Quick service. Quality job done. Good price.. Made an appointment same day for a wheel alignment and they had my car in and out in an hour. 4 star review because location hasnt had ink for the alignment printer for awhile and can not print out before and after measurements like advertised.

I have been coming to this Tires Plus location for about two years now. The customer service here is elite compared to most auto maintenance and repair shops around. They are honest, reliable, and truly going the extra mile for customers. They go above and beyond to make it a comfortable experience and their customer service is top notch. I have a lot of anxiety coming into car repair/maintenance shops and Matt and Dan at the front desk are always so kind and considerate. The technicians that work on the vehicles work quickly and effectively. Check engine light? Oil change? New tires? AC? They wouldn’t recommend service that isn’t necessary. They truly want to make sure you understand the health of your vehicle without draining your wallet. Anything you need to get taken care of...they will take care of you to ensure you get back on the road safely. 10/10 would recommend!

I just wanted to say thank you! I had to drop my 2014 Jeep Cherokee off last week due to gas tank issues. It was not an easy fix. It was under warranty. The staff helped me through the whole warranty process. The customer service was excellent. They called me and kept me up to date on what was happening with my jeep the entire time. I have been coming to this location for about year about a year The staff is always helpful. They dont try to wheel and deal you. They are honest and do not try to sell you something you dont need. Thank you again for the great customer service and getting my jeep back on the road. You have a customer for life. I always tell everyone to take their cars here for service. They do so much more than just tires. :-)

When I come here its always a beat place to be here. The guys always on point with all of my cars. Great personality and always professional. I do recommend the one in Longwood, Fl. I live Im Deltona and I would drive an extra mileage just for them to fix my car or a simple oil change and tire rotation.

You all see the tire on the wall that says this is why you need road hazard!! Well yep thats my husbands tire! All 3 of his tires ended up with nails! Roofing truck dumped a bucket in the road on accident and 9 nails went in one tire! I love this particular tires plus location! I only go to the longwood location! For some reason they do it better than the lake mary location which is closer to me but i go the extra distance for this location! They are polite, courteous and do the job right and efficiently! I have prices my tires everywhere else and no where else fives the best deal besides here! I would highly recommend the longwood tires plus location to anyone!

Went in for afree brake inspection, was given an outragous repair bill, denied getting the work done then, and spent An hour and a half waiting for them to put my wheels back on and let me leave! Never again!

I was there first thing in the morning getting a new tire. I told staff i had to get to work at a certain time. They made sure i was taking care of and gave me time to make it in on time. Great job and service. Went above and beyond. Thank you guys

This place is only open until 7pm if you are an existing customer. I walked in at 6:20pm needing a plug for a rapidly deflating tire. They basically told me me to go to Firestone down the block. Thats worth at least one star. Firestone was empathetic to my situation and jumped at the opportunity to help me and my family for the long ride ahead.

Completely disgusted. Drove to Florida from Massachusetts with kids and tire started losing air. Asked them to take a look at my tire and they said they don’t have time. Really nice for a single mom who is completely out of town and has no where to go with a flat tire guys thanks!

I have an older vehicle that could easily be a money pit somewhere else but when I bring it to tires plus they separate for me what is an emergency and what is not really needed. The managers Mike and Rob are amazing and always take great care of me. They pay attention to detail and get it right the first time!

They are the best Tire and Repair shop in the area. Their pricing on tires and repairs are fair. The staff are great, the mechanics are knowledgeable and explain things to you, the guys that check you in are also knowledgeable too. I cant say enough about them except I have all my work done there.

Be careful if you do not want the road hazard warranty. They will charge you automatically with a new tire, and nobody with authority to credit you back is there on weekends. You will have to come back on a weekday.

I almost always take my car to Tires Plus. The staff there are friendly and knowledgeable. Any questions I have they can answer.

Rob has helped out family for many years with our 4 cars tire needs. He offers options and helps us choose what is best for us at the time. No pressure or up-selling just professional service.

These guys did a fantastic job. I was squeaking and screaming in my car for weeks from how bad I needed a brake job. I scheduled my appointment for a Friday (payday) afternoon and before I was done with lunch they had me packaged and ready to go with new rotors, new brakes and even handled my need fluids. They also extended me all the coupons which was an absolute life saver granted my EXTREMELY SMALL BUDGET (and the fact that I had came prepared to put my foot down on extra services).They guys behind the counter are real sweethearts too and do plenty of community service since they saved me so much I had the chance to donate a little to their charity of the month.

Tires Plus gave me excellent customer service and great advice on which tires to buy for my car. I loved that they did not try to over sell me on any additional services, just gave solid recommendations. Price on tires was very competitive.

