My 2009 Triumph Bonneville had a few leaky bits, needed new tires, a new rear brake, and a pretty thorough service. Urban East did it all super fast, excellent pricing, and with excellent customer service (transparent and very responsive). I think I have found My Shop. Bring your bike here - you wont regret it.

I took my recently purchased 23 year old Harley to this shop for a new tire and general rideability and safety inspection. The shop went through the bike and didnt try to push anything I didnt need. They even went as far as recommending another source for exhaust.I am very pleased with the quality of work, the quick turnaround, and reasonable prices.I will be going to Urban East for all my maintenance and repair needs that I cant tackle myself.Support this independent shop!

Great service and workmanship. I dropped my 75 cb750 on the right side i thought it would never be the same brian worked with my insurance co, he fixed and painted. Now it looks better than ever, I would definitely recommend.

I had my installs done for my triumph speed twin 2019 at urban east. They did a great job getting the slip on exhaust, suspensions, dcat xpipe, DNA filters, fuel booster plug in etc. done well. I am glad I found them and I will take my bike here again. Lisa was prompt in responding to my emails. Brian did a great job on the installs. I highly recommend them and they are located close to my place.

Competent and friendly, this is a shop you can take any bike to! I have a 1999 Triumph Trophy. He found the issue (spark coil pack) and fixed it. A lot easier than driving to Dulles.

Brian is the real deal. Anytime I have an issue with my bike (2008 ZX-10r) he says to come by and fixes it right away if its something quick & simple. If its something more complex, hes communicative and fair priced getting it fixed or maintenanced within a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend this dude.

Found a fast turn around, good quality work, and a fair price at Urban East. I was very happy with Brians metal work and will be back with my vintage Kawasaki for any mechanic work I need as well.

First off, Im a super novice when it comes to motorcycle wrenching and riding but Ive got a stubborn streak and am trying to learn how to do a lot on my own without totally screwing things up. That being said, I certainly dont have the means to get my carbs looking as shiny as they could so I contacted Brian via email. Right off the bat he let me know my options for pricing (disassembled vs assembled) and has since been the absolute best in giving me tips on getting these striped screws off and getting replacement allen heads.Doing things on your own may not be your jam, which is totally ok because even from a few email exchanges I can tell that Urban East will take care of you through and through, and worth the time/money/expertise/customer service. But to have someone from the community be so supportive for someone like me (read as a stubborn introvert who is a knowledge based/practical setting learner, who also hates to ask for help) is so comforting and important. All this only from a few email exchanges, Ive not even brought my carbs in yet! And for that I cannot wait!Thanks so for Brian and thanks for what may come!

Brian can make just about anything you need. From 1-off exhaust, to fenders and seats. And if you need carburetor work: they will look like they just rolled off the factory floor when hes done.
