Great for when needing to skip the crowd or need to pick up for someone else . The shopping is already done .

This was the first time Ive used the pickup. I was a little nervous about the procedure. When I arrived, the pickup spot was well marked. I got out of my car, not sure what to do next. A young lady (Tay) came to my car and asked if she could help. I told her I was unsure about the process. She walked me through everything and I had my groceries in less than 5 minutes. Thanks Tay!

Well I got everything I needed, but didnt appreciate the rudeness of the associate who put my groceries in my trunk. I asked him if he would please put my frozen items in the freezer bags I had in the trunk...No response....I repeated myself. Instead of getting a ok, yes mam,. He said, HOLD ON. Employees have always been nice and never had a problem until the day a half-gallon of milk was placed improperly into the back of my car and spilled everywhere. I placed a claim with WM and it was sent over to Ruben Sanchez Case Manager with WM Claims Center. It sure seems like his job is much like an insurance company, find every way to deny WM has any responsibility. In hindsight, I shouldve dropped everything I was doing and turned around to go back to WM to complain or taken a video/pictures and then complained. I didnt want the nice employee to get into trouble so I didnt do either. My bad. Id say next time I wont let this happen but there wont be a next time.Ruben Sanchez gave the impression his job was to deny claims by any means possible. He didnt show any evidence to understanding compassion even when I grew upset because the damage to my new car will last forever. He made a lie to the claim of Respect — Service — Excellence and instead showed a lack of desire to help. He didnt respond to my email or my voicemail, instead mailing me a form letter claiming he tried to reach me.It only took 7 hours and $350 to get it clean.

The order process, checking in, and pick up process are so easy. The employees at the Gilmer Road Walmart are very friendly and efficient. They even handed me our eggs so they wouldnt get crushed.Being able to pick up our groceries and trust that the associates are shopping the way they would shop for themselves.Definitely the way to go!
