Cute little fro-yo store with helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of parking space. The yogurt is tasty. Overall, its a nice place to take your children to or hang out with your family members.

So SAD to go inside & find out today was their last day open at this location. I have fond memories with my family from here & it will always live on in our thoughts.Thanks for 9 years of being a part of our neighborhood, Sweet Frogs!!!Youll be sorely missed.

This place is not clean. Every single table is covered in ice cream and toppings. The floor is absolutely disgusting. I am watching the two staff sit on their phones on the side table by the register. Get up kids and have some pride in your jobs.The toppings bar is filthy. The music is so loud too. Lol.No water. No hot fudge. Not even a container of Hersheys syrup. Go to Costco people if you are short on these basic supplies.We used to love this chain, but wow this location is a dump. One and done!

Id say five stars but they dont have hot fudge anymore kind of an important part of ice cream LOL I still eat them but it would be nice if they got hot fudge back. The teenagers at work in there every time I go are very polite and have good customer service.

I would rate it better because really it had what it was supposed to have, frozen yogurt…and with a good selection of toppings.The place seemed a little rough on the outside, but this inside was nice and clean.However, it was brutally hot inside there and the young lady working the register seemed really uncomfortable…as was my family and I and anyone else going inside there. It was hot!! And muggy, and according to the worker, it’s been an ongoing issue for some time.Good frozen yogurt…great worker helping us out, but definitely needing of an A/C service!!

Yogurt was great. They need to get bags to carry your purchase out. When you have several items to carry it is very easy to spill.

The frozen yogurt was very good. Customer service wasnt that good. I guess the lady wasnt having a good day.Theyll charge you $ 2.15 for a bottle of water, thats crazy.

Very disappointed with sweet frog.......this was my go to place for yogurt for myself and kids......arrive an hr before closw most of the machines anf flavors not even working. had to ask for a refill on the cherries smh just so disappointed......i know we are in a pandemic but thats a good excuse to over look your loyalty to your loyal customers and let your business go down hill

I think they had just had a busy run, so the topping bar was in need of refilling, but overall pretty good. The workers were kind and obviously working to refill.

We love their frozen yogurt. The kids love all their toppings. The people are great.

At this sweet frogs, If it can be stale, it will be. My sons powdered donut was more like biscotti and the marshmallows were practically rock hard. For $5+ per cup, Id expect better quality control.

Wow...this was such a treat!!! I got the chocolate flavor yogurt with crushed Oreo cookies and brownies pieces, some peanuts and hot fudge. I am a reward member and they send me a free small one for my birthday. Im telling you if you want something rich and delicious definitely go to Sweet Frog you will not be disappointed. Is just a little pricey but for a treat is worth it. Definitely go and treat yourself I recommend it

Theyre always amazing. They have the best flavors and always something new to try. Their toppings are great too. I especially love their no weigh Wednesdays. The small is a flat rate of $4 if you join their club that is free to join. ;) they have cute decor and a little section with small seats and tables for little ones. Cute cute place!!!

They had very few choices. All the machines were down.

$20 for 2 cups of ice cream that taste less than mediocre. The chocolate yogurt tastes like vodka, pure alcohol mixed with milk. The vanilla tastes like cardboard, and the cake batter tastes like...to be kind about it, cardboard a homeless person slept on for a week. Terrible flavors, (if the flavor is even there) and WAYYYY too pricey for garbage ice cream. Go to Menchies or somethin else.

Very bad customer service. Sunday Oct. 11th around 4 pm I went there to pick up an online order for a doordash customer and I received very bad treatment from the lady in the counter. Her name was Dana from what I could understand. Very rude person and treated me not respectfully at all. There were problems with the doordash tablet and were not being able to receive orders by that time but thats not my fault. I had to call the customers to take the orden from them and even they noticed over the phone the rude tone she was using to express herself.You must have patience in customer service to work with people, especially in a place where a lot of children go and enjoy their yogurts.Wont come back ever to this place. Not if she is in there.

Good experience consistently. Good amount of promotions via text. But they never rotate their no-sugar-added flavor. It’s been half a year of me asking staff to tell the manager to change but it’s always vanilla. Meanwhile Menchies has two flavors all the time and they change frequently. Sweet Frog has more on the website like yellow cake! But they never bring it to the store.

This is nice place to take the family for ice cream, but a bit expensive. Still, they have a nice selection, the employees are courteous and place is clean and quiet.

Great place ! Get a cup...fill it with frozen yogurt...add toppings and pay by weight at register . It was very fun for my 2 year old. They have a couple little tables with chairs for the munchkins too....very cute....highly recommend.

My husband and I have been enjoying different frozen yogurt places recently. We hoped to enjoy sweetFrog. However, we found that yogurt was too sweet, with only vanilla yogurt with no sugar added. Toppings selection was not the best too, and quite pricy. We are not coming back, however, possibly kids could enjoy it there! Plenty of sitting and very colorful! Maybe some music would make it more fun and lively though.

Prices are a bit high, but I suppose its about standard for this type of treat. Ive only been in twice, but each time the facility was been clean and well stocked, and the employees were friendly. Large variety of toppings and I believe about 16-20 flavors (plus swirls at each station!) - A yummy treat!

First time coming here, arrived at 8pm only to find they had closed early for Halloween? Makes sense because it’s a holiday, however we live in an age of technology and nowhere was it written they would be closing early... poor marketing.

So I went to this location because I loved them more than their competition. I went on the 4 dollar no weigh after hurricane Irma on 9/14/17. There were no signs specifying the cup for this special nor was it in the text message sent to my phone. The manager didnt even have the decency to fix it and charge me for what the promotion was for. Now as Im eating my 14 dollar yogurt they are all talking behind the counter. I WILL NEVER GO BACK DUE TO FALSE ADVERTISING PERIOD!!!

This place is a favorite of the kids because of all the various toppings you can add to your frozen yogurt. We went around 8 today and unfortunately a couple of the flavors were out or just not working. Too bad too because I really wanted to try the orange flavor.

We love Sweet Frogs. The cost can get high depending on the number of cups purchased and toppings chosen (since it is by weight). I think the most weve ever paid for 4 cups was around 24 dollars, but my kids went a little overboard on their topping selection that time. :-)Now I am sure to monitor as they top to avoid excessive inconsistent flavor combinations. Hahaha! Nobody could possibly enjoy a peanut butter, cherry, kiwi, chocolate, gummy, fruity pebble ice cream sundae! We will continue to visit.

My 3 year old loved this place. She really enjoyed the variety of toppings to decorate her froyo with. They even had little tables for the kids. Cute place for a little family outing.

Friendly staff and what youd expect from a SweetFrog experience. Tasty but a bit more expensive than their competitors. This location is stand alone so quite a bit of space and its located next to a gas station. A bit difficult to get to of youre pulling a left into the driveway but otherwise no complaints.

The frozen yogurt is more or less the same as any other froyo places, but if you live in the area, they have, by far, the best deals on their froyo you can buy. The staff are always very nice and friendly, and the atmosphere, though often filled with kids, is actually better than a majority of other, run-of-the-mill froyo places.
