Just an FYI on this company. If you are an existing CPAP user and have lost your chin strap and are traveling far from home... you are out of luck. I lost mine and called to see if I could purchase one at full price. They said “Nope... you need your prescription” I told them I was traveling and didn’t have it but I had my CPAP and only needed a chin strap that they sell on Amazon but didn’t have a day to wait. Nope. Have to have the prescription “it’s a legal thing”. I said... so I have to have a prescription to buy a chin strap that I can buy on amazon with no prescription, I can show you my cpap so you know I use one and can’t sleep without the strap... and you can’t sell me a piece of fabric? “Sorry”.I was not asking for anything related to my machine, I was not asking for a discount. I was asking for them to sell me something that is sold on amazon with no prescription for $11.50 and would have paid whatever they wanted because I could not sleep.Yes... I tried after that to get my prescription so I could get one somewhere else and when I walked in to the other place... they just sold it to me and didn’t even ask for the prescription. They said I hope you sleep better tonight.So... this may be a company rule for them or the person may not have known what they were talking about... bottom line... I needed something badly that you sell that is sold online with no prescription needed.

Really helpful from the start! Before we even stepped foot in the door they would call and let me know what was going on with our order. Definitely went beyond any expectations I ever had from any business!!! When we received my sons mask they were very nice and explained everything we needed to know.

Brought my machine in to the longview office to see if it was working properly. ken was my tech and was very helpful to help me with my issues. Everyone is always very helpful and nice when i have questions or issues.

Great place to go very friendly very helpful, very product knowledgeable. Best place Ive been for CPAP help. Because of my insurance issues had to go back for a second-round they took so much time and helped me so much, if you need medical equipment help in Longview this it is the place to go.

I have had a hard time getting my supplies on time partly because of my insurance changes but they never let me know. When I started doing business with them three years ago they were always ahead of time on scheduling supplies but now I have to call them and make requests. Maybe things will change. I need my CPAP supplies and if I knew somewhere else in the area I could get them I would.
