Amanda and Liz are so amazing! My stone contractor waited too long to purchase my original pick and I was told it was no longer available in the whole country, gone forever. But Amanda and Liz were able to track down one last piece in a different state for me so I could have the counters I originally picked. These ladies went above and beyond to make my dreams come true. They deserve big raises, I could not be happier. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a quality experience and EXCELLENT customer service.

I was looking for a good beautiful granite or quartzite, my husband and I must have gone to over 10 places, we settled with Mystic Granite (terrible mistake) I followed their representative Jordans advise and bought chanel leather, he sold it to me as a quartzite, I was lied to by their representative Jordan. I was introduced to my contractor Luis from Meru Design (amazing honest man) and I told me i already bout the slab and i just needed to install it, when he got it in his possession he immediately called me and told me it was porous and it was not quartzite nor granite, it was a kind of marble. Lots of things happened he help me fight to return it and he asked me to go see Lisandra at Ace Granite in Longwood, best advise ever. We went she was very nice, but most importantly she new her stuff, she explain the difference of granite, quartzite, quartz, marble, dolomite, etc. I was very impressed, with her knowledge and Luis my contractors knowledge of my vision for my kitchen they both worked together to get me the most beautiful quartzite called White Vienna Premium, I was going for an all white kitchen, but when I saw this quartzite and the crystals I fell in love. Lisandra thank you for your knowledge and great customer service, you get 10 stars.

I assisted my daughter, SueAnn Rand, with kitchen granite selection today and we both were amazed at how accommodating everyone was. The selection process is rarely simple, but in order to find 2 complimentary slabs, we needed a few slabs moved around to see the full selection. Its no small task in a big warehouse ...plus added inventory outdoors, but we got to see everything we wanted! First class operation... wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

Ace Granite is our go to company for rehabs and renovations. I have actually had the pleasure of getting to work with owners of the company directly and it is no surprise to me why their business is doing so well.
