Store manager its absolutely unprofessional and very disrespectful person. Have no idea how some one like him can even run a store!!!!!! Heres my story: On 09/02/21 I went to his store looking to just replace my old phone screen. Thats all I wanted!!! Sofia, some manager that day, advised me the was impossible to fix it, cause it was gonna cost more to fix it than if I would it bought a new phone. With that been said, I asked her, if I bought a new one can you port my old number to my new device, she said, not under your name, your wife ( she was with me) would have to open up a new account with new devices and 30 days later you can come back here and well port it over for you. I said, hell fine, lets do it...we did it and today over 30 days later, I come to the store and of course, she wasnt there...this guy that claimed to be the store manager with a weird name, cant even remember, I think Xavier,, informed me the Sofia had lied to us and the it was impossible to do the numbers transfer..he keep on cutting me off telling me the hes been in the store for over 9yrs and he knows what hes talking about, stating the theres nothing he can do, the thats how the sales game is, its all about the sale...REALLY?!?!!? your customers are games to you?? The fact the this person didnt try to do NOTHING to at least showed the he care about trying to help an unhappy customer, the all he can keep saying is, sir nothing I can do, the fact the he call his job a sales game, its pathetic, unprofessional and low standards representation for this company. I called the customer support and boom!!! Transfer done, I was able to port not just my old number, also my old wifes number over and he couldnt it!!! I did file a formal complaint with customer support about this clown, lets see how far this goes...

I came in on January 1st to buy 2 iPhone Se 2020 ($99). There was a promotion at the time for iPhone SE 2020 $49 after mail in rebate, your account has to be on autopay for 3 months. I asked for $30 plans. Imran put the phones on $50 dollar plans added additional features to where the phone lines were $60 each. Found out when my daughter received the text message about the bill being due for $120. Now that it’s time to claim the rebates I found out I can only do 1 rebate. Rebate center requesting I go back to the store and get everything rectified but I’ll just dispute the $400+ charge from January with my bank. It’s not right nor fair to lie to customers and take our money. We work hard just as they do to provide for our families not to be taken advantage of for commission or any other reasons. After 6 months I will be unlocking the devices and moving to a new wireless carrier. Because of 1 individual 5 lines will be moved from Metro. Word of mouth is powerful and I’ll spread the word to family & friends. As should other customers who has been wronged by Metro PCS employees

I was just at this location, Xavier took care of me and he went out of his way to help me,he was so very helpful, he was very attentive tried his best to solve my problem and told me that if in 2 days I still had the same problem to come back,and even though I hope I dont have to I will very gladly come back,he was so very helpful! Ive been at other locations and the treatment has not been the same,I thank him very much. Good Job!

I came to Metro because my phone wasnt charging and I had Imran help me clear out the dirt in the charger port and he went out of his way to make sure my charger port was working properly by trying different chargers in the store. I ended up buying new phone, case, screen glass and another charger cord and I recommend everyone to come to this store if they need help. Imran and his team here really cares and it shows. Thank you so much handsome! Ill never go anywhere else.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Mr. Imran Khan who is the Longwood Store Manager. He honestly is the most straight forward, honest, friendly, polished and professional man I have ever done business with. I didnt feel rushed or ignored the entire time. He asked me about every member of my family and told me stories which were impeccable and mind blowing. They need to have him give a training course to other Managers at Metro by T-mobile stores how to troubleshoot, and sell cell phones. Ive been to many of your stores in 76 years and sadly leave disappointed always due to lack of care and concern for senior citizens. Im extremely impressed by this young man because I offered him a $20 tip and he refused it and said he would rather I do a metro text survey for him and submit an honest Google review to let his superiors know he took care of me to the fullest. Whom ever is Imrans manager, please give him a reward for being this great and amazing. I pray you never let him leave. For a year I have been frauded by the store. The manager hired Nick who at the time of purchase informed me that the Value pack was damage insurance. The Value pack is not insurance. I broke my phone and now the store management feels they are not responsible for the fraud of on of their employees. I will be switching providers in the near future.

Go see Imran Khan at Longwood. Hes the most qualified cell phone store manager Ive ever encountered. He was able to set up my device and reset all my passwords in a few minutes. He deserves a raise and I will never go anywhere else for a cell phone. 10 Stars!

