My wife and I pick up our prescriptions here. Dalton works in the pharmacy. This man is the MOST Helpful person in the whole pharmacy. This man cares very much for his customers. You need more people like this.

I wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling my appt with the pharmacy for 6:00 pm. They deserve every 1-star rating they have and more. Myself and another lady had appointments for 6:00 and we were told by the pharmacist that they had already given their last vaccine for the day, so we would have to come back tomorrow. I argued my position, as I needed the vaccine this day, not the next day, due to new requirements from my employer. He then told me that 6 pm is too late for them to open a new vial and waste 4 vaccines for myself and the other customer. Maybe if they would have answered their phones once during the 6 times I called, then they could have told me that. Ive been burned by CVS for the last time.

I walked up to get some medicine and stood there waiting for the door to open. Finding out It was locked I was confused considering they dont close until 10:00pm on Saturdays. I tried calling the store and no one picked up for 10 minutes. Definitely would not recommend.

Slow pharmacy service!!! 10 minutes turns into 30 guess in school they don’t learn basic math

Most incompetent pile of fuqtards ever gathered in one place. Worst, slowest, pharmacy in East Texas by far! Avoid at all costs.

Pharmacy rude and incompetent. Within past 3 mos, they made mistakes on two of my prescriptions On last one, younger pharmacist berated me for not returning their errored rx to them asap; he never apologized for their error. The older pharmacist came over and showed note indicating Id phoned immediately after getting home and advising wkend pharmacist Id be back in 3 days with rx that had wrong # pills and incorrect dosage.Problem with first rx was worse...doctor had doubled my rx from earlier one bit ignorant pharmacist said Id have to wait for the 1st rxs refill date before they could increase even though physician issued new rx. Finally after several days I got a pharmacist on phone who understood problem and issued correct/increased rx.

Stay away from this pharmacy they dont care about your time

Worst possible pharmacy you could choose if I could rate a one star I would it’s very unprofessional I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and the line never moved so I went inside and got greeted with a another 10 minute wait time that eventually turned into 55 total minutes of waiting I will be changing pharmacies sorry place for a business

So disappointed, I am not going into the personal side of this, but we arrived to have 4 prescriptions filled, we stood at the drop off counter for over 7 minutes, (I timed it after a minute or two) not one person even acknowledged we were there, one girl was playing with her hair and her long Lee press on nails. Finally when she came over and took the prescriptions, we were told it would be about 20 minutes, well 40 minutes + later they were done, then because of an issue we just told them to forget it, give us back the prescriptions and went to Walgreens and had them in less than 20 minutes

Website and the other Cvs location in Longview said they close at 9pm fri NOT true they were lights out at 805 😡

This pharmacy is terrible. They treat regular customers like dirt. Anyplace else HAS to be better.

Last night I was diagnosed with Pnuemonia and an infected uterus from a surgery I had. I was given prescriptions to get filled. One was a pain medicine and two others were antibiotics. Well, I got the two others, but they wouldnt give me the pain medicine because the insurance wouldnt cover it (supposedly) and they dont know why. So, instead of letting us just pay for the medication, they are holding it. I will never use this CVS again and I think it should be closed due to the way people are treated or at least the pharmacy. Someone, in as much pain as I am in, Yeah Im not happy.

Its been my pharmacy for 11 yrs. Humans make mistakes, so I check all my meds before I leave & I always make sure each of my meds are right before I take them. I get Shampoo, Conditioner, Facial products, Huggie wipes, makeup & even tops & leggings too. I use my CVS Rewards card to get a discount.

I was receiving money thru money gram.i stopped here to do the money gram pick up and they didnt have signs out stating that they can not pay out any money that is being receiving and i did the information on the phone and went to the cashier to pick up the money and she stated that we cant pay you. I asked for a manager and she stated the same thing so i went to a different place that the manager told me to go to and it states that i have received my money from money gram at a different location and when i went back to cvs and told the manager what they said she had me to call money gram again and they stated that it was showing i was to pick up the money at cvs and thats when the manager finally took the reference number and put it in the computer and gave me my money. From the head store manager down to the employees at this cvs doesnt care about the customers and they are rude as hell.

Horrible go to walgreens The lady that works in the drop off area has no idea what she is doing. Said that my insurance doesnt cover the flu shot. Really? Called my insurance company and of course they do, I went to Walgreens and didnt have any problems.

Associates readily available when needed and able to answer questions knowledgeably.

The staff for the pharmacy is very rude and unfriendly. Had to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy .
