I went to 3 different jewelers in town... reputable ones. I wanted my engagement ring reset: I had a picture of what I wanted. I tried one jeweler out (I will not name) and it came out HORRIBLE. I took it to Russell at Jewelry ER and he exceeded my expectations. He saw my vision clearly and gave me exactly what I wanted. He will forever be our jeweler now. Perfection! I LOVE my newly set diamond. He customized the band and head of my new setting and it really is flawless. Thank you Russell!!!! Go see him - you will not regret it.

Ran in last minute right as they were closing to get kinks taken out of a watch, and they went ahead and did it right then for free. Excellent and timely service, would recommend 10/10!!

My wife knocked her solitaire diamond straight out of her ring helping me unhook the camper’s weight distribution hitch from the truck... instant panic! She found it right away luckily. Turns out she had bent the setting’s prongs sideways but the diamond wasn’t hurt by the hitch falling. (She was ok too)Russell repaired the mount flawlessly, quickly, and created a much stronger setting for the diamond with new reinforcements added so this would be very difficult to occur again. The ring looks better now than when I bought it in the first place!

They did a fantastic job of resizing my ring and tightening the stone that was loose. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Service like this is really almost nonexistent these days. Were lucky to have a business like this in Longview. I highly recommend for all jewelry cleaning, maintenance, and questions.

The guy that runs the place is named Russel. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy! If you need a ring or watch sized, I highly recommend his place! They change batteries, clean and repair jewelry. What led me to him originally is that he can size and change batteries on INVICTA watches. You do not want just anyone messing with your jewelry! He is a very good option for ALL your jewelry needs. Has rings watches and bracelets for sale there to! Hes located behind CHILIS. Kinda hidden.

The guy was the coolest did business with him no problems ran into this lady in here she continued to insult my jewelry and tell me it was “costume jewelry” after they have already worked on it before my necklace is 100% real. After i told her she was being rude she refused service once a older white couple came in. Once i was walking out she told them the ones like him is what give them a bad name! So I proceeded to stoop to her level. Due to this i won’t be doing business with them again. Apologies to the guy that helped me before, you were great but that lady is rude and turns out a tad racist!

Along with having my jewely repaired I have also had adjustments to a few pieces of jewelry. They were able to widen earrings to fit onto my earlobe better, lengthen a necklace and add a birthstone to my family ring when our 3rd grandchild was born, she was a surprise.
