Was able to replace persols that got broken. Didnt have to pay full price

My sales associate was great! I walked in with a pair of old favorite broken sunglasses and she helped me find a comparable match within minutes!

I went in to return a pair of glasses which I did not like within the time frame after a night of hospital call.It was past 10 o’clock before the lady on duty Rachel opened the store.She did not apologize for opening late while customers are waiting.I own many pairs from Sunglass Hut.She refused to exchange glasses after scrubbing them and said there was a microscopic ding the eye cannot see.I am sorry but store 2182 lost my business and I will file a complaint with the corporate store.To the contrary when I purchased this pair Heidy the sales woman was super professional.

Do you need some high-end sunglasses this is where you go. But bring your wallet theyre expensive. Anything from 20 to 30 bucks all the way up to to 300. You get what you pay for. If you want quality and something that looks good youre going to pay for it
