Where do I begin? Barry is AMAZING! Not only is he kind, but he is extremely helpful! He runs a tight operation and knows this business inside and out, but more importantly, if you really NEED a great pre-owned vehicle, this is the place you want to go! My daughter desperately needed transportation to get to and from work and in under an hour, she was able to drive off in a very good car. We weren’t able to get this service anywhere else. Barry will work with you in mostly any situation. He also places you in touch with the shop that brings all his cars up-to-date with required maintenance, making it ready for purchase and immediate use. No issues!Our experience was very pleasant and we definitely recommend Quality Carz and More!

Was sold a hole junk car. As soon as I got it, it broke down withing 24hrs of having it plus broke down at my job... Then come to find out the air dont work didnt check when I bought cause was freezing cold outside. Then the starter went out. I was told I was not getting any of my monwy back to just go somewhere else nor was I compromised with anything. This is the worst car place I have ever been to in my life. If they could have just gave me a different car or give me what I paid for I would be happy go luck but thats not my case

They messed my car up tgat it cost me a lot to fix it and still trying to fix it .

Good rates and good monthly payments and they work with you. I apologize but when my car doesn’t turn on and I take it to my mechanic and he shows me the device that they can turn your car off if you don’t make a payment is turned on the day after I make my payment and I call you and you lie to me about it I think that’s a shady business and the most disrespectful place I’ve been too and that’s illegal. So not recommending this place anymore.

These are the most remarkable and helpful people. Jessica was so professional and took her time and was very patient with me. I was able, with the help of my family to get a beautiful and reliable vehicle to get me and my son around. The general manager worked with me in order to make all this happen!!! Service has been pretty good so far need a few things done to the car to make it drivable again mainly because I didn’t do my research on the vehicle other than the transmission going out (seems to be a common problem🤷‍♂️) I love the car and thankfully got the warranty over all 8/10

Well at first they were very friendly they helped me get into a car with a very low down payment, about a week later the head gasket went, then they put me in a suv which later I ending up putting a used transmission that was 1,700 along with lots of more money, into parts so I called an talked to them, bc now a part for the truck is 500 and I’m tired of fixing a car that’s been a pos since day 1 to see if he could get me into something else, he said yes I need money down along with a co-signer, but I didn’t have one with the first car and payments always been on time, i even referred my sister here an her check engine light stayed on, but I definitely won’t EVER give another dollar to them

Went their today to buy a car was interested in another car that wasnt the same from the other day I got yelled at about the other car and was told he had to much money in it that I would need to have more money down then I asked it was the same price as the other car he told me that he wasnt going to argue with me he made us feel like we was a burden and very short and snappy with us

Well they definitely got me in a car but at what price? The extremely high interest rate and the fact that they lied and said my car was road worthy is enough for me to never recommend this establishment. I’ve had my car there months and have put over a grand into it already. They take advantage of people in need and extort all they can from them goodluck dealing with these people you will need it. I’m willing to bet you either paid for these comments or made them yourselves.

This place goes out of their way to rip you off! They say they make deals lol. One deal... 28th street auto they work with i believe because the owner owns both.but they put new parts on your car and proceed to drill and cut holes in it then weld it to make it rust faster! Then they say pay half now and half later. They put that on the end of your plan and then say lets refinance including what you owe. What they dont tell you is they continue billing you the half so they are double charging. After all that if youre 1 day late but still willing to pay and work with them... They repossess your car... After 1 day! Dont trust them. They had a sign that lured us in said looking for good people w bad credit. Ya now we know why! Another sign said will build your credit. Right after we signed papers they said oh were trying to get signed up but we cant do that yet. They do not build your credit!!!!!! They lie and cheat and they are almost pretty open about it.

We bought a 2008 Cadillac STS, and less than 2 weeks after I find out the sub frame is rusted out, and I have to buy a new break line for it. Do your homework before making a purchase from this place! And still haven’t got the title for it yet.

Person I talked to seemed nice and VERY helpful when I was asking about a vehicle BUT before looking at ANY of these vehicles do your homework and visit vehiclehistory dot com its free and very informing. I have noticed a few vehicles listed with lower miles when they are actually double, some in accidents too. even shows you what they paid for it and how much they increase the price of what they are worth.

My husband brought his truck in because they say they buy vehicles. A woman took several pictures and told him the guy is not there that handles it but he will call him tomorrow. Tomorrow came and he never called. Then my husband calls back a week later and told who ever answered the phone the situation and how no one has called. Once again she said oh he hasn’t been here but will call tomorrow. It’s been about a month now and no one has even called to say they were interested or not even I’m sorry we can’t buy your vehicle. Absolutely nothing from these guys. Very poor customer service and very misleading having signs posted saying we buy vehicles and they don’t even have the decency to return a phone call. We don’t appreciate our time being wasted on asking all info on vehicle and taking multiple photos of it and never hear from these people again.

These people are scammers they scammed my best friend a few months ago. They got her into a car and as soon as she drove it off the lot she was having problems and the so called repair shop are scammers too the mess up your car more and make you pay for it every time you come in this place should be shut down immediately

Awful. Waited weeks for my car that they couldnt fix, and when it was fixed, my linkage on my tranny went out first day. Told me I needed to pay for it to be towed when it was there fault ! Terrible dealership, dont get a car from them that seems sketchy, chances are they will make you pay for everything.

This place and the repair shop 28th repair shop are owned by the same person. I got a 2008 convertable sebring. Summer insisted I purchased the warranty as well. She was so insistent that I asked if she was suggesting something was wrong. No, No way she says I would never sell something like that. Drove the car 1day the check engine light comes. Call quality carz take it to our mechanic 28th st. I was told it needed a tune up. 200.00 okay cool. Get the car back check engine light on again now the car is overheating. Since time of purchase cars been in the shop over 45 days. Had to use the suggested warranty. They collected the money from the insurance car still in their shop I was scammed. This is my experience I swear on a stack of bibles that its the truth. The most truthful statement that came out of Scots mouth the owner of quality carz and the 28th street repair shop. You brought the car as is. If karma is real I pray that they get what they deserve. I hope superior insurance company investigates them for fraud and they get taken for eveything they stole from individuals like myself who are in desperate situations that we have to purchase a vehicle from such a despicable establishment as quality carz and 28th st repair shop
