Rachel is the best. She goes out of her way even on her own personal time to get the job done. This firm sent me a fake PO which was actually a phishing scam due an apparent virus from their compromised emails. Axsa exposed my business to a great amount of risk. Axsas response was very similar to their response whenever their printer broke down--pretty much nothing. They did not warn us of what had happened.Furthermore, my staff complains because almost every time we call the office to service a printer issue, it takes Axsa over a week to respond. We have been without a copier/printer for 1-2 week periods--which is a huge detriment to my business. We normally have to call multiple times in order to get the printer or issue resolved. Customer service is a serious problem at this company.

I inquired about purchasing some printing machines through Bob at Axsa. I met with Bob, and I was impressed with his presentation. When we started to discuss price, I became hesitant, and then was offered a discounted price if I were to accompany him on a trip to Atlanta for some training he had regarding a new machine he planned on selling.I found this to be very unprofessional, and down right sexual harassment toward a potential new customer. Needless to say I did not purchase through Axsa, and then had to deal with Bob emailing me, texting me, and constantly harassing me, asking if he could see me again. It got to the point where I met with an attorney to see if I needed to get a restraining order on this man.I would not recommend this company, and ladies, if you happen to find yourself looking for a commercial printer, avoid this man at all cost!
