Play Nation was great to work with. I wanted to get a swing set for my son but all the online sellers were out of stock. I decided to go local to me and they had exactly what I was looking for. It didn’t take long to be delivered to them and they even helped arrange for me to pick it up at their warehouse. I did opt out of having them build it for me and decided to build it on my own (trying to win dad of the year). I was able to complete this all on my own over the course of a weekend. I would recommend a helper though as it would cut down on a lot of the awkward positions you have to get your body in. I only needed a drill, a few bits, sockets and other small tools that cost no more than 20 bucks from the hardware store. The instructions were super clear and easy to follow and all the pieces/parts were provided. My son loves it. My wife loves it. My neighbors envy me. I’m happy that we found Play Nation and will forever recommend them to our friends and family.
We were very pleased with our interaction with PlayNation. From the time we placed the order until we had our swing set delivered/installed was a very pleasant experience. Our son was thrilled. We had a time scheduled and I told them if there was a last minute cancellation we could probably accommodate to fill that slot. Stephanie was great and reached out to me and offered an earlier time. TJ showed up and was very professional and quiet. We have a dog who goes crazy when anyone is in our yard and she managed to not hear him all day. Our son came home from his first day of Kindergarten to receive his belated birthday gift. It completely made his day. This trampoline was highly recommended by my sister-in-law and I couldn’t wait several weeks for delivery. If I could give 10 stars I would!! We are relocating from Colorado to Florida and I wanted the swingset to be in place for the kids before we arrived.This company was SO easy to work with even from a thousand miles away. Their website is very user friendly and they have many awesome swingset options, their initial response to my inquiry was so fast, they have excellent communication skills and made scheduling our assembly so easy. Ron our assembler showed up on time, he was efficient but put a lot of care into assembling and he used a level before putting on each piece. The swing set (Passage II with wood roof) itself is great quality, we are just so so happy! Highly recommend!!

We had called around to several different places and no one would help us or install the playset but when we called play nation they had answers for us within a few hours and the whole process of purchasing and installation took less than a week. The installer was super friendly and was willing and able to answer all the questions that I had. Super satisfied all around with Play nation and would definitely buy from them again.
We purchased a swingset plus the assembly and I couldnt be happier. I havent been able to get my son off of it, such a great purchase. It took about a month from the time of purchase to the install due to the rainy season, and they were all extremely friendly. You get your moneys worth, highly recommend.

This was the best process! We looked at a few companies while trying to decide what play set we wanted to get for our kids. We just placed this order a couple of days ago, and now I’m sitting in my backyard watching my kids play on it already. Every part of the process was quick, and everyone I spoke to on the phone ahead of the install was so helpful and friendly. Im updating my review with playnation because they really took my issue into consideration. Multiple people reached out to my wife to make sure that we knew one bad apple does not always spoil the bunch! Couldnt have been an easier process. I ordered the playset online and they called me to schedule the install. Installer only took a couple hours to get everything built and setup where it would have taken me and my wife days. They kept me informed of everything the entire time and made the purchase super easy. Playset is great quality as well and my son loves it.

My kids, 6 and 4, are in love with their new play set. They swing daily! The fort is their new ‘secret’ hide out and they love snack time on the bench. The materials are sturdy and classic looking.Ordering was simple. The staff was beyond nice and easy to work with. Honestly the best money we’ve spent for the kids in awhile.

Overall Im really pleased with our experience with PlayNation Orlando. They were quick in answering all the questions I had, installation with quick and well done. I had a general idea of where we wanted to put the play set but wasnt sure if it could be scooched over but the installer was able to answer that question right away. They arrived and had the whole thing assembled in about four hours which was right on target for their initial verbal estimate of 4-5 hours.My only issues are: 1) the installers were not masked (but they were good about giving us space when we were outside), 2) we need to apply a protective coat to the wooden play set structure, which I did not know until it was being installed. It would have been nice if they could have done that as part of the install process instead of adding it to our weekend to do list. Edit: It took two adults three hours to apply the water sealant to the whole structure.I was provided a $20 gift card in exchange for my review.

