Very professional and this company has been doing my schedule maintenance for over 2 years. Great value and service. Its importance to get your maintenance done so you do not have larger problems down the road.

I made 3 service calls for the Same issue, and they never did anything about it but try to put some freon in the AC unit. Fast forward to earlier this week, and my AC was blocked, and I did not know that for some reason the drainage tube outside was in the dirt. Thats why my AC was having so much trouble cooling the house. Not only that, but that blockage caused water damage in my floors that I discovered earlier this week, and now I have to make an insurance claim and figure out how to redo my entire floors, because my ac unit was so clogged that it was leaking into the walls and the floor. I will never use them again. I called a company my friend referred and had it diagnosed and fixed in 5 minutes and my ac is cooler than it has been in the year Ive lived here with warranty and these guys service. (They also blamed everything on my flat roof and age of my AC😑).For some reason I Can not reply to the companys reply but a clogged drain should have been noted when checking the unit..if dirty coils were seen, a clogged drain pip should have been ruled out as well. Also someone did come in July and add free on to the unit, and we thought the issue was solved then, and in September the tech stepped 4 steps into the house said I had a flat roof and that was the issue with ny insulation and left without looking at anything. Clearly my expectations were not the same as the services provided through the warranty program...if im complaining about a unit not functioning properly, I thought a diagnostic protocol would be done and then I could make a decision from there. I appreciate your response, but I still hold on to my views on the service received through the warranty.Also the leak, again, was not due to coils freezing, but my drainage pipe only.

0 Stars!!!!!!PLEASE DONT EVER TRUST OR USE THIS BUSINESS, they were called to access an AC issue. No proper or professional communication was given. The only thing he mentioned was a part was needed and he will return when he gets it. They took 47 days to come and fix my AC unit, in that time water had leaked from the top floor all the way to second floor. Today when he showed up he ignored the leak and claim he cannot see a leak when very visibly it is there. We have been documenting all evidence. He was even on the phone with a plumber at my house and denied it after. He claims he saw no leak and tried to pass the buck. I called the business back, the lady was extremely rude, defensive and said it’s not her issue, we shouldn’t have run our AC unit in that time which was 47 days!!! what an ignorant statement since we live in Florida & we are in summer. No one communicated anything to us. She refused to assist, said it’s not her problem and slammed the phone down. Pathetic customer service, rude, & terrible company to deal with. I strongly urge you to NEVER use a company that writes their own reviews as well. Unprofessional & devious! They WILL be hearing from my attorney as we documented everything. They will be reported to our Home shield company as well!

This is a great company! Shortly after purchasing my home I needed a new A/C system. Got a great price, owners came out to make sure I was satisfied. Service is excellent and all their techs are Good down to earth people. I am a disabled vet and they are a veteran family owned company. Look no further than Complete Mechanical and Air!

Complete Air Mechanical came out to my house within 5 hours of my initial call. Their technician Michael was very thorough, found the problem right away and fixed the issue swiftly. My house is finally cooling down. Thank you Michael and Complete Air Mechanical of Central Florida!!

Would not recommend this company. Please get a second opinion before using this company. First technician forgot to put the outside unit back on and left. It is good thing I checked after he left and noticed it not going on. Then after the repair was done I found that the A/C had a leak. Another technician was sent. He said a different repair was needed. This repair was to inside expansion valve. Cost over $700 because he said they have to replace all of the Freon. Replacing all of the Freon was not necessary for inside repair but they wouldn’t do the repair unless that was done. Since a elderly lady could not be left in a hot house of over 90 degrees the decision was made to do the repair. After the repair was done it still had the same exact leak.

Home Warranty company referred me to this company: they assessed the problem, but did not submit paperwork for 4 ;days; did not respond to phone calls; ordered the wrong part; ordered again promising expedited delivery which did not happen; delivery date is now 7 days past due; company takes no responsibility and seemingly doesn’t care AEB lack of common courtesy with customer service. Use at own risk. Still no AC…..

