Its a joke. Mechanic says scag pro but cant hook up 4 wires to a pto switch. Rather sell 250 wiring harnesses. Would not recommend work done there. Third time mower there and could not fix

Great company!!!!! I have been dealing with them for years and James is a incredibly honest extremely knowledgeable guy. Let me just first state that Ive been going here over 20 years since I was a kid and would have put five stars like I did before but the only thing good this mower shop has is Jeff the mechanic and their prices. James used to be awesome the owner but depending on which day you get him and what hour of the day he will either want to help you out or not want to help you out and dont seem like a pain in the butt because he will try to steer you away to another mower shop. You can ask the owner James at the counter if he can fix your stuff and hell try to tell you that theyre backed up and that they cant get to you meanwhile when you talk to the mechanic hes more than happy to help you especially for something so quick because the mechanic understands that us mower guys need to be back out on the road quickly and theres no need to wait a day or two to have a simple belt put on that only takes 15 minutes last time they did it. The guy has a mower shop and I go there to support their small business because I have a small business but the guy just never seems like he wants to make money unless its on a big dollar job!

Im not a lawn service, just a homeowner buying a hedge trimmer, but they treated me as if my business was just as valuable as one of the big guys. Walked me through the operation and maintenance of the product and very friendly. Will come here first if I need help or to make another purchase.

My pull starter on my mower broke awhile ago and I tried to fix it myself but had an older model and couldn’t manage it on my own. I called up James at Gators and he gave me a few different options for him to fix it quickly. I got to his store just a few minutes before closing and he was very welcoming. He fixed my pull starter right on the spot and showed me how for future cases. He even gave me some extra tips onmaintaining maintenance on my mower. His shop is very clean and tidy. Will certainly call him again for any other issues.

James has a wide range of equipment he can get parts for or service it when most other shop only work on certain equipment. Jeff the mechanic has been working on small engines at mower shops in the area for a very long time and is one of the best for sure!! James will stock certain items you need on a regular basis so you can staying working and not be down waiting on it to be ordered as well! I highly recommend Gator Motor to anyone the needs new equipment, parts or service!

I highly recommend Gator Mower Parts. The customer service was amazing. I went for a possible repair and they were very honest and fair in the evaluation of my trimmer. I opted to purchase a new one from them. James, the owner, took his time to explain different options for the new trimmer and to make sure I was comfortable with the operations. Unlike other stores where you get no help at all or information is overly technical he made sure to give me information that I could understand. The trimmer was the same price as big box stores but the service and information was invaluable. I will defiantly be using them for any future maintenance, repair and future purchases.

Thought this would be a great local place to continue my service needs with. My first experience was pleasant as I got a carburetor replaced on my ride on spreader for great price etc. I confidently brought in my spray rig to have a new carburetor installed last week for good price although double the labor cost was double for some reason then prior experience even though repair only took roughly 10 to 15 minutes. Here we are early the following week and engine is bogging down with a carburetor related incident so I bring machine back in. Maybe Im wrong but Im in the service industry myself and if a customer of mine has an issue directly relating to a service I provided, (in this case the exact part that was replaced) the thought of gauging more labor wouldnt have crossed my mind personally. So I was charged another 40.00 dollars for a 5 minute fix necessary from the service they performed. This in my opinion is an example absolutely poor service and will be my last time going here! Im not going to believe this related to an error on my part just days later and if 40.00 dollars for 5 minutes of their time is more important than ensuring a happy customer this might not be the place you want to use.

I have used GATOR MOWER for over 3 years since i started a landscape business. I cant express how happy i am using this vendor. When they neglected to call me to approve the repairs that exceeded the $90 maintenance fee, the owner insisted on adjusting the bill to make it right. I offered to pay, as I would have approved the extra cost anyway. He insisted that it was the right thing to do.Then one of the staff helped me put my mower in the back of my truck, even though he was just sitting outside on a break. As I am about to leave, the owner comes outside just to shake my hand and thank me for my business. That is how you run a business and build trust with your customers! Bravo! I will take my mower no place else. Thanks Gator!

Warranty - Poulan Pro Products - Chain Saw - PP4218Establishment is an authorized Poulan Pro service Center. The product was purchased at Home Depot six months ago, and after 5 uses for about 2 hours, the bolt that connects the clutch drum broke. The product is under a 2 year manufacturers warranty and Gator Mower assessed the cost of repair was greater than the cost of the product. They provided appropriate documentation and advised this is a manufacturing defect and should consult with Home Depot who has the power to expedite the replacement rather than waiting for 6 to 8 weeks!Home Depot, initially was reluctant to replace the product as it was beyond the 30 day period. After consulting with a Manager from Home Depot, and reviewing the documentation from Gator Mowers, they replaced the unit, at NO COST.James and Dawn at Gator Mowers were customer centric, in aiding to resolve the situation the quickest manner possible. Home Depot, well it depends on which person you get which is not very good customer service!Poulan Pro products are only good for the first 30 days, as their warranty is NOT worth the paper its written on. Furthermore, as a consumer to pay 3x the price for a commercial model to use once in a while is not cost effective. However, a product must be reliable for more than 2 hours!