Imran and Paula helped me upgrade and transfer everything from my old damaged phone to my new phone in minutes while at another location they said they could not do it for me because the phone das broken. The Manager is very patient and taught Paula how to get the job done effectively and very fast. I will only come yo Longwood from now on. Best Customer Service and Teamwork. Thank you Imran & Paula!

I had lost my Samsung Galaxy S8+ and one way or another it ended up in your Longwood store because someone found my phone and dropped it off there. Your store manager, Imran Khan called all the numbers from my recently called, missed and incoming numbers and got in touch with my son, Bill and returned it to him in perfect condition.He is an honest, kind, ethical and amazing God fearing man. He restored my faith in humanity and I would like it if your company can reward him for his honesty, integrity and hard work. We need more good men like Imran on this planet. I have to say ANY Giant Communications (Metro by T-Mobile) store I have visited seems to VERY knowledgeable, helpful & amazing staff. This store in particular has a great staff & presence. The store is impeccably clean, hand sanitizer & wipes fully available and Imran was able to help with the most difficult of questions. Which phone is the best upgrade for my 17 y/o daughter? He is in tune with what the teens need in a device as well as keeping it with a single parents budget. I will continue to be a customer knowing he & Lorne are running the show! If hes moved to another store Ill need the location. 😂 Thank you again Imran, Lorne, Phillip & Giant for keeping this store as it is!!!

Hi, On the 31st of December I had simply entered this Metro by T Mobile to make a payment on the hotspot top off data. The Manager Imran Khan fastly completed my request with very nice way about him. He was extremely informative. I knew I would be back at that time. To top off this review, Mr. Khan advised me of a new Internet product that offers a lot of Data on a promotion that ended today. Now this Manager did not have to tell me this at all. The company would have made more money with the normal price with out the promotion on this Alcatel external WiFi box. In his mind the customer being happy with the business he truely puts time and heart in to the fullest was his goal. After my first 5 minutes entering this business, I already could tell this guy was going that way. ( Side note, this product is running full bars, my Laptop is faster than ever.)Thank You,Daniel

Please do your self a favor and dont stop by this store..i was there on Thursday 4/4/2018..i wanted to switch carrier and get a phone and the store manager#imranKhan was there i picked up $50 plan and he told me tranfering fee will be $30 and said all will be $80 i wanted to use my debit card but he told me his credit card machine is not working and if i can pay cash and i said sure but i dont have any cash on me i went to amscot next door took $80 and give it to him and he didnt give me my reciept and i forgot to ask..i went back there again asked for reciept and i was shocked with what he did...on the reciept says i paid him $60 and he handed me back $10..which is never happened cuz everything in cameras and they refuse to check the cameras..i have the reciept from store and the reciept from amscot as well..and also witnesses they saw me i am paying them..stay way from this store and #imranKhan store manager) he will take your money the way he did to me

Elijah helped me out today with getting my 2 little ones phones for Christmas. He took his time and explained any questions I had. He helped me with getting a great deal with their specials they had going on. He initially asked if I would be purchasing today. I told him I didnt think I would be today but here before Christmas. He showed me phones and told me of the time frame for current specials. Never felt pressured to complete a transaction today. With his help it happened on the spot! Thank you Elijah!!!

Ive been with MetroPCS since its inception. This store, for whatever reason, always seems to beat the competition, at least from all the stores Ive been to in the area and East Orlando. The service is always fast and friendly, unbeatable in my eyes. Ive never once had a problem at this store and will continue going. I believe this is a franchise location, not corporate. This stores tends to be light on accessories compared to others, although I have never been inconvenienced by that factor.

Joel was very helpful in answering my questions regarding the plans offered by MetroPCS as Im considering becoming a customer. However, his co-worker or manager (not sure which) asked him to help the customer behind me while he was talking to me.  Although the customer was done quickly (paid his bill) I still had to wait to continue the conversation until the other customer had been helped.  Thats the only reason for four stars instead of five.

Scam artist!!! I came to this location to get 2 new phones. 1 of the phones was the ZTE Z Max Pro which is $99 on the metro pcs website and in stores. The man told me it would be $180 unless I do an upgrade. I know that other metro stores only charge $99 even with no upgrade. I was closer to the Longwood love so I went there. I walked out and went to the Lake Mary location where I was told that phone is only $99 so I purchased the phone there. I know many people who have gone to the Longwood store and have dealt with horrible customer service and lies. Id stay away from this location if you can. I will never return there again and I will let everyone I know not to go there.