Do yourself a favor....DO NOT ORDER from this company. It has been a debacle from the get-go. After 4 installations reschedules, wrong equipment, 3 trips made by installers, promise after promise made by the owner and 3 months later, our set is still not installed correctly. Nothing but excuse after excuse. Lie after lie. Our tube slide emptys right into the path way of the swings. Therefore our kids can not enjoy their set safely. What an absolutely disgrace this company is. They are more happy to play the blame game and pass the buck then holding up their promises made. I would give NO stars if I could. So if you want a headache and disappointment, give them a call. Otherwise, MOVE ON to someone else.**I also have text messages with the promises the owner made... will display at later date.

I am so happy with my swing set! The 2 gentlemen that put it together were super professional and extremely sweet. We all watched out the window as they put it together so perfectly. They Took their time making sure everything was level and cleaned every single piece of trash and took it with them. I made an amazing purchase and it is extremely strong and I Couldnt be happier. I would strongly suggest not wasting your money on those cheap Walmart swing sets And definitely invest in something youll have for years.

The service was friendly and, considering COVID-19, timely. Due to the pandemic, the company was on back order, however they told me when the playground would be installed and worked with my schedule in order to get it installed within the timeframe they promised. The quality of the service and the end product were also great. My largest complaint was the delayed receipt of an orbit swing which was ordered and paid for, however was received several weeks late. It was eventually delivered after continued communication and they even took care of providing the additional hardware needed to install it. The owner himself delivered the swing and hardware and made sure everything came together in the end.

We have purchased 2 playsets from Playnation within the last 4 years for two different properties. Communication and professionalism has been top notch. They are quick, honest and stand behind their great product 100%. Excellent quality and extremely safe playsets that will last from this generation to the next. Felix the owner is always available to speak with. For example, our last set was installed 9mos ago in Sarasota. We opted now to remove firepole because it was a bit to high for our youngest child. I called him up about getting some slats to fill in that hole on the high deck and he said just stop by and well give you some. Sure enough, he did! I wouldnt go anywhere else. They have installed for us from Ocala to Sarasota. Great group of people! Your kids will be safe having loads of fun on their new playset and youll have no regrets!

Purchased an incredible playset for my children from Playnation. It was suppose to take 30+ days to arrive. We where shocked a week after ordering it to receive a call from the owner letting us know the playset had arrived early! The installers where incredibly professional and installed the playset and cleaned up after themselves! We couldnt be more pleased and our kids are even happier. This is our 2nd set from Playnation and would recommend them to everyone.

Kids should grow up with playsets right? Win win win for everyone. We wanted one with lots of activities to grow with them and to fit in a specific area under specific rules. We did not have enough width for L shaped with slide jotting out, so having the slide go length ways as well was ideal - they have good selection/options.Having Playnation local and 10 mins away from me makes me feel good about this. Florida is rainy, humid and hurricane visited. Got 10 years warranty from manufacturer and 15 years from Playnation.Price was good and got it installed in just over a week after purchase. The install was expertly done. Playset was dug in, leveled, and placed exactly where I wanted it. TJ and Anthony were friendly and payed attention to detail in this install - answering any questions I had and addressing any concerns. They explained any option choices I had beforehand. They confirmed the exact location before sinking one side. I got the extra service of sealing the wood and they sealed the bottom pieces prior to sinking.Good local service and happy kids and parents here!

My husband and I opted to purchase with Playnation and I am grateful that we found them for our backyard needs! We purchased the Redbrooke Deluxe and our 4 children couldnt be happier to have their cousins over to show them all of its cool features. Unfortunately we did have an issue with some mats but thankfully Iris, Stephanie, John, and Felix all had impeccable customer service! They followed up with me and my husband about our concerns and rushed our 4th mat over to us today. This is a great company to buy from if you want quality. They also genuinely care about their customers, and I know this based on how they rectified an issue we had with another staff member. They were extremely concerned and polite when taking care of us. Playground was perfect, no problems with it & the installer was awesome. But, I ordered a wood roof & it wasnt on their list. So I didnt think much of it but I was curious & readded everything I wanted in my cart again & I was definetely missing the wood roof. Havent received a call back as of yet.Wouldnt have mind it much but the roof was $399, so missing a lot of money.
I really like the experience of working with these owners. They are passionate about their customers and the products they offer. Felix is helpful in knowing what will best fit your lifestyle and knows the importance of a quick and solid installation. In the end you are left with a beautiful piece of equipment in an environment that was left just as they found it. Installer are nice and keep the area clean. I like the fact that they are local, have a long standing relationship with the manufacturers with no middle man, and they are not a big box store. The products they offer are definetly far better quality. Honesty can be hard to find these days but this company delivers what is promised. Love this husband and wife team

