This company used to be very helpful and easy to work with.We have 2 lasers from this company.The oldest one has been great, with great support.The newest one came in with no instructions, manuals, hookups.And we have had problems left and right with the new machine and no one can seem to help.They keep saying we will email you some instructions, we will email you videos.I have been waiting on replacement warranty parts for over 3 months. Now I need some lenses and mirrors and they cant supply them or give me details on them so I can order them from somewhere else.The machine turns its fans off and on which has caused fires in the machine. The auto adjustment head doesnt work. And now it cant connect to a computer.All within a year and it started within 2 months of having the machine.Still no parts, still no help.

I couldn’t have asked for a better sales representative than Alberto. Extremely friendly and helpful during the buying process. Request him when you come in! After some years, my laser works like new.

Horrible experience, stay away! First CAMFive wanted us to transmit plain text our full credit card info per email (thats a fraud attempt) and after we placed a several thousand $$ order through secure payment via their on-line store the order was just cancelled with accusations and false statements. A charge back is filed against the company. Never ever again!Response to owner of CAMFive:I sorry to inform you that we did NOT changed our delivery address at any time. That you are careless when reading our emails and cant read that we only correct the billing and not the delivery/shipping address is your fault. Uncommunicated cancelling an order when it would have been a piece of cake to clear the fault is your bad communication skills as well. It took 10 + TEN days and 2 attempts of yours to get our over $7000 refunded only after we have filed a charge back and a BBB claim against you. And you honestly ask me to order via wired transfer where the money is in your hands with no guarantee we receive anything? Your statement just confirms our warning to everyone: Dont buy, CAMFives payment policies are outrageously dangerous and do NOT comply to any actual safety and security standards!
