I called Automotive One to ask about adding a hitch, wiring, and a brake controller to our 2015 Nissan truck for towing our small camper. Carl is who helped me and not only provided me with an accurate quote but he also took the time to answer all of my questions. We went over a few factors specific for my towing needs and he made sure I wasn’t under prepared but would have everything we needed to hit the road and be safe doing so. The work done was more then satisfactory and the whole team was very professional and friendly. They advised me it would be about a few hours and thats exactly what happened. Would highly recommend them!

I had Karl install all Blue Ox equipment including breaking system to flat tow my F150 behind my RV. The price quoted was the amount charged. It turns out ford did not have a power socket that was live at all times which allowed the breaking system to work so they had to installed one. They only charged me for the material. I am so pleased! I would highly recommend this business For any automotive work required.

My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles to Automotive One after some pretty bad experiences with a very famous automotive repair place in town. One day about a week ago I had a unique opportunity to have sat in the waiting room from 8:30am to 3:30pm. What was thought to be a quick fix obviously was not and rather than bother someone for a ride (automotive one offered too) I had brought work with me so it was ok.Anyway listening to Leon and Todd and Carl all day on the phones one thing became so abundantly clear...these are probably the three most honest men in the business. So many times they were telling customers not to do this and not to do that as it wouldn’t be worth it. Who turns away work when the client hasn’t a clue... they do. I heard them tell a man that it would be cheaper for him to buy a used car than make the repairs to the one he had even though the customer wanted to do it. It’s really kind of shocking how many times this went on. These guys protect us by doing the job that is needed and nothing more and we haven’t a clue how lucky we are. They know the great majority of ya know nothing and they surely do not take advantage of that! This other place I mentioned...it was just the opposite. EVERY and without exaggeration I mean EVERY person who dropped off their car was given a phone call within 20 minutes of leaving saying more needed to be done than they had originally agreed upon. After 1 hour of listening to this I asked for my keys back and drove to Automotive One. I will NEVER go anywhere else ever again! I’m guessing this is why they are so busy. They are honest and trustworthy and have 1st rate mechanics working on the vehicles. 100 stars and 100 thumbs up to Automotive One!!!!!

Horrible service, after appointment waiting time for a 2 weeks, surprise-price was changed from $150 to $200. Explain: misunderstandings.....during the appointment time received a call from mechanic that he is UNCOMFORTABLE to do his job with very expensive car!!!! WARNINGDO NOT USE Automotive One

I was looking for a draw frame to haul a trailer and I couldn t find in anywhere unless I order it online. The only place I found one on the spot was in this location and all thought I was in a hurry to buy it and install it myself, they took the time to look it up in the computer and see if it was the right fit before buying it also they gave us a few minutes tutorial on how to install it.

I have been taking my cars here for years. Especially when I can not do the work myself. I have always found them honest and reliable. They wont do extra work without calling you and are very detailed orientated.

Dropped a carb off on a Monday, was told it would be Wednesday. Called Thursday and they said the afternoon. Called back the following Monday to pickup in the afternoon. If you want your car worked on fast and at dealership labor pricing, this is definitely the place to go for your needs.

These guys are the best! Scheduled my car for a tune up. They emailed me my quote so I was able to choose the services I wanted. They will bring to back to home/work and pick you up when service is done! How cool is that? Upon pick up, they let me know that I actually didnt need to replace my brake pads. Highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful experience with Automotive One. We are a fulltime RV traveling family have received auto service all over the country, due to the miles we travel. Their team installed our hitch into the bed of our new truck this last week. I had direct contact with five different employees, each of whom was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. As our job took most of the day, they had two (very sweet) gentlemen shuttle me to the mall and back, as we came from out of the area. The service and communication here is absolutely amazing and the entire community raves about their service. We are thrilled with our entire experience. Highly recommend!

This is where we go the past 3 years to get our old Honda fixed. We trust them over the dealer to diagnose and repair whats needed. We had something tricky recently, the car was hesitating on accelerating from stop, and it ended up something to do with the gas pedal and cruise control. They researched tha problem & came up with the solution. We trust them to tell us whats actually wrong and charge us fairly.

Always impressed with all aspects of Automotive One.Stumbled into Automotive One several years ago with a new trailer that had issues the dealer could not correct. Absolutely sure it would cost nearly a thousand dollars to make changes andcorrect the problems. The bill was $110.00 and they found my brake system was filled with water instead of brake fluid. ( New from the dealer ). Since that day, they have serviced all four of my trailers, two of my Mercedes Spinters, and two of my GMC pickups. Ive recommended them to several friends. I have been going to Automotive One for almost 20 years. I currently live near Gainesville and will only take my car to Todd and Leon. I have tried the dealer experience and dont want to do that again. I trust that Automotive One will always put me in a safe vehicle. Once when going on a long road trip was told my battery was ok but they recommended a new one before the trip. Sure enough the weather got really cold on the trip and had I not listened I would have been stuck with a dead battery. Dave & Todd make the experience of getting your car repaired as painless as possible by offering appointments, pick up and drop off service and honest estimates.I live in Eustis now but still drive the extra distance to Longwood because I know they will take care of me.Bill Eustiswell its April 2016 and I needed some things done on the old Rodeo and as always I took to Dave & Todd. they found some serious things that needed correcting so we ended up with a little more to be done than I thought.They did a bang up job on the Rodeo and I think I can get it to at least 250,000 miles as long as I keep going to Automotive One.

Had the car sent in from another shop and they charged me 90$ and was unable to complete my alignment. They were willing to fix it for an additional 50$ and I informed them I was taking my car somewhere else.

I found Automotive One in Longwood, Fl online after my wifes A/C was acting funny last few days and it gets really HOT here, especially sitting in traffic. I called several auto repair shops that cater to vehicle Cooling Systems. I was not impressed with 3 places I called in the first 30 seconds on the phone and they couldnt answer my questions. Four that I called didnt even return my call after leaving a concerning messages that we needed repairs. After calling Automotive One, one of the managers Leon answered and I knew right away he was professional and could maybe give us a solution. I asked him about some of the negative reviews online and asked if he could explain some of them and tell me a little about their company. I was so impressed with his knowledge and sincere concern to try and help us himself or at least point us in the right direction after educating me. My call was on a Mon the 10th, so I immediately scheduled for the 17th for an appointment. After informing my wife, she wanted it done right away. I called Leon back and he made room for us the very next morning for a diagnostic.The next day I met one of the owners (David) which used to be the President of Automotive Service Association for 16yrs and still very involved and could see why their staff is so professional. Leon worked with my warranty Co. even after losing power for most of the day from a bad storm by using back up systems and even his personal cell phone to communicate back and forth. Needless to say we picked up our car on Wed and our A/C was blowing a cool 32 degrees which may not be typical.However, my wife was so happy we are scheduling our next oil change in our (thankfully now) repaired Jetta and one of our friends BMW for her next oil change too.Thank You so much Leon, David and Todd for an Awesome experience!I would recommend Automotive One in Longwood to anyone for their auto repair needs!