Felix was amazing. I live an hour and a half away and I couldnt get ahold of him by calling and he texted me right away, stayed consistent. We ended up making the drive to visit the warehouse and he got us exactly what we needed and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely deal with them again.
A few weeks ago I ordered a 54” basketball hoop. Their staff explained the entire installation process (there were many steps). First the utility companies came out and made sure the location was ok. Then a tech came out and laid the base and a few days later they finished up the install by adding the backboard. Everything looks great and my son is super excited to come home from school and play ball!!
Website says closes at 6. Get there 15 min before they close no one is there and gates closed, called number guy answers. Says we should be open. What bro you don’t know when your employees are working or not! Should run business better then that especially when you have customers coming over hour away!
I purchased a playground over a month ago and paid to have it installed and sealed. The paperwork says it will be installed in 3-5 business days. They didnt have anyone available for 6. Then they called and delayed it another day. The day it was built the guy didnt have a working sprayer to seal it and said he would come back. They also gave me the wrong swing. It has been two weeks since it was put up and they keep delaying coming to seal it and bring me the correct swing. I requested a discount to keep both swings due to the length of time it took to seal it and bring the swing. They offered me ten dollars off, which is sixty bucks. Meanwhile I found a swing on Amazon that is the same for $37. I understand that sealing it depends on the weather but they said they would send someone out this past Saturday then never called. I called Sunday and they said someone would call but no one did. When I called Monday they said it is scheduled for tomorrow and had no record of scheduling it Saturday. I played almost three grand for a product that has yet to be completed and am very frustrated.Update: the owner reached out to me directly to apologize and explain the communication issues. They are sending someone tomorrow weather permitting and providing the correct swing. We are hoping to use them in the future for additions to our playset which is amazing.
I ordered a last minute present for my niece and I know I must have asked five hundred questions about all of their different trampolines. We finally decided on one and they were able to get it installed and delivered within the week for my nieces birthday party. She is absolutely in love with it. Thank you !

PlayNation Orlando’s LONGWOOD location, Absolutely blew our minds as parents with the amazing amount of attention to detail(MAJOR TLC!) they put in to creating the perfect backyard playground for our nonverbal autistic 6 yr old son, Jackson!! Every single detail that I told them, that Jackson is currently doing during his occupational therapy appointments in which helps him with his autism (it is called “ input”), Play nation was able to duplicate and put together on this mammoth sized Playground! Everything from hanging on the trapeze bar, to climbing the cargo net, to climbing a Rockwall, to even walking up one of the slides, to the swinging surfboard that he stands up on to learn balance. ALL of that, We previously we’re having to spend $140 a session on for him to do with a therapist inside of their office. So this is much more than just a playground to the Morgan family.This was a humongous investment we were willing to put into our sons future and helping him learning coping methods and a slew of other important things that would help him hopefully one day lead an independent lifestyle. The fact that this company, Playnation, located right here in the heart of good old Longwood, Was willing to sit down with us and come up with a list of things that we felt were important to include, and for them to take it from there and create the magic that is now in my backyard? So priceless! And the pricing was absolutely positively very fair For the insane amount of work they had to put into installing that in my very tricky backyard! I encourage anybody reading this, to go check them out in Longwood. They’re located right off of SR 434 (One of the side streets behind McDonald’s there)! They don’t try to push you into a larger sale either which I really appreciate it. They kept it to work we felt were important elements to attach to this playground, all while sticking with the overall price I told them I was not willing to spend above. In the world of sales, that’s been a very lost art. We have a smaller yard and I wasnt sure exactly what would fit. I stopped in and showed them a few pictures of the yard, but because of my pool we still had concerns... Felix came out and measured my yard and gave me a few different options. We ended up going with the Passage playset and we couldnt be happier. Amazing job. The only negative thing i can say about the company is theyll have ur kids friends wanting to play at ur house all the time. The team was wonderful. I asked them to move the swingset around a few times and not one complaint or noise they simply did it until i was satisfied. I wish they did living room furniture that would be the dream.
