If you have sign issues in East Texas, look no further than Sign man. He is quick, honest, reliable, stands behind his word. When he tells you he will come out first thing in the morning, you better believe he will do it. Even when we ran into a bit of a snag, with incorrect parts sent to him, he made sure it was fixed quickly and at no additional cost to me.Unfortunately for me I first called on East Texas Signs to fix my issue. After a few months of them not being able to fix the problem, I am still waiting on them to get their truck fixed so they can come fix our sign... someday....I think Ill just stick with Sign Man!!!

Amazing costomer service, made the whole expirience very easy for someone who had no clue how to even go about sign repair!

I am disappointed in their service. Their radio adds state that they are an expert in fixing signs. My sign still doesn’t work and now 270.00 in the hole. Their solution was to call the manufacture and that no one local knows how to fix software issues. They are wrong about not having local people that know how to fix the software issues. I called an competitor to come out and get the sign going both hardware and software and it cost around 160.00 for that service. I called sign man because I thought they would be more responsive and give me some In site into how to use the software being the expert. In my opinion being and expert means you know about all aspects of a sign. Just one business owner to the next I would tone down the “expert” claim or learn how to deal with both he hardware and software.
