Every aspect of this dealership is great!! The process from start to finish was easy. Kaylee Rowe is amazing and very patient with picky people!! Haha She started by helping my college kid find the perfect car he could actually fit in with him being soo tall yet still great gas mileage and a few must have features. After such great success it turned into a family affair. She got my older son in his first car to own himself with again a too tall height issue and some must haves, got my mom into her new car that had all the safety features and some extra whistles she didnt even know she wanted that she now loves and helped me also replace mine. Months later fiancés car bit the dust, yet again she came through and found him what he wanted. Next part is the financing department! Chuck is super awesome in making sure we found the best financing options and very througly explained alll the additional benefits they offer through the dealership. The best part was absolutely no added pressure to make you get the add ons, but makes sure you have all the details you need to make the decision. All in all I highly recommend Orr!
My vehicle was taken into service in July after running up an invoice by replacing many unnecessary parts they finally say it’s ready about 2 weeks ago. I drive it home and the check engine light comes on with codes reflecting a problem with what they fixed/replaced. I know live four hours away so I emailed the service supervisor the codes on Friday he was to get back with me on Monday, today is Thursday with no response. I called to speak with him before writing this review and of course he was not available. I do not recommend anyone go here for service because it is terrible and at this point I just want them to fix what they were supposed to head already fixed.

He was fast to answer all of my questions and I never felt any pressure, but most importantly a professional who knows the car business inside and out. Pretty dissatisfied. Just took mom to pick up her 2017 Cadillac XT5 from the Dealer Body Shop attached to the Dealership. It was there due to my mother choosing the life of a deer over the front of her Cadillac. I called 10 minutes prior to arrival to ask if covered parking was available due to the thunderstorm. The very nice man that answered the service department phone said yes just pull under the awning. Upon arriving we drove through the parking lot, around back, and into the service area awning. A very nice man met my mother after she had gotten out of her rental and after a short discussion she was directed further back to the body shop. So then my handicapped mother got back into the rental and drove the short distance to the body shop. She then gets out of her vehicle in a rain storm just for the body shop mechanics to tell her she is in the wrong place yet again. She then gets back into the rental and tries to pull around the shop to the body shop office. Absolutely no handicap accessible parking. The office is hidden behind a row of half busted / half fixed vehicles. While weaving her way to the entrance she noticed they left her driver window down. Inside soaked. Add an hour to the experience while they clean up the mess. After I dropped her rental off and got into her car and I noticed new black marks on her dash. All of her adjustments to make herself comfortable and pain free...gone. mirrors...goobered up. Drivable...absolutely not. She has to hold the steering wheel so the vehicle doesnt dart to the right. So no alignment done. All this on top of the constant smell of wet carpet / mold has my mother refusing to take it back there. When I say very nice man I mean it. The employees my mother encountered were very respectful and courteous. The place itself lacks organization and handicap parking.
Very professional and to-the-point. No jacking around and wasting time. We showed up to see one particular vehicle. A Escalade trade-in. Within 3 minutes we had the keys for the test drive. We had a few initial concerns prior to doing paperwork, but Mr. Blalock took care of us and made sure we were made whole and treated fairly. Our trade in offer for our Suburban was $4k above a previous offer we received from another vendor. To impress me further, they shopped our deal with some local credit unions and beat the interest rate that my personal credit union of over 20 years had offered me. Super impressed and will continue to do business in the future.

The sales department is okay, but if you buy a car from them dont depend on the service department. Even having a warranty. I was told when I bought my car, if I ever needed work done and needed a loaner it was bo problem. Been fighting over a week to get my car fixed with a loaner to drive. Still waiting.

I recently went in for a brake job. Once completed, one of my center caps was broke. They said they would order me another one. It’s been three months now and still haven’t replaced my center cap. Now that’s poor service. I will not be returning to their shop. If they can’t replace a center cap, Lord knows what else they’re not capable of.

Bought a new truck here last May. I drove off in my truck in about an hour. No pressure what so ever. Ive had the truck in for routine service three times now with no problems. Ask for Kevin if you need service on your vehicle he takes good care of you. I dinged my tail gate and needed to have it fixed. Junior in the body shop is second to none. Hes courteous and very professional. Orr Cadillac GMC takes care of you way after the sale. Thats the way it should be. And thats the way I saw it.