The reason I am rating this a 1 star is becuase, I went here to get an oil change and a new tire. I had asked i they do brakes and vehicle inspections, I was told they do. I asked them to do an inspection as I was pretty sure I needed new brakes. They went ahead did the inspection and told me that my brakes were good. Fast forward about a couple of days I am hearing a really bad grinding noise. I go to a different mechanic to take a look at my brakes and what do they tell me? That I do need brakes. I had no pads and my rotors were all messed up. They had me come outside to the vehicle and showed me my brakes. They said that whoever checked my brakes last time either did not really check them or really did not care. Tires plus in Longwood put those around me and myself in danger.

The service was fantastic. Rob and his team were very helpful and worked really hard to get my truck back on the road. I highly recommend Tires Plus in Longwood.

Would be 0 stars if I could this place is a total ripoff they make up stuff just to charge customers with crazy up charges when really your car didnt need that repair just to make money on the customer!Brought my 2012 civic they over charge me for some sensor that the car didnt need it and did front and rear brakes and now my car making noise and the breaks pulsating like crazy and now after driving for a month bring my car to different mechanic now I need Rotors because they did a bad job so please learn on my mistakes and find a different place to get your car serviced !!

Very friendly and polite staff, didnt have to wait long either. A little expensive for the service I needed, but its also a lack of choices in the area.

I have to say this location is terrific! I made a mistake by rotating my tires to soon. I called them back the same day and spoke with Michael the manager and he has very kind and understanding about my problem. He welcomed me back the next day to take care of it. I have been dealing with this location for a couple years now and I highly recommend them and their services.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE...EVEN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE!!! My worst nightmares come true. I went in for a tire balance and rotation, just as they suggest. They also offered to top off my fluids. Two hours later I have a huge puddle of radiator fluid under my car. I went back to get it fixed and their response was we didnt do it. What an amazing coincidence! Same response from the Store Mgr...We didnt do it. So Im not surprised they wouldnt admit it. Had to contact District Mgr. Finally spoke to someone who offered a few more suggestions rather than we didnt do it. Not going back!!!

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. The manager is terrible. I walked in, stood infront of the desk and he didnt look up from the computer to address me for nearly a minute! And when he did he gave short responses and didnt bother to ask how many tires I was looking for or what kind of work I needed done. I walked out immediately and went to a competitor and ended up with a great deal on 4 tires and much better customer service. BTW I live in the neighborhood directly behind this location and I will never walk in again. Only a few times in my life have I ever been treated so poorly as a customer. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else for auto care.

I stay wavy daily but these people stay loopy. Saw a employee come out the bathroom with a girl.. free inspection they said. Didnt know it was that type of inspection.3 hours later I get my car back with hidden fees.. please. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE

I have been a loyal customer of this store for almost 10 years. Several years ago, I struck up a great relationship with the GM at the time Mike Maheu (he has since moved to Lake Mary store) and he always took great care of my needs, which were predominantly oil changes and tire rotations and new tires when needed. In the last few years, their new GM Mike Firmara has really stepped up to the plate on several occasions. Recently, I had the need to have a new battery installed (and he provided me as he handed it to me over the counter) and my mechanic installed it for me and he was great to have the battery replaced under warranty! He seems very committed to my satisfaction and I could highly recommend his staff as I have found they do quality work on my vehicle.

I went there for tires and next thing I know my hoods up.they were trying top things off and it wasnt requested .I just went for tiers 🤔 I got there at 3 p. M. And I was out almost to 5pm. just for tires horrible service he also peeled into the parking space after he was done. Poor customer service. I would definitely recommend not going here for any future services

Got a great deal on tires after having a blow out. Even when the tire delivered was not up to par they ordered another one and put it on as soon as possible good customer service Ill be back.

I went in for an alignment and the manger told me they close at 4pm on Sundays it was 1pm at the time so I dropped my car off and was told it would be ready when I arrived to pick it up. I arrived at the shop at 3:45 and was told the car wasnt ready yet and that no one had even touched the car and on top of that I would have to wait now. I did I understand that things can get crazy and the day can fly by so I waited. They aligned my car in 15 mins and only touched the front two tires. I received my paper work and was told everything was in good shape which It wasnt, even the specs on the paperwork showed differently. So I got back the next day (Monday) and explain the situation with the shop manager and he tells me Im right and that they shouldnt have sent me on my way with a car like that. So they fixed everything and blamed the Mechanic that worked on the car and told me hes new and didnt know that the rear of the car can be adjusted. I will probably never come back to this location again. Do your research people dont just take thier word for it.

Return customer, had prorated warranty on Interstate battery. Exchanged core and left with replacement battery. Not the cheapest battery but got 5 years on a 6 year warranty which in the Florida heat is outstanding.

In and out in 1 hr life time Alignment. And fixed a tire with a screw in it.
