I had been a customer with sprint for over 20 years. With the ether to TMobile I switched over to their plan during a promotion in August. The store rep provided inaccurate information about the military plan, I was expected to receive phone trade-in promotions, and when calling TMobile for support I’m transferred several times because the reps don’t know how to assist me. On top of that, the supposed 5G internet searches in DC area are so slow. This has been a terrible experience.

I stopped by the store today. I am currently T-Mobile ONE (4 lines).I want to change my plan to new promotion 4 for $25. They told me that I need to get 4 new numbers. That is not true Starting July 24, 2020, for a limited time, new and existing customers can get four lines of Essentials for just $25 per month each with AutoPay, all with unlimited 5G access included. Existing customers who want four lines or who already have four lines can also get this deal -- no other requirements - all you need is four lines. Very bad customer services !

Can’t say enough how much I would recommend going to this particular store and work with Amber. My wife was going to Europe for 3 weeks of training so we needed a service that would work over there and not be incredibly expensive. After being basically turned away at another T-Mobile store, Amber and her very friendly coworker made our experience with T-Mobile incredibly pleasant. She was knowledgeable, friendly and went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of and got the best price possible. She even found a discount that was not available when I initially got a plan with T-Mobile a year and a half ago. All other reviews aside, go work with this young lady and you won’t be disappointed. T-Mobile has by far the best options when going overseas and being able to use it domestically and internationally.

After the worst service at Costco, Lorton T-Mobiles service was amazing! A background of what horrible service we had at Costco.. we either wanted the family plan or senior plans and wanted the cheaper option. The guy who helped us put everyone in my family in their own separate line.. which was $65 per person... $260+ in total. He also didnt successfully activate two of our phones. We came to Lorton T-Mobile and they helped us make sure everything was in place and even helped us switch our plan to the cheaper option. Mr. Islam (hopefully I spelled this correctly) helped us until the end! Thank you for all of your help! We seriously appreciate you helping us and being so patient!

Amazing customer service, very friendly team with a great smile( Johnny and Melanie ) thank you for spending over 3 hrs helping me with my phone problem. The same problem that the Apple Store people couldnt fix and Im actually taking about the technical people in Apple Store. But these two guys were kind enough to contact people and make phone calls and use every little bit of information and patiently put all their effort on fixing my iPhoneAnd it wasnt just me who was satisfied with the customer service I mean for the 3 hours that I was waiting for my phone to get it fixed I saw how other customers were getting served and how satisfied they were leaving the store. I really cant thank those guys enough.Again thanks Johnny & thanks Melfor all you have done for me I can see a great and bright future waiting for the both of youI wish you guys the best.

Horrible customer service. When I went in, I told the Isam ( or whatever his name is) I wanted to check another iPhone 7plus because mine has been giving me issues since I got it, one of them being the Bluetooth not working. He said to give him 20 minutes to finish with the customer he started. 30 minutes go by, nothing. Another customer walks in, happens to be from his country Pakistan and asks him what brings him in then proceeds to helping him simultaneously as his helping the other customer. I’m standing there like, am I invisible or did I miss something? So I asked him, after 40 minutes waiting now, how much longer he plans to be because he’s now helping someone else that came after me and I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes now. He tells me because mine is a technical issue he needs more time and if I live near by I can come back. I told him I can’t and I’m going out of town. All I wanted was to check a other iPhone 7plus and if it’s the phone itself I was going to upgrade to the next one. Long story short after waiting for over an hour, still helping the other two customer, he comes and asks me the same stupid question and I explain it to him again. Then he tells me we don’t iPhone 7plus in the store. I was like why didn’t you tell me an hour ago and not waste my time. This dude didn’t even care or apologize. I know Pakistani men, I used to live and work there and they have no respect for women. And I don’t know how long this ignorant has been in this country, but people like him should never work in customer service. I have already reached out to the manger and wait to hear from him. Not going to deal with bad phone/service and horrible customer service. I’ve been with T-Mobile for barely a year and not pleased so far.
