You can tell lots of care went into selecting and/or making everything in the shop.Really happy to have more local stores like this. The cherry-on-top... I mentioned my boyfriend & I have somewhat sensitive skin, didnt ask about ingredients or anything else. The shop owner kindly looked up ingredients of all the soaps I was interested in and read them out to me. This is why small, local shops will always have the charm and transparency that big chains just cannot match.

What a cool, zen, lovely shop! I told the very nice owner I was looking for a clean, Made in USA bug repellant. He presented a delicious-smelling “Sweet Relief Gnat Repellant” that is the first thing to keep them away when hanging at the dog park. Can’t wait to go back!

Hair health is very important to me. I’m currently on an all oil regimen for my hair. However, the only thing I was missing was a good all natural shampoo. I had heard about wash bars, but I never tried them. Until I stumbled into Mockingbird, today!I need good lather and lay in my washes, along with a nice clean feel. The Moroccan Lava Clay bar was so nice. I did two thorough rinses and on my third application it was exactly what I wanted.I also loved how knowledgeable the store owner was, and she was extremely helpful. I’m a fan! And I’ll be back to try more products!I dropped some pictures to see my wash process, tonight! Highly recommend!

Everything in the store is all natural. I thought the prices were really good. They have tons of product. They have anywhere from rollerball perfume, lotion, soap, nail polish, creams for psoriasis and eczema. All kinds of different items.

This Family owned business is endearimg as it is charming. The aesthetic is a serene, Calming one. Soft music is played in the background. The organic array of essential oils and self care items are a plenty. Shop owner, Ms. Saima is such a sweet, soft spoken soul. Its an enjoyable experience there. The prices are a bit high but for quality products, its understandable. I recommend a visit to this quaint shop.

When I first found this store I had been searching for a quality vegan deodorant that worked, for what seemed like a year and after one visit to the store I found the perfect brand for me and my long search finally came to an end. This place is amazing! I have eczema and all of the products recommended by staff work great for me. I love this store because there are very little ingredients in their product, which is great for sensitive skin like mine. On top of that there is a lovely lady that is so helpful and sweet. The couple that owns this store is SO knowledgeable and attentive. If there is an item out of stock, the husband Youssef can make it I’m the back. I went into this shop for the first time several weeks ago and bought an essential oil that was recommended for my skin type (slightly dry with some inflammation) as well as a house brand moisturizer. After just 3 weeks I can see the change in my skin and Im so happy! My blemishes/ acne scars have lightened and my skin is less red and much more moisturized. Their essential oils are also all natural and food grade! I dont plan on ever switching back to my old, expensive, non-natural skin care routine again.

Ive been using their extra rich conditioner for years and recently started using their ph balance shampoo. Fantastic products! I travel 30-40 min to purchase them because I love it so much. The store may seem a little expensive, but youre paying for QUALITY, SMALL BATCH PRODUCTS. Only wish they sold larger sizes and didnt use the smaller sized plastic bottles. Would definitely save me time and waste.

I have been a customer since this store was Nu Natural, and I can attest that the products are extremely thoughtful, safe for my skin, and worth their value. The new owns are extremely sweet individuals. They don’t try to upsell you on everything in the store. You can go in and speak with someone about your needs and they’ll point you to the produce you need. My husband loves the beard cleaning oil, and I use the toner, day and night creams, and facial scrubs. I also love their under eye serum. Great products. Great value!

Great store with lots of natural choices. My first visit was before Christmas and I picked up a car aromatherapy plug in for my husband...he LOVES it! He travels for work with other guys in the car so I appreciate that his car no longer smells like all of them anymore! LOL There is plenty of other goodies in Natalies store. I love her choices of essential oils. Great finds from cleaning products to face serums, all locally made. I saw they offer massage, nail and hair cut services using natural ingredients. Dont worry you will not smell the services like you do in most salons, I didnt even know until someone mentioned picking out nail color. Natalie has more great plans for her store, so stop in when you can and see whats new... I know I will.

This business is a prime example of why you should support small businesses!!! The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about her products, and you can tell she selects each product with care. This store has really great prices for skincare and you can easily recognize ingredients in her products. For people with allergies to aluminum she sells get deodorant alternatives, too! I come here for the roll on perfume and I always get compliments on the scents. Additionally, the prices are mostly under 20 dollars, which is great when compared to big name stores like Ulta and Sephora and you get bang for your buck. If you’re looking for a store that sells products with natural ingredients, Mockingbird is that store.

Recently I went to Mockingbird Apothecary in search of some natural products for an embarrassing outbreak of acne on my face.
