I called in inquiring on my Daughters letterman jacket. Lady who answered the phone was really nice and tried to get answers for me and the minute she exhausted her search, she got the owner on the phone..Let me tell you that Mr.John Barbe was on point. He assured me of an update on the jacket as he was trying to track it down (late order entry) and called me EVERY step of the way. Mr. Barbe Thank you for taking the time to make sure my order was taken care of and shipped. You guys are Awesome!

Ordered my cousins Senior Ring Online and was very happy with the quality and price of ring. We also got a Kendra Scott Necklace as a gift and for some reason didn’t get delivered with the ring but I called the customer service number and they were very polite and we received the Necklace 3 days later. Definitely recommend!

I called to ask for help to find out where my cap and gown were since I havent received it in over 2 months. Who I was on the phone with said shell give me a representative number to help me with my situation. I called and the number didnt work. It said the number was unavailable. I am very displeased with the help service.

I am on my last child as a senior and the most happiest thing is NEVER DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY again!!!!!! It started with my oldest, his letterman jacket had his wrong graduating year, they wrote the slip, not me. They blamed me! when I called the owner was rude. rude. rude. My last child had the same problem, wrong graduating year, I literally do not want to deal with them, Its still wrong. I hate ever giving a penny to these rude people but its a monopoly and they know it.

Rudest people you can ever deal with. The owner especially she is the worst to deal with. No wonder the all of the staff is rude and inconsiderate they think it’s okay because their boss does it. THE OWNER interrupted me while I was speaking trying to explain the problem and the staff did the same. They told me it was my fault they didn’t write my order down right, but their staff were the ones that were rushing us to finish and the staff were the ones that reviewed my order wrong that’s why it was messed up. Overall rude and inefficient.

I had to come because they made a mistake with my letterman order and I wanted to fix it before it got here. I called and from the start they were rude and telling me that it was my mistake not theirs. When I got to the store they welcomed me by saying “oh no she’s here” and interrupted me while I was explaining the problem. Then they started to raise their voice at me and began to be even more rude. Then the OWNER jumped in and interrupted me while I was speaking and then proceeded to help someone else while I was still speaking. Overall very rude and inefficient. If I could put no stars I would.

Website shows they are open today. Made the trip to order a senior ring, but there was a sign on the door saying closed until December 2nd. Would be nice if the website would have been updated to show they were close .

I have come here a few times and the front people are always nice and friendly! The place is clean and well decorated. I would definitely be coming back to do more business with them.

Terrible business to deal with! Still waiting for a refund for a brand new, still in the original packaging, cap & gown that was returned to Longviews sales office 26 days ago. Was told they would have to request a refund from the manufacturer. I requested a receipt since I wasnt given an immediate refund. She acted completely put out and told that me that she guessed she could write one for that, but I dont need one since they arent the ones who will refund my money... I called today and requested a status update since I havent received a refund and was told she would have to look it up and request a refund (Meaning they hadnt even sent the request 26 days ago when I returned it?!). I was then informed that it takes a while for them to issue refunds... Im sure it does when you havent even sent the request! Also spoke to Balfour directly. They stated that even though I placed my order online, I would need to refer back to my local sales office, as they (the Longview office) are the ones who will actually issue the refund. So now Im wondering why when I returned their product almost a month ago, (Im sure theyve already re-sold it) and I still dont have my money!?!?!?!? *Ill gladly adjust my review once my money is returned.

How exciting to order a Sr ring, letterman jacket, and cap and gown for your senior BUT I will NEVER use Balfour again. Our experience was aweful. I have never dealt with anyone so rude and unprofessional ruining our senior year excitement.

VERY helpful staff! They helped me order my daughters class ring and was knowledgeable about what to get and how to get it.

Horrible, seriously you may get your invitations two weeks before graduation....maybe....really. I have paid this company well over $1,000 in senior rings, and over $600 in graduation supplies five months before my seniors graduate, so tell me again why I cant get my invitations until 2 weeks before graduation?

My daughter missed the order date for her cap and gown. The school told her she could pick up the cap and gown at Balfour in Longview. When she got there she was charged an additional $12 for shipping and handling. When I called about this was told that every student pays this because the store has to pay shipping in order to have the products in stock. In my work this is called cost of doing business. Or you quote the products to include any overhead costs. I was promised a call back from the owner, but was told that all students pay this fee. Shoddy business practices.

Very rude, unprofessional,and disrespectful people. I walked in and stood at the desk in front of two employees, whom were on the phone, I patiently waited for them to get off the phone, neither one of them acknowledge me when they hung up the phone and the gentleman looked at his co-worker and said can you help her. The co-worker then looked at me and said what do you want very rudely...

I spoke with a lady at the Longview location and she was no help at all. I ordered my daughter senior packet and no one at this location can tell me when she will receive her stuff. This is very poor customer service... Wishing there were other options. Very dissatisfied

These people are so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNORGANIZED. We were ignored when we walked in to try on shirts for sizing. Once I got their attention, it was like no one knew anything. I wish there was another option to get school gear.