On August 21, 2021 our home air conditioner stopped working. On August 21st my wife completed a request with our home warranty company, American Home Shield (AHS). The vendor that was assigned to us was Complete Air Mechanical of Central Florida. I immediately contacted Complete Air to see when they would be able to come out to our home. I was informed that they wouldnt be able to come out to our home until August 23rd. On August 23rd when the tech came out, he indicated that we had a leak on the inside and outside therefore the entire system needed to be replaced. The tech indicated that they would need to contact AHS to see if they wanted to have the unit repaired or if they would replace the entire unit. We were told that someone from Complete Air would contact us within a day or two to let us know. On August 25th I contacted Complete Air and spoke with Deborah to follow up with the status of Complete Airs communication with AHS. I was advised that communication with AHS had not been completed as of the 25th but she would work on it. On August 26th I contacted Deborah to follow up. Deborah indicated that AHS had agreed to replace the entire system. We were told that AHS would need to order the parts. Between August 27- September 6th, my wife and I contacted both AHS and Complete Air in order to get an update on the parts being ordered. During that time neither AHS or complete Air could provide us with the status of the parts. On September 7th, I spoke with AHS who indicated that the parts had been ordered and Complete Air should be able to have the parts by September 14th or sooner. On September 9th my wife followed up with Deborah to schedule the AC repair since the parts had been ordered. Deborah informed my wife that AHS had ordered the wrong heat strip part. Deborah indicated that a new heat strip needed to be ordered. On September 9th my wife contacted AHS. AHS indicated to my wife that the Complete Air provided them with the wrong part number to order. From September 9-13, we contacted both AHS and Complete Air who both would only point the finger at each other. The communication with Complete Air was a nightmare. We would call and never be able to get Deborah on the phone. Whenever we were able to get Deborah on the phone, she indicated that she would call us back and never do. While AHS and Complete Air are out playing a blame game, my family (two small children) and I are having to deal with sitting in a hot Florida house. Ive stressed both to AHS and complete Air that my 6 year old isnt able to sustain so much heat. Ive also stressed that I have solid hardwood floors that are meant to be a certain temperature or they start to expand. Welp during the process I learned that my sons health and my flooring issue is neither AHS nor Complete Airs priority. Were going on our 4th week with no AC in this hot Florida weather.

My Home warranty send this company on April 27, 2021. Call them 4 times and no answer. According to the website they are open 24hrs. I guess not. The home warranty still waiting on the paper work from them to approve my repair it has been 6 day total. 4 business days still no answer. The home warranty has call them at least 2 times still not responds. I guess they are either too busy or dont care for my business. If not respond today I will have to try to get a reputable company that want to work.

They were selected from my home warranty company. The repair guy was in my house 5 minutes and said he had to send something to the warranty company for review. It took them 3 days to send what was needed. I called 2 times to ask what the delay was. The last response from admin- we will call you back. No one called. My claim was denied from the warranty company. When I called complete air they could not explain anything to me. I am still confused. She said “I don’t know how else to explain it to you” This entire time, over a week I have been sitting in a warm/humid house. I called my warranty company and cancelled it. Looked up a trusted reputable company to look at my unit. The 2 guys that came the same day gave me a temporary fix (I am cool now) and were here for 30 minutes. Did a little maintenance on my outside unit and was very detailed in explaining what was wrong. The other technician was on personal calls while in my home and you could tell wanted get out of my house as fast as he could. He could care less if me and my family had air or not. Please do not use Complete Air- they don’t care!

I called in a service request on June 9th, and couldnt get an appointment until June 15th, but I guess thats summer in Florida! Also might be because home warranty of America is cheap and also has a terrible system of record management for open work orders. Will the technician was amazing!

That’s practically instant gratification! I could not have asked for any better service from Complete Air! First Class and Five Stars.

EDIT 10/13/2020 : Originally had nothint but good things to say about the company. Installer was knowledgable and friendly, admin person was kind as well. However, after repeatedly informing them I was no longer the contact point for the property in which the unit was installed, and repeatedly asking them to stop calling, AND blocking the number, they keep calling me. To the point of harrassment, this company seems to not communicate amongst themselves and will continue to hound you for renewals of contracts/service agreements. If you decline, they apparently dont bother noting it and will keep harassing you. If you plan on never using another HVAC company, they are great. Otherwise, they will harass you endlessly.After several bad experiences with local branches of big name HVAC companies, it was refreshing to be helped by a company thats not just out to get as much money out of you as possible. Both the workers I interacted with in person, Chris and Stephan, were knowledgeable and friendly. They presented me with all my options, and never made me feel like I had to just throw money at my problem. I got a new unit installed and Chris not only worked very methodically, but it was clear just how much experience he had. He answered all my questions, as countless as they were, and was always nice, friendly, and informative.They know their stuff, they dont try to cheat you, and as long as you listen and dont abuse your equipment AND do your monthly maintenance.. youre gonna have a good experience and long lasting equipment.

