Its refreshing to find a company thats both responsive and professional. I had two glass doors installed; one partial, the other full enclosure. The installation went very well and it looked beautiful. I needed to change the full enclosure from outward to inward opening. I called Michael again and after a few days was able to get someone here. They need to order different hinges and will install at a later date. I wanted to share because Im very pleased with their response and their business acumen.

I regret having to give this company two stars because the service was awful. Ivy is totally incompetent. She could not get the order accurate and once the glass was installed she charged the credit card on file instead of contacting me for any concerns or problems with the installation. I was instructed to wait twenty-four hours before using the shower. It hasnt been twenty -four hours so I have no idea whether the shower is water tight and no recourse for complaint. I have tried several times to call to speak with her about my concerns but there is no answer and no support.

I turned to these people for the installation of several mirrors in my new home, and I want to say that they did an amazing job. I would gladly recommend their glass installation services to anyone who is searching for reliable professionals, and I also want to express my gratitude. Thank you for everything, and keep it up!

Advanced Glass Experts installed a frameless shower door and two skylights in my bathroom. Sam and his crew did a great job with the measuring and installation. Even though there were some hiccups they resolved all issues in expeditious manner. Ivy and Mikes, office staff, are true gems.

We was call to service a plotter printer that almost no body was able to fix ;-)The place has a nice service and they are bi-lingual looks professional place with many contractors in and out, very impress with the service

For a work that was estimated to be done in DECEMBER, they came to do it in FEBRUARY, only to tell me that they ordered a window with the wrong measurements!!!! I trusted this company to deliver something for the winter, and I basically will finish the winter without my window being replaced!To add to their mistake, they dont have the audacity to call back after telling me theyre trying to find a solution. And when I call, they ignore me because they see my number but pick up the phone when I immediately call from another phone. So so unprofessional, unreliable!

Advanced Glass Expert is the best glass company, I try 3 different companies but advanced glass gave me the best price and quality for 2 frameless shower door and some window glass replace at my house. They are very professional, from the start the customer service is excellent, the estimator was very helpful answering me all the questions I had. And finally the day of installation all the crew was excellent, they did a very clean and smooth job. I definitely recommend advanced glass.

Love there service and product!! Bought a new 3-oiece frameless shower door with the Diamond glass treatment and am SO happy with everything! Another company that advertises a lot wanted also $1000 more for the same thing. One year later and all is perfect especially the clear doors. We have treated well water and our last doors were so badly spotted and etched that they were ruined. Thank you Advanced Glass Expert!!!

This was the best service i could have ever imagined.....we needed to have a large mirror cut to replace awful 80s medicine cabinet.....i called all over and Advanced Glass was half of what every one else charged.....plus they are really busy.....wonder why.....i asked manager for earliest possible date....and then called to see if they should have any cancellation would she call me.....phone rang this morning....30 min later....mirror installed.....and DONE......they are there to do all they can.....best customer service ever....D Rathfon Woodbridge, VA

As a professional plumber in the service business who works for a large company and depends on good reviews, I have high expectations. The estimator who came buy didnt say much and was not helpful regarding the quote. We got the quote emailed about an hour later and it didnt address a time frame. I had to correspond over the phone to get any information out of these people a multitude of times. The estimate also didnt address the UV protection that was in our windows. I havent experienced the actual service from this company because the estimating process was so impersonal and lackluster. I make sure my customers know everything up front before I start work or leave the house and I expect the same. I would advise this company to really train their estimators to take a little time and try to comfort potential customers a little more.

The worst corrupted glass company in Northern Virginia, the people in this company are so rude and price gouge which is even illegal. They give you a price on the size of your house and how rich they think you are. Mo who came to my house was rude and didnt even take his shoes off, I think he is even the owner of this awful establishment. Do not even waste your time contacting them. I do not even know how they have such good reviews they probably paid for them or they are done by themselves or friends or family matters but I am sure the other reviews are not by customers there is no way someone in their right mind would give them a good review without something in return. I contacted another local company that charged me almost half of what Advanced glass expert were trying to charge. I wish I could give them a negative review but one star is the lowest you can give. Steer clear of this company.