I have been looking for a GMC 2500HD for a while now and the selection has been slim. When the one I wanted was sold, Shane Bailey found an identical one. I was able to handle everything through email and phone calls and they delivered to me. Out of all the vehicles I have bought, this had to be the easiest and quickest.
I enjoy taking my Acadia in to get serviced. I always get expectional customer service and the staff is always so friendly and helpful every time I call and come in for anything.

Pretty sure this place is discriminating against its customers. They refuse to post pricing on their fb page. When I called them out on the discrimination and giving different customers different prices they messaged me a price right away. I posted the price they sent me on the fb post so other people would know what theyre asking and make sure theyre being offered the same price. They immediately deleted my comment of the price and blocked me from commenting on any other posts. Be wary because theyll probably try to screw you over theres no reason to hide the asking price. If you are, it means youre hiding something or offering different people different prices.

[Update Sept 24, 2020: I did not receive any call or follow-up from Orr on this review]I took my SUV for servicing the oil change and I had to come back because the job was not finished, and they doubled the price [later reimbursed]. The worst part was during my second visit, my SUV was diagnosed and repaired (traction & stability) and the failure was still latent (warning signals), they blame other diagnostic codes appeared, Service Manager did not help - they change parts (not a real diagnostic done) - I had to take SUV to other local dealership. Worst service ever!!!

Our 3 day job in the body shop has turned into almost 2 weeks. Went to get it when it was reported as ready, and there were large spots missed... And new scuffs in the back as if it had been hit while there. What a nightmare. We havent even made the first payment yet and not only can we not drive our vehicle, but its receiving more damage as its worked on. Makes me very nervous. If I ever get my vehicle back... I will not be returning. Ever. We figured such a nice dealership would give quality work. To make matters worse... I am a mother of a very large family.. I could really use my vehicle back. Especially when Ive been without it way over the 3 days that I was told

This was my second time interacting with your services team and I have to say both times have been perfection! While running errands, my car died several times which makes a lady very nervous! Nobody wants to be stuck on the side of the road in the 100 degree heat. I called Jason, he was able to schedule me in immediately, he was very thorough with his communication throughout the process. Everyone was extremely kind and professional - the nice young man who shuttled me from my house, the cashier, and especially Jason. I could not be more pleased and am a fan for life.

Their service group is always amazing. They go out of their way to get things done and accommodate my schedule. The car wash I paid $110.00 for however left alot to be desired. As for purchasing a vehicle and service since Orr has taken over has been outstanding.
I recently took my vehicle in for some warranty repairs and they were awesome. I was provided with a courtesy vehicle while mine was being worked on and they completed the work very quickly. I’m planning on taking my vehicle back for new struts and a complete tuneup in the near future. I trust their service department to fix my vehicle and to be quick and honest about their findings and the work that they do. That’s more than you can say about a lot of places these days.
Shellie is always efficient and great about getting my vehicle taken care of at Orr. She keeps me informed during the process of my service and goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with the job done!
Steven Newman (Service Manager) is the best to work with. He bends over backwards to satisfy the customer. My wife and I were about to try another dealership if it had not been for him.
My vehicle over heated on Friday and I dropped it off to get a estimate. I called on Saturday to if had been looked at because I needed my car for a emergency. The person said no come pick it up and they will look at it 1st thing Monday morning. Monday I get a call informing me that the repair cost will be $600.00 to replace my radiator and I owe $138.00 for the estimate.
Gabby was real good about letting me know where they were at on my truck. She gave praise to the technician and parts people and my truck was washed when I came to get it.
Hands down the best place to buy a car. Every single person we ran into helped us so much especially Allen Sullivan. They had just got the car i bought in the night before and it became mine just a couple hours later. Every part of the experience was awesome and Im so happy my first car was sold from them. They never gave up on me (and Im very picky)

I had a recurring problem with the outside thermometer reading. It was repaired twice before, but the service department did not give up and they pursued the problem until it was finally fixed this time. (At no charge). They also reminded me that my 60,000 mile service was due. The dealership supplied a luxury loaner car for us to use while repairs and service were being done. Job well done. Thanks.

