Needed a few extra folding chairs for a family gathering. Called on a Thursday, picked 6 folding standard Samsonite chairs up for the Sunday gathering, paid under $11, and returned them on Monday. Courteous staff that loaded them into my car... doesnt get any more convenient and cost effective than that! Plan on using them again. They have so much more than chairs available... check them out!

Parties To Go has always been so helpful! The staff is amazing. They will do all they can to make sure everything goes smoothly for your event. The equiptment is always clean and in good working condition. The delivery drivers are on time and work well together to get done as quick as possible. Every time I go in there the showroom is different so you get a chance to see everything they have!

The employees were terrible with customer service. I called and rented 20 chair and 2 tables. Sent my husband to pick them up. The man in charge loaded my truck as my husband says, 6 tables? Shocked I ordered 6 tables. But I didnt, they messed my order up. Then when I tried calling that day, the girl says to me, were closed, well deal with it the day you return the tables and chairs. I say, ok! I return the stuff and spoke with a young girl who already sounded like they expected me and my issue and agree a long time before getting there that they werent giving me back my money for four extra tables I did not ask for. They said, I picked them up, so thats that. What? I told her I more then likely wont be coming back, she said I know!!!! What? By far the worst customer services Ive ever had. McDonalds does a better job. I will be finding another party place to go to. I will ensure anyone I talk to wont go there either. Terrible that the first time I rent from a party center, they didnt even care if Id return or bring more business. Its already a failing company, and must really need my few dollars to not even offer it back or offer a discount on my next visit. Anything would of helped to make me feel as if they cared.
