We have a 1100sqft home that had a flooding issue due to A/C leak. They found mold in one bedroom and 2 wet spot in the other 2 bedrooms along with water damage in hallway, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Insurance recommended them. Bad idea, they came out diagnosed and quoted it for 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and hallway. 3 days later they came out with a dehumidifier for the 1 bedroom, that took them 4 days to do should only be 2 then 2 weeks later they told us to find the materials we wanted so we went to lowes. They apparently ordered our materials the next day, well a week later when they were supposed to start they informed us that the materials they ordered was out of stock so we had to choose new materials. So another week goes by they got the tile finally pulled up only about 500sqft of tile and then the outsourced flooring company they hired came in to lay the new laminate hardwood and carpet. But refused to go inside cause of the animals so they left. Came back next day so I could take care of the animals for them, did the flooring but didnt allow a walk through to make sure we were pleased with the work. Which we werent, they had cracks in the wood where the carpet met also didnt push the vanity back to the wall so they didnt have appropriate lengths on anything. Even the contractors workers were astonished how bad it was done. Chris argued with us saying it was done right and we didnt know what we were looking at. Well finally floor got fixed and trim was set. Had 1 bedroom done with carpet and hardwood done in the main pathways. Next you know it chris denied that the other 2 bedrooms were on the quote we have the copy of the invoice from the insurance company, which he refused multiple times to give to us so now he has stated that they are out of stock he has to get in touch with his boss to see what to do. Wes has also not been much help. It has now been almost a month and a half and we are still in a hotel room with 3 lil kids and us 2.All in all 0/0 chris has no idea whats going on hasnt been back out to the house since to check on the progress, wont communicate with my fiancee so she knows the progress unless we text him and still wont get a response. Time efficiency has been none.I do not recommend this buisness unless you dont want your job to be done on time or right!
They came out quickly when my 80 year old parents house flooded and got the water up. My parents chose to go with them for the restoration thinking they would be the best choice. Restoration did not start when they said it would and in fact only started after numerous calls, 2 weeks of waiting, and the first deadline 2 days away. Each phone call was met with they had to do another job that came up. Not sure why those jobs were more important than the one they had already received 2 checks for. We have asked for an itemized invoice and have not received it. We are now 10 days past the 2nd deadline they told us the job would be complete and no one has been to the house for 6 days. The counter that was put in the bathroom clashes with the wallpaper (we werent given an option to choose) the cabinet has not been stained, and the construction mess has still not been cleaned up. This elderly couple cannot take a shower at their house because of the construction materials left in their shower. Each day they call, Chris tells them someone will be there tomorrow. They started off very pleasant and professional, however the extensive delays and lack of urgency to complete they job has left my parents in less than ideal living conditions for far too long. We are 4 days away from it being 2 months.
Pipes Froze need help they are the ones to call!
Wes and his team are awesome and they are local. Came out quick and got the job done FAST and EFFECTIVE.
Did a great Job on my carpet and sofa! Fast friendly service!
Very unorganized, and tardy with work schedule. Did not pay subcontractor who now has put a lien on my house. I will be out of pocket over $15,000 after paying off the lien that Flood Out said they would handle and never did.
Thank you for everything!