Complete Air Mechanical came to my house to fix the same problems twice. Every time, the technician just changed the fuse and told me everything should be fine. Especially the second time, I repeated told the technician that I dont think it was the fuse. He still did the same. I am not happy about the service, actually asked them to call me back. The only thing I got back from the company was invoice, nothing else.

The staff and technicians were great! Very honest and thorough. I would hire again and again.

Poor service and the company’s employees like to lyes about their services we have a week and still waiting for them to send the invoice to American Shield and they haven’t know there saying that they came to my house but no body answers when me myself and I spoke to their ACTech it’s unbelievable how can employees lye . I am going to report them to small business bureau.we are disabled and my wife since this started is having panic attacks.

Cannot say enough about the excellent service I received from Complete Air Mechanical. The initial phone call was answered in a very professional and courteous manner. The technician arrived on time and performed above the expected level of technical repair. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Contractor gave me a work description saying I need an evaporator coil replaced and system recharged. Then the contractor goes and tells the insurance company that he needs to make “modifications” to replace the unit hence rendering my home warranty useless and they expect me to come out of pocket for the repairs. This is unprofessional and undermining the contractor will do everything in his power to make a bigger paycheck and screw over the customer. Have tried to contact 28 times today with no answer yet they claim 24/7 service.

I contacted this company to come repair my a/c after the initial company had deemed that the a/c on the roof was not accessible. i appreciated that they promptly responded. That was the good news, now for the rest, the company gave me a quote of $300 to repair the a/c which I paid. It did not work. After three days, the tech returned and reported that the a more extensive repair was need than noted and required another $475 which did not included a $200 credit for the prior work. The warranty company paid for the repair but I need to pay for the refrigerant. I requested that the credit be used for the refrigerant but now I am denied the credit. What I question is the fact that original diagnostic was not satisfactory causing me to pay for a repair that did not solve the problem and was not appropriate. I ended up paying $450 for the repair in total and the warranty company also paid for the completed work. While I was attempting to not have to deal with the warranty company, this company did in fact let me down and cost me more money.

Repair technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process of what he was doing. He was very friendly and professional. The project manager we worked with when getting a new furnace did a great job explaining our options and did not pressure us to make a decision too fast. The installation crew was prompt, friendly, and left the house clean. I was very satisfied with our experience.

Chris the technician was punctual, very friendly and informative. His work was thoroug,h as he took his time inspecting my units, making sure that they were in good working order. This company has extremely poor communication. I have made several attempt to contact them only to get a message saying mailbox is full. What?!?! Update! They finally called me back 2 hours later and they are going to step up.

I was able to get a technician out the same day I called and it was Saturday. They diagnosed my AC problem right away, had the parts to fix it, were easy to talk to and charged a very fair price. The company texted me on the arrival time, the technician was on time and I could track his location so I knew when he would be here. I thought I was going to have to wait until Monday and take time off work to get this fixed so I was very happy!

The service we received from the installation crew, Chris and Moe, was extraordinary. They both were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They explained the process, asked for our preferences when applicable, and most of all, completed the installation as true professionals. Wonderful company. Called within a few minutes of me filing the claim. I received texts with updates as to where the tech was and when he would arrive. The air handler unit has to be replaced and they called and explained how that process would work with the insurance company. Great experience!!.

We just had our air conditioning unit replaced and the service we got from Complete Air Mechanical was outstanding. They were very helpful in answering all our questions about the install and the new equipment. The technicians were very courteous on the day of the install and also provided a good brief on the new furnace and ac unit before they left. I had a representative name Dominic come out today and the level of unprofessionalism was insane. I first had to wait 4 days for service and then upon arrival he must have had a bad weekend because his snarky comments and lack of communication insane for a customer interfacing role. I communicated with the company about his service and of course they stated that wasn’t like him. They where very apologetic but in the future I would never use this company through American home shield warranty.

