I had an issue with an item shipping from California. We asked for expedited shipping. It was urgent to get the parts in to repair a commercial pool heater that serves a tourist attraction. Well UPS screwed up & the order did not arrive as scheduled. Everyone was so helpfull in attempting to track down & locate the needed parts. Great service from an awesome group.