I WAS GIVEN LOANER CAR WITH DRUGS IN ITI took my car in to have it looked at because of performance issues. After my third time trying, they finally kept my car and gave me a loaner while they had my car. After the service guy told me NOT to smoke in the loaner car because they would know and charge me for it, I leave and head to get gas because the loaner car was near empty. I stopped to get gas but was having trouble finding how to open the gas door so I opened the glove box to look in manual and in the glovebox were two pain relief pill bottles. I thought that was odd so I opened them and much to my surprise the bottles contained marijuana cigarette butts!!! After returning to the dealership I told them what I discovered and ask them to search the vehicle for anymore drugs. A lady started to search and found ground up marijuana in the back floorboard!! They give me another loaner car after police came to collect the bottles of marijuana cigarette butts. Next day I return to pick up my car that they couldnt find anything wrong with and service tech guy recommended it may be the K&N air filter that causes the performance issues. I asked if they changed the filter and the guy had the nerve to say it would cost me $60 a air filter! I told him the least they could have done was throw in an air filter after they give me a loaner with drugs in it! After talking to service manager (who didnt even talk to me day before when I discovered the drugs) he claimed it may have been someones prescription! I wasnt satisfied with that excuse because its illegal to possess marijuana in the state of Texas and is a felony because it was in two separate containers! If I would have been pulled over and cops found the bottles, I would be in jail, charged with a felony possession drug charge which would have led to me losing my job, my wife and kids, plus destroyed my overall reputation and all I done was take my car in to be checked out. I asked to speak to the main manager and he eventually called me somewhat apologetic but seemed more worried about me posting a bad review. I told him I wanted to talk to his boss after he said they contacted the person who had it before me and it was their prescription! Which was an obvious lie! He said his boss couldnt call me because he was on vacation or whatever but they emailed each other and the boss wanted to know what would make me stay a customer. He asked if I wanted a Couple days to think about it so when I called back he said he would return my call and talk to me about the situation but I never got a call back. I had decided that I wouldnt post my experience and let people know they could have potentially ruined my life had I got caught with the drugs, just for an oil change. Seeing they didnt think it was important enough call me back well here is my story of my experience. To ANYONE GETTING A LOANER CAR, YOU MAY WANT TO SEARCH IT FOR DRUGSTHOROUGHLY BEFORE LEAVING THE LOT SO YOU DONT GET MORE THAN YOU WERE EXPECTING! I WILL NEVER HAVE MY CAR SERVICED THERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THEM! It did cost them a customer for sure! I just bought a Corvette but it wasnt from them!

Terrible service. Took four days for them to tell me they weren’t going to try to attempt to fix my vehicle. I had an electrical issue that was apparently beyond the “expertise” of their tech. Never bringing either one of my Cadillac’s there again for any type of service. Truly unprofessional.

Honestly disappointed with the service provided at Orr/Lively Cadillac/GMC. Been there multiple times to get my oil changed (with an appointment) in my 2014 GMC Sierra SLT and always waited well over an hour, closer to 2 before they finished it up. Same with my girlfriends Cadillac ATS. The most disappointing experience was here recently when the right headlight on my girlfriends ATS started to fade. It was obvious there was a defect in the clear coat and after dropping by on a Saturday to get a new headlight ordered under warranty, i was informed I would be called back on Monday with a confirmation. Come Tuesday I called to check and was told the service manager was in a meeting and would receive a call back by the end of the day, so come Wednesday I decided to go back to the dealership where I was once again told the manager was in a meeting and would get a phone call by the end of the day. I left frustrated and again never received a call. So finally today (Thursday) I went back again and explained that it was ridiculous that the car has an obvious defect and that its taken so long to get the part ordered. I was then told it was apparent there was some sort of wax on the headlight and that has to be inspected as it could have caused the clear coat to peel before we can order a new headlight. Now, I may appear to be naive since I am a young adult at 20 years old, but cars are my passion and I have been working on them since a young age, so i dont know if they think Im stupid but wax is applied to protect paint and clear coat, it does not ruin it; not only this, but no wax has been applied to the headlights to begin with. It was a good attempt at an excuse but I wasnt gonna except that. So after a 15 minute wait, I was finally told they would get the part ordered. Now the sad part is, this is a Cadillac dealership. I would expect this from a nissan dealership, but its quite sad that the service department is such a hassle when there are obvious defects or simple oil changes. I hope upper-management takes care of this issue before I start driving to Tyler or Dallas to get her car serviced. I am beyond pleased to have sold my Sierra and bought a 2015 F150 Platinum so I can go get quality service from JO Williams ford as once before when I had a 2015 Mustang GT and now only have to deal with 1 car at the Orr service department instead of 2.
Went to get recalls fixed, left with a leaking a/c condenser and no working a/c. Horrible experience. The only time I will be going back to this place is to get reimbursed for parts and labor after fixing it myself. They quoted me at almost $800, I fixed it myself for way less. Ordered parts off amazon and installed in less than 2 hours, with help from my mechanic. Corporate service office said they will be sending letters out for GMC Sierras soon so we will see if they back this up and reimburse me like they said they would over the phone. I will be holding them to their word. And Im willing to edit this review after recieving reimbursement as well.