I was recommended by a friend of mine who used them before for air-conditioning service repair, they were really quick and coming out versus some other companies wanted days they were out within hours, first of all they fix the problem for a very low cost they also warned me about an electrical issue that could cause a fire and Chris was nice enough to fix it the following day. Dishonest, unprofessional, and unresponsive! The technician showed up late, complaining about being dispatched so early after having to work until 1am (who cares???). We were told that our unit needed to be completely replaced for $2800. Ive lived in Florida my whole life and have had many outdoor units go down because of a capacitor failing. I asked the technician DIRECTLY: is it a capacitor?, and was told that it definitely was not, and that the unit was simply dead.I called another company to get a second opinion, and sure enough, within 15 minutes, that new technician had replaced the CAPACITOR and we had cold air. I tried to reach out to this company to tell them how upset I was about their service, was told that a manager would get back to me. 24 hours later, same thing. The day after that, I tried one more call and still couldnt reach a manager or supervisor to discuss the problems.Save yourself the headache and stress of dealing with this company and find someone else! Take it from someone who they tried to swindle for almost $3k.

My AC wasn’t working when I got home after a weekend away and I called and 2 hours later Tara was at my house diagnosing and fixing the problem. She was awesome and got it all working for me and now it’s nice and cool in my house again! Highly recommend and the pricing is good too!

My a/c wasnt cooling and my daughter in law recommended them. I called and they were quick in getting a tech out to check my a/c. Chris was on time, very professional, friendly and explained what the problem was and that it was an easy fix. There was a wire not connected on the thermostat for cooling when I had the thermostat replaced by someone else, so Chris fixed it in no time. I highly recommend them.

There was an ongoing issue with a model of thermostat on a brand new system. Complete Air replaced it with an upgraded model and all is working well now. Very fast service.

I will never reach out to another company for anything air conditioning. Complete Air Mechanical is fast to reply, totally professional, and sent someone super professional and amazingly skilled to install our two units. They were out within a day of calling, arrived toward the front end of our installation window, and had both units working within 45 minutes. If you want something done right with no concerns, call Complete Air Mechanical.

This is the best A/C company I have ever had as a homeowner!

When you pay 4 thousand dollars to have your A/C ducts and vents replaced you expect top quality. This company is the exact opposite. Took 3 days to complete a job they said would only take a day to a day and a half max. Customer service was terrible. Repairmen showed up 3 hours late and they bragged about being late because they had to get their days pay. The A/C is now leaking condensation onto my roof and causing a massive leak into my roof. They claim no responsibility even though I didn’t have a roof leak before the they showed up. It’s the middle of December and they are trying to blame the roof. We haven’t had substantial rain in months. Safe to say I will be calling my lawyer and NEVER recommending this company to anyone. STAY AWAY.

I was impressed with the service I got from Complete Air Mechanical. I had the AC system replaced by them. The work was professional and complete. The installer made sure the work area was clean before he left. I would recommend Complete Air every time.

I called Complete Air on 4/20/18 at around 7:30 and left a message for my broken ac, I called a few other companies as well and they were the first to call me back ( never heard back from the other companies) and within an hour the technician Bo was at my house. He was very polite and knowledgeable and very patient with me as I had a lot of questions. He found the problem swiftly my relay switch outside was bad, my unit is 10 or so years old so I was expecting the worst, but thanks to his honesty my wallet is as happy as I am! Thank you complete air! Thank you Bo!

My air broke down while my husband was out of town and I was nervous about having a worker at my home without him here, Chris came out and diagnosed it as some relay switch and fixed it right away. He also repaired some wiring that was damaged. I was impressed because he was willing to stay on the phone with my husband while he was here and explained everything to him from start to finish. I will continue to use complete air, they were honest and reasonably priced and made me feel very comfortable

Very satisfied. Gotta explain! I got home from work Oct. 30 everything was nice and cool. Come late evening noticed it was warm really warm inside. Knew something was wrong. By morning it was HOT. Called Complete Air from work and was able to get an appointment by the time I got off work. Technician check out the heat pump outside and found a dead rat had shorted out circit board. Fan motor too. Beau the tech. explained everything. Basically I fix the problem and would have a one year warranty and needed to order the part. We were talking over the options or replace the entire system with a 10 year warranty. House hasnt had heat for over 2 YEARS. Crew could start next day. Looked at the wife... Do it! Wayne and Rashawn arrived early. Excellent. They were very professional. Did excellent work. After a few hours Wayne held his hand up by the vent and said its blowing cold air. Asked him again. I had to open the door to the air handler to check. Couldnt believe it. The new system was running. It was whisper quite. Thank you Jesus. Totally satisfied. Wayne and Rashawn did excellent work.

Was able to get on schedule in good time.Highly recommend to use.The tech that came out was very upfront on the problem I was having with my unit. He gave our options on what needed to be done, which was done complete and on time.Will continue to use and recommend to my family and friends.....
