You know Ive been in this store 2 or 3 times since moving back to the area. And 2 of those 3 encounters has been with a red haired Caucasian cashier with freckles, a bit thick... anyhow she has been EXTREMELY unpleasant and unprofessional. It really makes me not want to bring my business there, Im sure Im not the only person who feels this way. Ive seen her interact with other customers in a disgraceful manner. The first rule of customer service is to be polite and helpful to customers. Im not so sure she has the ability 🤔 or even the intelligence to use a wider range of vocabulary other that profanity and negative slanderous speech. It is a shame. I feel it is people like this who can sour a good business name.I hope that the ownes of this establishment can remedy this. For their own sake.

Cashier ladies were VERY disrespectful and unprofessional. Soon as I walk in the doors I get yelled at to go park my car better. When I parked there was a family getting in their car with the driver and back drive door open, they were taking their time so I parked closest to my far parking spot line. So whe. I go in they yell and say I need to go fix my bad park job cause it was to close to the loading spotwhich had no markings desensititing that it was a loading zone. I say whatever and go repark and still the car that had the doors open were still open. I had to get way to close to someones vehicle and make it harder for them to get their family loaded. After re parking I go in and they ignore me while one was doing paper work and the apparent manager was standing over her telling a story completely unrelated to the work. When they finally ring my cigarettes and chew up a younger girl comes in saying the air pump isnt working and ate her Change, and she has no more money and her tire was completely on rim. They both said that they have no control over the air pump and that its privately owned and theres nothing they can do for her and to leave unless buying something. Extremely rude tone of voice and looks that made me and the girl very uncomfortable. Im not ever going back to the store. Completely disgusting employees and NIGHT MANAGEROCT.9 2021 2:00am

Been going here for 25 years. But tonight Ill never go back. Since the remodeling of their parking lot. There is 4 spots. Tonight at around midnight I pulled up and it was full. I parked where I could. The two people working yelled at me as soon as I stepped inside. Demanding I go outside and park in a spot. They refused to let me buy anything. Until my vehicle was in a spot. Not about to wait around for other folks to do their thing and wait for a spot when theres open blacktop everywhere. Ill be going to a different place now. Being attacked by two employees is unacceptable.

It’s okay. My husband drives to Vancouver 5 days a week for work, they used to get 400$ a month from us in gas. Last couple times my husband asked for quarters the lady was completely rude about it. We now pay 400$ a month in Vancouver (:Don’t mind being told no, just aren’t willing to be sassed and disrespected over QUARTERS. Like, are you kidding me?

If I could give this place zero stars I would! They like to leave cleaning chemicals in the coffee pots then try to pass it off as coffee to sell to customers!

Food looked horrible, way over priced coffee- that had to be remade because they forgot to add the coffee the first time. Would give this store a 0 if I could. Worth it to go the little bit farther to the next one.

Bought some doughnuts from their and they were so hard & stale that their was an audible crack when we tried to tear them into smaller pieces. Absolutely disgusting

I wish I could give it 0 out of 5 stars!For the second time in a a month in a half this place has gotten me in trouble at work! Ok, I get a 20 min break and ampm is only a couple of buildings down from the one I clean. There is one night employee who loves to take her time.. so needless to say went in tonight and got 3/4 of a cup of coffee (I was lucky normaly like most things she doesnt care about coffee) and I get In line. She is sitting texting on her phone while trainee is having terrible time at cash register. Finally she helps and has to reset the ebt machines. At this time she could help others or even say sorry here is the problem... so after 10 minutes and people walking out at this point, I ask if she can help others while ebt resets. She freaks out and starts flying through costumes refusing to serve me and states I shouldnt even come into HER store! Not hers she is newer employee with a big chip on her shoulder...so spent whole 23 minutes getting not a full cup of coffee and got in trouble at work!

The self-service pump outside to put your change into to get gas are close down permanently so I was told from the inside and they will never be repaired which is an inconvenience for people who are in a hurry who wants to put money in the slot and get gas right away.
