I have had a history of great experiences in this wonderful shop. I found my wedding dress here (exactly what I wanted in exactly my size), and my daughter recently found her dream dress for a special event as well. I feel like its a miracle-shop...whatever you want appears in hand!

After a mishap with the dry cleaners, Michelle went above and beyond to make sure my dress was steamed and ready the following day for our wedding. I definitely will recommend her service. She was kind, willing to work with us on a big time crunch, and pleasant to work with. Thank you, Michelle!

Had an appointment at 4:30. Waited at the front till 440. Called and was sent to voicemail. Left a voicemail and Ive not heard back. Very Unprofessional. I guess I should have read the reviews and found that this is a normal thing for this business.

So my husband and I had our wedding planed for August, granted the covid stuff put a damper on things but this place and the owner made it so much worse. She never contacted us about what was going on with my husbands wedding clothes when we had 2 weeks before the wedding day... When we finally hunted her down to get a refund because we didnt know if we were ever going to hear from her she called the cops on us and said we were harassing her when all we wanted was the stuff we paid for or our money back... Long story short we never got our full refund and ended up with a shirt that was too small for my husband to wear. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE & WISH SOMEONE WOULD HAVE WARNED ME ABOUT HER.

Due to covid it is by appointment only, yet this establishment isnt answering phone calls to set up an appointment.

Michelle helped us out very last minute and saved our wedding day and made us look great in the process. Thank you very much, we will be coming back!

Truly the best experience I could have asked for. As a first time wedding dress experience she was so sweet, professional and absolutely beyond patient. She helped me understand my options and what looks good on my body type keeping me feeling sexy and comfortable. I recommend her to anyone that is wanting a personal experience when buying your wedding dress. Or prom formals!! Keeping her in mind for my daughter one day!!!

I absolutely loved the service and highly recommend Michelle Renee Formal. We had a wonderful experience she was genuinely kind and went above and beyond to make sure my son with special needs was taken care of. It’s so hard finding good service for a person in a wheelchair and she truly exceeded our expectations. All of the people in our wedding party looked amazing including our out of town groomsmen whom she kept in contact with throughout the fitting process. We will definitely continue to use her services for my sons school dances.

Fantastic experience! I walked in looking for a wedding dress, not expecting to find the perfect one. Michelle was very sweet. Gave me time to look and found my dress. She took the time and didnt pressure me onto buying. It was very personal and a special moment. She let me stay in the dress past closing hours because she noticed the more i wore the dress the more in love i was with it. Amazing, affordable, special and unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to all.

Michelle let me know when she was getting new dresses in and let me make an appointment for the next day to try them on. She asked me what I was looking for and had dresses ready for me to try on. I tried on about 6 dresses and she didnt rush me, she let me take time and decide. She was very personable and helpful. I ordered my dress the middle of March and I ended up getting it earlier than expected. I really enjoyed my experience. I was told right away when my dress was in and I was able to come in the next day and try on and pick up my dress. She was very kind to me and all of my bridesmaids I brought in. Michelle was so helpful and organized at getting my whole wedding parties full piece tuxes, and partial suits for all 12 people! Even for my brother with special needs, she treated with so much respect and professionalism. We’re luck y to have her in this area!

I had a wonderful experience at Michelle Renees looking for my wedding dress! Great atmosphere and loved the small more personable feel. Never felt rushed or pressured. She has a great selection of dresses and is very knowledgeable. She was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. She also has a great selection for outfitting your entire bridal party! Will definitely be dealing with her in the future. Highly recommended!

Michelle Renee is a great, local store, with reasonable prices that sells one of a kind dresses and rents tuxedos. Michelle helped my daughter find a dress for her junior prom and adorable shoes. Michelle took the time to match the shoe color to the dress perfectly. Why drive to Vancouver or Portland when there is a great store locally. Thank you so much Michelle for all the help!

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and up to date on current styles that are trending. If you shop for your formal wear here, you will look sharp at whatever event you are going to.

I went all over Portland and Vancouver looking for a reasonably priced wedding dress. I went to Michelle Renee hoping to find what I was looking for. The sales person found me a dress that was beautiful and figure flattering. So happy with the dress experience that we got our tuxes there too.

Super unorganized, can keep anything straight. Wont call about my dress being late or the tracking info. Too busy with prom dresses and tuxes and wont take 5 minutes to call. Also threatened to not give me my dress till the day of my wedding. Dont go to her, her brain injury is effecting her too much to think straight.

One week before the wedding and she was able to get my husbands tuxedo together! Thank you!!

I love this place and the lovely owner!!! She went above and beyond for me helping me feel comfortable in a dress for New Years with only having one breast at the time...made extra time to sew in my fakey to make me look fabulous!!! She has a heart of gold...we shared our storys and its one of those things where ya feel like we have known each other forever!! Iam just amazed of her inner beauty...shes amazing and i will be returning to her beautiful shop for my next event!!! Whatever it may be!!

Appointment is needed and the lady was not the nicest. We went in to look at wedding dresses and the first thing said was are you looking for prom? And then rather than ask who the bride was she assumed the wrong person and acted so surprised that the other one of us was getting married. Just seemed very rude to me

My fiance and I have had an excellent experience at Michelle Renee in Longview. The staff has been able to accommodate our tuxed, wedding dress and invitation needs. Everyone there is so friendly and treats you like you are the most important person they see. They offer a great selection of styles we were able to choose from at very good prices compared to other places we have shopped. We cant wait for our wedding day to get here.

We sat there 45 minutes waiting for the woman to help us. We had an appointment and the woman completely ignored us to assist the other customers who came in After us. No thanks to this place we will find our dress else where

She measured my daughter all wrong for wedding dress and promised 200$ in free accessories if I put down payment 5 days before christmas. I had the dress paid off in 2 months and we didnt receive till the end of june.The dress didnt fit it cost 600 to fix it and she never gave the 200 in free accessories, when I asked about she got in my face and screamed at me.I would never suggest this place to anyone. Horrible experience, when It should have been the best. I spent a lot of money there.If I could I would have given -10 stars.

Worst experience ! DO NOT GO HERE ! Purchased shoes on the owners word they would stretch ! Instead the ripped ! When I brought them back and returned them she now refuses to give me a refund. After she has the shoes !! Told me to call her lawyer on the phone !!!!

Horrible service. Not greeted with a smile. Owner seems like she hates what she’s doing. Overpriced rentals. Wanted to charge hundreds of dollars for a rental.