I want to start with this is my FIRST BAD google review EVER! I went into Orr last week to buy a 2015 Acadia. The next day it had turned into me buying a 2019 Acadia. Chevrolet Patterson in Kilgore was also trying trying to sell me a 2019 Traverse. After both dealerships giving me their final offers I went with the 2019 Acadia at Orr. That night when putting up my extra key I saw that the key tag said “18” I text my salesman and he admitted that yes he ended up selling me an 2018 because it came with better rebates and it was the last one he had!! I was FURIOUS! The next morning I went up to Orr and returned my 2018 Acadia and got back my $8,000 down payment I had put down and my Yukon xl Denali. I drove straight over to Chevrolet Patterson in Kilgore and was greeted with the most respect I have ever received at a car dealership. My experience with Patterson was AMAZING!! I couldn’t have been happier. I still am blown away with the bait and switch Orr did to get rid of their last 2018 model and lied to their customer, their customer that had been there in 2016 and bought a brand new 2016 Cadillac ATS. I will never forget how Orr treated me or the bait and switch they pulled. From all this I also missed 7 hours of work! All I have received from Orr is an apology from Orr for the “mix up” I highly recommend anyone looking at an Acadia to buy a Traverse from Patterson! Way sportier and way better service!

In my recent research of franchise auto dealerships in Longview TX, I came across an interesting fact.Most local new car dealerships show up in a Gregg County judicial records search at least a few times, perhaps 2 to 5 consumer-related cases overall. Far and away, the most numerous cases have been racked up by the local Mitz***** dealership.However, Lively Cadillac has exactly ZERO cases for, or against, consumers. Thats right: A clean record. Thats pretty rare for auto dealerships.This speaks very well for the dealership. They either treat their customers well from the get-go, or, if there is a problem, they make it right.After my recent experience with one of those old-style high-pressure plaid-suit jokes of a dealership, you can bet that I will be sure and visit Lively the next time Im in the market for a vehicle. As I recall, they also seem to keep a very good supply of clean, late-model used vehicles of most every make, model, and style. (Smart, very smart.)

Had a problem not really a issue just worried me and when I came out it was worse and 5 min later my transmission broke out Not really sure if they know it did do it because it seem like they Missed it up and I also had stuff falling off around the door and I had to take it back three time before it was fixed I am thinking about changing service dealers if I can find out how Because you’re not very happy with the way they treat me This is not really for everybody in there just starting few people sorry if it seems rude or mean just wasn’t very happy with my service
I took my cadillac SRX to this dealership because one sensor was not working and Jason in the service dept said he could reset it, so I trusted him now I have no working sensors working, now he tells me if I pay $160 - $200 to replace one the rest can be reset. This is BS, I want my car back the way it was when I bought it to you!!!#HIGHLYPISSED

My truck has been in the shop 3 different times and 2,100 dollars later the problem still did not get fixed. I have been lied to about the problem. They said my knock sensor was causing my engine light to come on so i paid them 2,100 to fix it and still the light comes on and on top of that now my tire light come on with it. Take it to get one light fixed and leave with 2 lights on. Then tell me that its my lifters that needs to be changed so they want another 3,000 dollars to fix them when i paid them 2,100 dollars to fix it. So i went to get a second opinion and guess what the shop told me it was the knock sensors. But i just paid orr Cadillac 2,100 to change them. I know they just turned my engine light off and took my 2,100 dollars then i took it back for them to tell me its my lifters and that will cost me another 3,000 dollars.
