Fantastic experience! Godze and Musa were delightful!! Everyone I met who worked for the company was very professional. Everything was explained in simple terms. I redid my kitchen and they did a fantastic job measuring and cutting the granite. Installation was smooth as silk and the project only took less than a week from when they measured. I am 100% satisfied. I don’t know how they do it. They were cheaper than the competition with faster turnaround times. I could not be happier with the results!! I will absolutely be using them for future projects. I chose the Blue Flower granite for pictures reference.

Amazing and Fantastic - Anez and Godze have been very nice, friendly and professional to work with and we would highly recommend their services. They showed us their vast selection of stones and also let us select the granite slab from their warehouse, for our kitchen countertops. The measurements taken were very accurate and they gave us an installation date within a week. The crew who came to install did a perfect and outstanding job with the demolishing of the older countertop, and replacing it with the new one - they were very polite and friendly, as well. Anez personally drove down all the way from Lorton to check on the work, and is something we never expected or have seen from anyone in the business. We highly highly recommend Anez and his team - this is truly a business with a lot of heart !!!

Wow. Their customer service is exceptional, and their pricing is very competitive. I had a negative experience with another company and ended up having to cancel that project. Thank goodness I then found Lorton. They are friendly and courteous throughout the entire process (initial call, measurement, design, and installation). I had a lot of questions, and they patiently addressed all my concerns. The installation was on schedule, and the installation crew took the time and did it right the first time. I have 2 small end tables with glass tops and you guessed it, one of the tops cracked. I decided to replace the tops with stone. I stopped by Lorton Granite and Marble. They had the perfect slab. I gave them the old top for a template and they said the tops would be ready at the end of the week. The next day they called.....the tops were ready. They fit perfectly and are beautiful. Very nice people, easy process. Im happy with my new tops.

PROJECT: replacement of bathroom vanity countertop w/quartzThis is a great company. Top notch customer service offered by Enes and Godze (not sure about the spelling of their names). They are always unfailingly professional, polite and responsive. They walked me to their shop in the back - the area where all the stone is cut - and allowed me to look at the slabs - AND allowed me to take home a sample so I could decide which one worked best in my home. They fit me into their schedule relatively quickly as well. Not next day but within the week.The crew was professional, showed up on time and finished the work quickly.Heres where they really earned their 5 stars. There was a very small portion of the sink where the enamel seemed to be chipped off. I called them - sometimes you just dont see these things till later and they arranged for someone to come right out to fix. Enes very politely asked the location and indicated the damage could have been done by the plumber. They could have made things very difficult and we could have gone and forth but he didnt. Enes sent a crew (I called him on a Saturday) and he had someone out in the next couple of days to replace the sink. Thats the hallmark of a company that prides themselves on a job well done and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The picture does not do justice to how nice the countertops turned out.Really impressed by the company.

To put it frankly I adored the interaction with Lorton granite because it was very personal where if you have any problem for whatever reason you can talk straight to the owner rather than going through a company where the problem whichever you might have never gets solved. All in all the communication were more than clear which does it for me.

Great company to work with. I was not home when the person came out to do the measurements and talk about options, but my wife said that individual was very professional and knowledgeable on any questions she had. When the installation day came, the guys actually showed early which was great. They explained to me what needed to be done and talked about the process. Once again, very professional individuals. I would trust them with any future projects I may have. Great company to deal with and extremely fair prices.

Update: After writing this bad review below. The company reached out to me quickly to resolve the matter. All issues were resolved and they fixed what initially was wrong. It was nice that they came out to do this but it is also sad that it took this long... I heard that there is new management now and this may be the case. Either way, it looks nice now!-------------------------------------I hired this company initially based on reviews and pricing. They agreed to the job, knowing that this was not nearby their warehouse. I had concerns with the measurements when the countertops were installed and had expressed the concern to the person installing the countertops.I also emailed and texted the company expressing the concern. No one came to take a look at what I meant or took the time to understand how badly the countertops looked.They agreed to fix the issue and then returned to install one piece. The contractor installed the item and I expressed concern again about the piece being too long in comparison to the other countertops. They said this was how it was cut and did not express any concern on fixing the issue. I then emailed and texted the company and told them there was issue with the countertop. I expressed that someone who could understand me should come and take a look at the issue. No one came out or contacted me back. I have been waiting since they said they would fix it and no response.The contractors they sent to complete the work obviously had communication barriers with me and did not understand what I mean. I believe that the company should have send someone to come out and take a look at what the issue was to fix it and there has been no response since the summer of 2020.PLEASE AVOID USING THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL INSTALL YOUR COUNTERS AND IF THERE ARE ISSUES JUST LEAVE YOU HANGING...AND WITH COUNTERTOPS THAT ARE NOT EVEN!!

