They have a large selection of almost everything!I get my vape juice here, they always have good flavors and the customer service is always great.They always help me find a good flavor even though Im pretty picky.

This place is trash. Bought a vape refill, after owning it for 2 hours it started to smell burnt. Called the guy and they won’t stand behind their products. Hope you enjoy the $5 buddy.

Awful customer service.They sell you broken products (vapes, batteries, etc.) then are unable to do anything about it due to their no-return/exchange policy. When asked to speak to management, they refer you to their website to email them but the website has no email contact.MAKE SURE THEY TURN ON YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Even the employee trying to help me saw that it was broken but still couldnt do anything about it.

My experience was the best, the worker behind the counter knew a lot about the products. Definatly recommend this place.

After purchasing an over priced water pipe for $120 from here, I found a better one for less money at a proper store. I went to return my pipe the very next day (less than 24hrs) and still in the packaging that it came out of the store in. The person behind the counter refused to let me return it even though it had never been opened. I asked to speak to the owner as i thought I could reason with him and the manager there said that the owner never comes in and that I cannot talk to him and that there is nothing I can do about it. Terrible service. I also bought a torch from them which I was told was going to be full with butane. I could not use this torch even once. It never got hot enough and it ran out of butane before I could heat my element once. This store is cheap. There products are made of cheap glass, they sell cheap accessories, and there is zero customer service or support. I would have only returned my water pipe and been fine with the other complications, but the managers attitude plus my dissatisfaction with the product is too much to accept. Don’t go here. Don’t waste your time. And don’t support bad business.

Horrible Store Attendant ... Assar has no knowledge of the products in the store... He takes no responsibility when he sells you the wrong item... he is rude and and has zero respect for customers...I have been shopping here since it opened and unfortunately this is the last time Id ever spend my money in this shop..Horrible experience!!

Every time I come to this store they sell me a more expensive pen which turns out to be a total waste.The store attendant just sold me the most expensive pen after a lengthy conversation about the number of pens I’ve purchased which just turned out to be the wrong product.When I called he was not only rude he was dismissive and hanged up the phone...I’ve bought cigars and pens here since it opened. I’ll never make another purchase at this store.Save yourself the waste of money and time and go to Woodbridge or Springfield. These guys are fraudsters!!!

This was my first time at this location and everyone was so helpful! I’m new to cigars and have not tried many in the past but I wanted to get into it, I was able to find a great cigar for myself and my brother thanks to the help of everyone here! Thanks guys!

Been here multiple times and every time the employees have been friendly and very helpful. Bought a suorin yesterday and the employee helped me out with finding a good juice for it. Great service overall and I’m loving the juice.

Every single time I came to this vape store it has been disappointing. I gave it a few tries, but this is NOT a vape store that I would recommend for anyone. The prices are higher than all the other vape stores I have been to, and this last time was my very last attempt. I wanted to buy 1 item for $20 and when i was signing the credit card receipt I saw I was charged $46. The clerk thought I was purchasing another item that I asked about, then he said he wasnt sure how to process a refund. The time before that, the guy working here kept harassing me about my number asking if he wasnt good looking enough for me and so on....come on! Either close up this shop or hire competent employees. Oh also do some research on the prices at other vape stores, maybe then you wont be an empty store anymore.

Hello,Today I came into the store because I have been here plenty of times before to repair and replace parts on my mod. Today I came in to buy replacement glass for my mod and the gentleman working the store looked at my mod and recommended a tank and told me it would fit my mod no problem. After asking if there was any glass and being told that their wasnt, I trusted the associate and bought the $40 tank. After taking my card and running it, the associate handed me the tank only to find that the diameter was too wide to fit my box. While the threading was correct, the tank was unable to fit with my battery in my box. I had asked if the associate could refund me, seeing as I never used the tank and he told me that he couldnt because the charge already went through. After asking if the gentleman would call the manager he said I dont want to call the manager because I will get in trouble I asked him to please call the manager to which he replied. Actually, I am in charge of this store and I cant do that for you. I was furious. This store has lost me as a customer and the fact that a refund wouldnt be processed is absolutely absurd. Wish I could rate lower than one star.

This place is the biggest joke and scam store in the DMV period!!! I normally buy pens from from Capitol Hemp in DC thought I could save time by going local. Wow I was told that the 2 pens I purchased didnt work because of the manufacturer and seriously one lasted 2 weeks and the the other lasted 4 days only. No refunds or discounts at all!!! So they know the pens are faulty and still will sell them. I was told when leaving try the bigger pens over 40.00 hahaha

The worse place ever, The manager and the employees were so rude,DO NOT GO THERE.GO TO 7 ELEVEN IS BETTER THAN THERE SERVICE.They sold me things that dont work with my product and his employees told me that it will work i came next day tried to exchange it with something works with my product but they refused.So i had to call the police on them so people can see how bad there service is.And i did video recorded my conversation with the employees i will be posting the video all over the social media so people can see who is the liar.They wasted my time and money.Dont tell me i dont know how business works i do own couple restaurants i know exactly how business works and how a customer should be treated especially if my staff did a mistake like yours did.Management like yours wont last in business even all the good reviews you have are fake.

Ok heres an update to my post from a year ago....Recently I switched to a Juul device. Went to this Cigars N Vapes about a week and a half ago to get some Eon Smoke- Cool Mint pods. They charged an unbelievable price of $16.00 for a pack of 4.Tobacco Plus Vape in Springfield sells them for around $13.00 and two packs for $24.00. Tobacco King in Dale City sells them for $11.99 for a pack of 4. The prices at this place are outrageous.They charge $30.00 for Smok coils that I can buy at any other Vape Store for $19.99 to $22.00.About 3 weeks ago, I purchased some Smok V8 Baby T8 coils. The price was around $25.00 and with tax it came to a little over $30.00
