Management is top notch and very knowledgeable about everything in the store and will actually give you lower prices if youre not needing what youre looking for. My boyfriend bought a pipe for 40 bucks basic pipe I was like nope not spending 40 bucks on this posBasic piece walked back in they refuse to refund me my money knowing it was just purchased. They are extremely over priced and rude.

Owner is always kind to me. Good selection of oils not so many e-cigs. Those they sell are good quality and store sells other products as well. CBD oils, waters, creams are available, incense etc. The store is on the small size, basically shelves, counters/tops filled with typical smoke shop merchandise. The prices are a little high and staff can be pushy to sell. Store is near me so sometimes its easier to pop in to grab a coil what not when in rush.

Easily my favorite shop to go to. Theres always great costomer service and they know their products so well. So if youre in the area definitely try this place out.

This is now the only place I go for e liquid! The staff is experienced and personable, they know me and my preferences. They even pull a bottle of juice off the shelf when they see me approaching the store, and are ready for me at check out! The selection here is second to none. I pay several dollars less per bottle here than elsewhere. I cant imagine going anywhere else. They put their heart in running a truly fine store!

Excellent business. I purchased a number of things there the first time i went, including a single chambered handheld water pipe all of which was very reasonably priced. About a week later, before i had used the pipe i noticed a crack in the coloring deep in the glass. Went to the store and they replaced it for me free of charge even though i had the piece at my house for an extended time. Would recommend. Thanks, guys.

They quoted one price over the phone. The original clerk got EXTREMELY aggressive when I explained the price he had provided me on the phone. I only know it was him because he insisted to be so. I was speakimg with one man, then another came from behind a curtain of beeds. I had to purchase a different brand. They would NOT re-ring the order. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!

Great shop with great prices. However I purchased an Aegis 100w from them that was missing contents. I contacted Aegis directly as I have a friend who is a sales rep for them and was told ALL 100w kits contain the 18650 sleeve. I was told by the employee at VIP smokeshop to look on EBay and that only the kits that are higher price have one. For customers looking, please do research of contents before purchasing from here.

On countless occasions I have come to these guys with the most specific off the wall questions. Awful service after they got the money... super nice guy but won’t stand behind the products. Had a clear product failure 2 weeks after purchas. Was told that I get people like you in all the time... wow really. I just spent 300 with you... I’d say if you’re buying hardware to go elsewhere this is just another run of the mill store.

Sold us a piece that was kind of like a bong but it was a bowl. It still had water in the middle on the inside and they told us to go home and put it in the freezer, we kept it in the bubble wrap until we got home and put it on top of a loaf of bread in our freezer... went back 5 mins later to check on it and pulled it out to have it leaking all over me. Called them and explained to them what happened and they told us to let them know the next time we come in and they will give us a discount. Sorry but that’s very very poor customer service if you ask me.. you sold us a broken piece and won’t even exchange it and then have the odesity to tell us “when we come back” y’all will give us a discount. There is absolutely no way I’m going back to this place if they can’t even take proper care of their customers who didn’t just walk in to spend 20$...

This place sells kratom but it wasn’t very good quality at all. The guy told me “you’re gonna love this stuff”. They only carry that one brand. I knew I wasted my money as soon as I opened the package and smelled it. Usually good kratom has a strong smell and distinct color to it. This brand did not have that. Looked like chopped up oregano when I looked at it. I went ahead and tried it and it had absolutely no effect AT ALL.

I bought a tank from this store. I tried it at home and nothing came out and the tank leaked everywhere. The shop made me out to be a liar and stated they wouldnt let me exchange it or refund it. Its a shame because the shops owner appears to be a good guy, but dont be fooled by the nice words. I was absolutely scammed by this shop. I recommend to never go to this place.

Went in to buy a detox a heavy set guy guaranteed the product would work so I said cool I trust u. Went home and did some research to find out it has terrible reviews and theres supposed to be pills that are sold with it which he did not have or even mention it to me. So being that he was nice to me I went back an hour later to see if he could do me a favor and return it. He said no. He actually told me that I may have dumped out the liquid and filled it up with something different. So I showed him that the seal was never broken he then tells me that I could of made that seal at home. Mean while another girl that works there said that it didnt work for her. Once again just being dishonest with me just so he can make 50$ off of me. Its a shame cause I live across the street and would go in there multiple times to buy stuff. So its obvious to me that he doesnt care about keeping his loyal customers coming back. Like I said I only had it for an hour before I went back. I didnt even have the product for 24 hours .Plenty more smoke shops to go to and I know a lot of people that went there which I will be telling them not to go there anymore. f.Y.I its ok to look out for your customers to keep them coming back. Lost a charger for vape pen. Went in store & rep sold me a USB Connection charger that didnt work. When I returned to store he suggested new pen that did not come with charger. Tried new charger on new pen, still didnt work. Returned to store to explain issue. He then offered me a battery piece to connect to my USB charger & said that would work. I said okay but then I do not need the new pen. Why didnt you offer me full charge kit for it to operate properly. They would not accept my return of new pen, never used & still charged me $5 for battery accessory. Horrible customer service.

I have to apologize for a review I posted the orher day. It was on another smoke shop a few blocks down the street. I give this one VIP smoke shop a thumbs up. They are so helpful and friendly. I went in there after having terrible experience from another shop. Even though I didnt buy my vape there, they tried to find whats wrong with it. They even replaced the coil because the one I had in it wasnt the authentic one for that brand. I am sold on VIP because thats how they make you feel when you visit their shop.