Lorton, Granite, and Marble were wonderful to work with. I worked specifically with Gozde and she made the process super easy. We spoke over the phone regarding my estimate and continued our conversation over text message (this made it easy to share pictures and other details). Her and the team were able to price match some other estimates my fiancé and I were given. What made us choose them over others is their reputation and the warranty they offers on their stones and sinks! Even when we ran into some other minor issues, they worked with us and were able to address it immediately. The crew that worked on the installation and demolition cleaned up the area after they were done and provided suggestions on faucets, etc. They were pretty quick and thorough on the demo/installation! We also had a plumber that came by who put together the rest of our sink and helped us adjust our dishwasher placement. Everyone was so nice!

I am extremely pleased with Lorton Granite and Marble for the excellent job they did in installing new countertops in my condo kitchen. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant, and there were no surprises. Adil, who came out to measure and estimate, was a joy to work with and quickly got me a very fair quote, much better than my other two quotes. Whenever I called the office with a question, Laines got my answer right away. The men who installed had to make the cutouts in a downpour of rain but never complained. Even the owner, Enes, came out later to see the finished product and fix a small problem with my faucet. I give them an A-Plus!

Musa is the owner. Excellent human being. Man of his word. They did Granite Counter top and Kitchen Flooring, minor plumbing for my town home where my sister lives. We had set several appointments and he was the best, I felt he cared for us to have the best options. While other companies didn’t mention certain things just to make a little extra money.They also gave us an amazing price, AND came to install the countertops in the same week! I have only good words for them, it was a great experience and we highly recommend them.

I called for a price on a vanity counter top, and Musa offered to give me a quote on the cabinetry, as well. The price was extremely competitive, much better than I was able to find elsewhere. He is extremely responsive, easy to get in touch with to get questions answered. The turn around time between measuring for the counter top and installation was very fast and the vanity looks great!

Price and selection of granite was great. Did a comparison shop with local granite companies and they were the most reasonable for my small kitchen. The installers were professional and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed correctly.

Godze was great to work with! I called one day about a specific quartz I had found and loved and she researched the pricing and got back to me quickly! Their pricing was very fair in comparison to 2 other companies we had been working with. I loved being able to text Gozde as well- it made it very convenient and easy to communicate. Best of all, we absolutely loveeeeee our new kitchen countertops and would recommend them to all! We ended up getting an LG quartz from East West Marble Co in Chantilly. Gozde was able to get the exact slabs we had placed on hold with no issues. We ended up having to get 2 slabs, so we decided to update our master bathroom and guest bathroom with the same quartz and they look amazing as well!! The installation guys were very nice as well as being quick and efficient. We did have a few small issues with the plumber. The plumber showed up 3 hours after he was supposed to arrive, and upon arrival he told us we may have to pay extra for a few parts (even though plumbing was included in our invoice). We ended up not paying any extra for plumbing, but we would recommend to double check that everything is included in your quote. Overall we would still highly recommend this company.

Musa and his team did an amazing job for our office reception area. The stone had multiple curves and was very difficult to cut. No one wanted to take the job. Musa over delivered on the precision and stone quality/aesthetics and was able to complete it within a couple of days. Thank you guys again for an unbelievable result!

After checking reviews on the Internet, we stopped by Lorton Granite and Marble on Friday to start investigating countertops for a wet bar in the basement. We are very pleased with the outcome! After spending some time helping us understand the different advantages of both granite and quartz, Musa took us back to see some potential slabs of granite. We found a lovely piece of granite large enough for our project, were able to get the measurements done on Saturday, and it was delivered and installed on Monday. It looks fabulous— If I can figure out how to post a photograph, I will.

Definitely recommend!Called them after being told by Lowe’s and Home Depot that we would have to remove all of our granite just to replace a sink.Enes came in and was able to quote us for just the sink, just the countertops and sink or a whole kitchen reface involving moving the island. We chose just the sink replacement.They came in and were able to drop the sink and install a new, slightly larger one without removing/destroying our countertops. They even widened the hole for the sink where it sat with minimal mess. Very happy with their craftsmanship and knowledge. Way to go Enes!!
