The owner Abraham Gomez is a liar. He told me my bike was taken apart and was going to be wrapped. He let his friend take a joy ride on my bike over the weekend and wrecked a brand new 2021 Ryker rally. If you value your things do not GO THERE!! Horrible business and customer service!!

Honestly avoid this place like the plague...They have horrible communication..The owner doesnt know whats going on in his own shop.Say they can do stuff they probably shouldnt be doing.Zero care for safety in this shop.Seems like the workers are just lazy when it comes to quality.They over charge for the quality you receive.The place reeks of weed.

Don’t understand the negative reviews, pay do not pay attention to them. These guys did an awesome job with my car. You don’t need to read another review listed on Google after you read this one. The service and quality of the product coming from A&G graphics is second to none. Abraham and the rest of the staff provide high-quality work along with top-notch professionalism and customer service. The consumer experience that I encountered with them is honestly the best I’ve had yet as a business owner. My experience with this company is 10 out of 10 stars but I’m only allowed to select five. Do yourself a favor and choose them over the competition, because if you don’t you’ll be missing out on your best option.

Different customers get different pricing even when its the exact same design just different color decal. Not a good way to do business especially when its members of a car club of 50 or more that are always looking to have work done to their cars. One member gets priced at 250 another 450 for the same thing just different colors and less detail makes no sense.

Advoid this place and only use if it’s last resort. I’ve order 3 times from this company and every order had an issue. This last order was it for me, never again will I give them business.I ordered 7 shirts, all in which came back horrible quality and sloppy craftsmanship. On top of that, they charged me again for replacements. It took 4 weeks from start to finish to get 7 shirts done. I called 4 times a week and every time I called I got an excuse. I was promised at least 6 different deadlines In which they failed miserably to fulfill. One time the owner called and even pretended to be an associate as if he was hiding behind the scene.Every person in there says there only doing what there “boss” tells them to do, but there own owner/boss acts as if he has no control as to what’s going on. This place is not only unprofessional but it’s very disappointing because they have talented people there, but the lack of caring is pathetic.Customer service is horrible, and the way they manage orders is also horrible. I had to write down my order two times for these people so they could attempt to get it right. One time I called about my order and the owner pretended he had it in front of him but he was actually re writing my order for a second time. Like seriously? What’s the point of having a copy of my receipt.Never in my life have I seen such bad combinations of a business. I’m not sure how they are still in business and or how much longer they will be in business. Please, if you don’t want any delays or headache and you don’t wanna baby sit grown men please shop else where. It’s clear that the owner/boss needs to focus on other parts of the business that he’s good at, NOT customer service, or any type of managing. This company is around just to take your money, and not to bring you any value. Do they care and appreciate your business? I highly doubt it.Oh, and this is my first EVER google review, I went out my way for this one, that’s how bad my overall experience was.

Saw an ad that Mr. David had an offer up about the $60 special call him up for an estimate told him what I had in my car what kind of tint i had and we agree to meet on Friday between three and four then he text me saying that he couldn’t make it because he had to leave by five we reschedule for Sunday at 9 AM I was there for 45 minutes and the guy never showed up I text him he said had another appointment at 9:30 meaning that he didn’t know how to schedule his clients We were texting back-and-forth and Mr. David was very rude I told him that I was going to write a review and her response was that I was being disrespectful when he was the one being the respectful to me by not showing on time and tell me that you had a different appointment book on top of mine but mine was going to be the last that just goes to show that some people don’t know how to run their business the last text message that he sent me was what comes around goes around because he didn’t want me to ride with you about the situation that just happened I just goes and shows you what type of business this guy is running very good price Probably bad work. Don’t waste your time with this guy because obviously he doesn’t know how to run a business and he’s going to make you drive 45 minutes to not get the job done.

Great experience, I had a partial wrap put on my truck and it looks outstanding. From the customer service to the artwork, the truck came out great. Nothing but positive things to say, give them a try if you are looking for a design for your vehicle!

Honestly if I could give no stars I would, these guys are horrible! I only ever used them because my husband knew them back in the day but the quality of product and service have gone down the toilet, Im a party planner and needed things done for a party last September and had to have things reprinted because they looked like garbage, as well as dropping off shirts for my daughter in November and coming back mid January and being told they still werent done! We ordered some envelopes from this company in March, it is July 13 and we still have not received them. I have sent emails, and call, last thing i was told was that the envelopes were mailed 6/26/17. Now they dont answer the phone. This is a $900.00 plus job that was paid upfront. If I could i would have left 0 stars, they deserve negative stars.I called again and i got someone on the phone, Abraham the owner did not have the courtesy to come to the phone. He relayed a message that they were running a little late and will call me tomorrow with an answer. HMMM!! I thought the envelpoes had been shipped back on 6/26/2017?? NOW it is taking a little longer all of a sudden.... lets see if he calls, or maybe i will write a review everyday until either I get my envelopes, or i get my money back.

I have been a friend of the owner Abe for many many years. The last few jobs ive had done have always been put to the wayside and NEVER on time for delivery. This last one just literally for under my skin. Back in November of 2017 I dropped off my daughter polos to have her school logo added. I contact3d Abe on Dec 14th to see if they were ready... I had no response. Today, over 2 months later I go to pick them up because Im in the area and they are not done. Not even touched! Another guy was in there for shirts as well and he was told by an employee you know how Abe is nothing is time sensitive. The one employee always has an attitude and treat you as if your dirt. I know the business and can honestly run circles around all of them and do a much better quality job of install. This place has gone to the toilet and I highly recommend going to Twisted Jimmy in Apopka for all you design needs. He pushes things out and has yet charged me a rush fee. I will no longer contact Abe of his business for anything.
