the jiffy lube in kelso

These guys were pretty helpful for several issues, and could take me in pretty quickly even when they were busy.

My 30 minute wait was over an hour. I was mischarged, and the manager did Not care.

Gave me a great deal on a serpentine belt, and very quick service, got an oil change and belts changed in about 45 minutes including waiting for other customers.

It costed me $200 for a so called tune up all they did is change the spark plugs and left the bad spark plug wires on if I knew that I would of had my friend do it and he does a real tune up for $250
