Our garage door stoped working the morning of the day we were to go away for a week. Hubby called Doors N More that morning and they were out to the house in an hour, replaced the door opener, programmed all the remotes and all at a reasonable price. My wife and I ordered a Haas Garage door with a column of large windows. It came with large steel supports, to meet Florida Code. I was very disappointed to find they showed through the windows. Mark, the owner of Doors-N-Moore, contacted the company and arranged an alternate support. He went well above and beyond our expectations. Everyone was understanding and helpful. Thanks to their going to bat for us, we have a beautiful new garage door, which really adds to the appearance of our home.

Great company. They came out next day, evaluated my door, explained what they could do and what it would cost, allowed me to evaluate the options, and replaced the springs at my request right then and there. They even replaced a piece I didnt know what missing, all in under an hour. Cant really ask more from a company that shows up when they are supposed to next day, explains all of your options, and does the work quickly and efficiently. Would use again anytime, though I shouldnt need anything more.

I called the office early this morning in order to set an appointment to have one of their technicians come over to fix my garage door. The night before I heard a loud noise coming from my garage. Something snapped and I couldnt open the garage door. On Monday morning I reached out to Doors N More. A friendly and pleasant lady answered the phone. I explained to her what I thought the problem was and asked her to send someone over that morning, if possible. At 8 a.m. the tech,Richie called me to advise me that he was on his way.Once at home, he inspected the garage door thoroughly. The springs had broken and needed replacement. He had them in his truck. He noticed that the lift cables were okay but pointed out if I wanted he had the parts in his truck as well. I gave him the go-ahead to replace them. It took him some time to get the work done, inspect his work a few times.Now the garage door works like a charm. Richie, who said hes been with the company for about two years, is a fine, dedicated technician. Ive used Doors N More before and they have provided excellent work. I highly recommend them for their excellence and their professionalism.

Rick was professional and his experience shows. He knew exactly what he was doing. He double and triple checked among other things not pertaining to the repair. He adjusted the spring because of the door was pulling downward a bit, lubing the rollers and redoing all the wires. Id decided to have Rick replaced the spring while he was here preventing future issue. Rick was exceptional!!! Highly - highly recommended!

Doors and More Garage doors installed a lift master garage door for me. They did a great job on the installation. The lift master opener is the best. I wouldn’t use anything else. I have also had them do service work and repairs on my garage doors. They greased all the rollers, tracks and lift screws. Quieted my Genie lift and got it running smoothly. Fair pricing, honest fast service. I would highly recommend this company.

I am SO incredibly pleased with the products, service, and craftsmanship from Doors-N-More. We just had a new door and opener installed today and we are incredibly pleased with everything. They replaced a door and opener that came with the home (built in 1988 😳) and my only regret is that we didn’t replace it earlier. Oh and the price was very fair. All around great company!

Rick came to my house this morning to fix the springs on the garage door. Was quoted, he also noticed the rollers were pretty much expired. (It explained why my garage sounded like a bunch of fireworks were going off every time my garage door opened/closed.) He was able to fix my springs and change the rollers in under an hour. And it was cold outside. :D Service is great! And the pricing was a lot better than others out there.

Repairing our garage door through Doors N More is one of the BEST things we did in our recent whole house update. More than THRILLED! Contacted Doors N More, based on friend, other reviews & location. Lightning struck the house. Fried several items, including the garage door opener. Scott came out and did the repair (safety sensor blown). They were TERRIFIC from appt setting to ON TIME arrival, quick repair, courtesy, knowledge, system check, etc. In this PAIN of dealing with the insurance company, working with Doors N More was the EASIEST part of the whole headache. I had the lift springs on my garage door replaced about a month ago. One was broken but I thought I should have them replaced as a pair. Rick said the old springs were not rated for my door weight. He was done in a reasonable time and the door is actually quieter when lifting, I would assume because of the stronger springs. Still working well. Thanks for your help! 👍

Excellent company to do business with. Purchased my garage door a few years ago and now purchasing a new opener from them as well. Had a little bit of damage to my door from the hurricane. They werent sure they could fix it, but they did fix it to where you almost cant tell where the damage was! Pricing is reasonable and customer service is to notch. I have a non-standard 35 year old, 400 pound garage door. The torsion spring broke, and the door wouldnt move. I called and got a quote and the technician arrived within hours. It was a tough repair because of the weight of the door. Its been two weeks and the door has has never worked so well. The technician (Rick) had 35 years experience and really knew what he was doing. And even after spending two hours making sure the job was done right I only charged what I was quoted.Thank you,Doors-N-More. I would say that I look forward to using your service in the future but my garage door was repaired so well that it will most likely out live me.

Cant begin to explain the excellence and professionalism of Doors N More. My parents used them in their area in Winter Springs and when we called them about our garage door issue over in Lake Nona, they didnt hesitate to come out and satisfy us. I received a call about an hour before the technician came out. I wasnt home but he was so professional and courteous to my mother in law who was home at the time. He quickly assessed the issue and fixed it in less than 2 hours. I cant recommend this company enough.
