As a new patient this place exceeded my expectations! As soon as you walk in the door everyone is welcoming and helpful. The place is very clean and is keeping up to date with covid protocols. Dr. Frederick gave me the most comprehensive eye exam I’ve ever received. She is very knowledgeable but also down to earth. I would highly recommend them!

Honestly the best eye appointment experience I have ever had! While the rest of the world starts to ease up on COVID restrictions, Clearfinity Eyecare is still taking measures to keep their patients and staff safe. I appreciate this as I am 6 months pregnant and trying to stay healthy! The staff at the front was awesome while helping me pick out the perfect glasses, and answering all my billing questions. Dr. Fredrick was also very kind, attentive and caring. Will for sure be using them in the future and always recommending them to everyone else!

Best Eye Exam Ever! I chose Clearfinity based on the previous reviews and they did not steer me wrong. The entire staff was truly professional. Clearfinity would be my primary eye care provider if I lived in the area and not just visiting.

When my glasses came in they didn’t work. I made an appointment to go see the doctor again. She really listened to me. Even let me stand outside with lenses to figure out distance. Then for my reading she agin listened. I became more confident that even the slightest discomfort could be useful and to tell her because then she could use it to help me.

Straight up the best optometrist I have ever been to. The service was amazing, results of all the test were explained to me, and the cost wasnt outrageous as things tend to be in the NOVA area. Also Dr. Laura Fredrick is amazing. I have never had an optometrist listen fully to what I had to say and offer practical, easy solutions. She took the time to fully understand my eye health as well as get to know me. I have already recommended this practice to all of my family!

Dr. Frederick is by far the best optometrist my wife and I have ever seen. She is extremely personable and explains everything. Her staff are always friendly and helpful. Her Optician, Gretchen, is also very friendly and happy to help you figure out your glasses needs even if you don’t order through them. The only negative thing I have to say is because Dr. Frederick is the only optometrist in the building, you can easily wait 30-45 minutes before being seen. However, this is probably because she cares about her patients and takes the time to make you feel comfortable while answering all your questions instead of trying to see as many patients as possible in a day. They have a nice selection of frames, but I had to go there several times to get the lenses adjusted and I’m still having issues with my 2nd pair of eye glasses.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Frederick yesterday. She was very nice and very informative. I appreciate that she took the time to thoroughly explain the various vision tests that were administered and recommended that I visit my regular physician for a cholesterol screening (I have a blue ring forming around my eyes which may be indicative of high cholesterol). I also appreciate that her office/staff took COVID -19 safety precautions as they only allowed visits by appointment only, they conducted a temp check at the door, and asked you to use the hand sanitizer before approaching the front desk. I was only there for a vision check up since I had LASIK Surgery about 10-11 years ago. She explained that I may need glasses in a few years but my vision is still 20/20.

They are great except they are usually running late. Yesterday they were 45 minutes late. I would rather have gotten a call letting me know so I didnt have to be sitting there for 45 minutes.

Definitely liked Dr. Fredrick. Service outside of that fell short. I had too many issues and felt like they didnt fully understand the issues I had with their service. I had to do a lot of follow up on things they promised and didnt follow through with; I was offered to have my prescription e-mailed to me and that still hasnt happened. I decided to cancel everything and go elsewhere. If you go just for a visit with the doctor, I definitely believe youll get great care from Dr. Fredrick. Anything else outside of seeing the doctor, you might want to look elsewhere as I even had issues trying to schedule an initial appointment with the doctor. I do believe the staff are nice and mean well, but they came off as uncomfortable and unsure of what to do to help me.

I recently moved to Clearfinity Eyecare and was very pleased with this operation. Upon scheduling an appointment I was provided with all of the documents that must be completed on the initial visit. I was able to complete it ahead of time which cut down on my wait upon arrival. The front office staff is excellent. There were several appointments in front of me and each time I saw Dr. Frederick she was walking with a purpose, which was good. When it was time for me to see the Dr. she was very pleasant, not nearly as rushed as she seemed in the lobby, and very thorough. Of course I needed a stronger prescription but what should I expect at 54. I am very happy with my new optometrist, so much so I have convinced my wife to give them a try.

The staff is very professional. Dr. Frederick has been our family Optometrist for 5 years. My daughter was only 2 years old when she had her first eye exam with Dr. Frederick. She enjoyed her visit and the office staff made it a fun adventure.We had our annual visit yesterday. Prior to scheduling we were advised of COVID safety measures that the office has in place. When we entered the office during our scheduled visit we had our temperatures taken and sanitizer provided at the door. Everything has always been clean in the office even before COVID.I highly recommend this office for your family eye care needs.

The tall bold guy Zo is extremely rude wouldnt let me speak. He seems to not to know how to do his job. I wouldnt come back again as long as his working there. The rest of staff is great didnt have a problem with them at all they are very welcoming and patient .

Dr. Frederick gives a very good eye exam, and has delayed my cataract surgery by correcting my current vision. She listens and is caring to your individual eye needs. The staff is wonderful...the first lenses were just a little off and needed to be redone...they were so accommodating and a few weeks later when the nose piece fell off, I went in and they immediately and graciously fixed it. No hassle here -- giving exceptional service with smiles and not feeling rushed or ignored. Total thumbs up!!

This is my 2nd year as a client and the time, care, concern and information given to the clients is more than enough to help make the best choice for your optical needs. I initially went in for a LASIK pre op exam because I was sick of wearing glasses, and I learned that my vision wasn’t bad enough for LASIK surgery, but my next best option were contacts.I had never worn contacts before out of fear, but Dr. Frederick made the transistion painless, comfortable and delightful. I had some difficulties with the first brand of contacts, but Dr. Frederick and her staff worked with me until the perfect pair for me were found. Although, I am moving out of the area in 3 months, I will definitely travel back to Virginia for my eye care services at Clearfinity. I received the best care and customer service I have ever received from an optometrist and optician before at Clearfinity; and that says alot because I have been in glasses since I was three years old and as a former military spouse, been to many different providers. My prescription is challenging, and Ive had doctors rush through and consequently the prescription never be quite right. Dr Frederick took her time, didnt give up and was willing to answer all my questions, including research on not only what labs and products could best provide my strong prescription while also meeting as many of my preferences as possible, but also researched possible surgical options that may be available to me. Her optician, Rebecca, I cant say enough good things. She compliments Dr Frederick well, in that she took the time to help me find the best frames to fit my small features and still flatter my face. Ive worn glasses for years that did not fit well and did nothing for me aesthetically due to noone taking the time to help me pick out the right frames. Furthermore, just like Dr. Frederick, Rebecca made necessary phone calls to help me meet my needs, instead of the stock answer I hear often of, thats not available in your prescription. I left with all my needs met for the first time in many years. A++

After my Eye Doctor pissed me off I sad to myself I need an eye exam- what places are near by, I went to this location only because I lived across the parking lot and to my surprise this was the best eye exam I have ever had- staff is grade A -doctor is the best. Im a disabled veteran and VA hospital could learn something from these folks..Out standing...Semper Fi.
