Convenient neighborhood grocery spot. Friendly, clean & well organized. Good staff that gets you through the lines quickly. Good deli department.

The inventory in this store is extremely limited. From nutritional food bars, to canned beverages and more, there arent many choices compared to other Vons locations where we have shopped. That has always been my complaint about this Vons. While convenient, their lack of inventory requires me to make an additional stop at Sprouts or Target nearby. Sometimes I go to the other places first and just skip Vons entirely, which becomes their loss not mine.

VONS IS A GREAT STORE TO GET YOUR FOOD SHOPPING DONE. HAS ALL MOST EVERYTHING YOU NEED. HAS A LARGE SELECTION OF DIFFERENT FOODS, VEGGIES, MEATS, FRUITS, FROZEN FOODS, ICE CREAMS AND MORE. NUCE CLEAN RESTROOMS, AND THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN. AND CASHIERS AND EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY.

Nice vons. The employees are usually pretty helpful, at least when you can track one down. The store is usually well stocked and they have a great deli. I usually choose the self checkout it just seems to go faster. Overall no real complaints. A nice convenient neighborhood location.

Quick and easy to shop, good bakery and meats. Has most brands and is relatively cheap and isnt too crowded and has good parking.

A little older than some of the other Vons stores in the area, but a good shopping experience. The best part was the cashier in the express lane who was super nice and chatty and wore some festive gear to make people smile as soon as they came in the door.We went in for one thing we had seen in the store 3 years ago and luckily they still stock it although we did get the last one!

Kind of low in stock but since covid I know its difficult to get some items.

Vons employees made no attempt to encourage several shoppers to wear masks and maintain a safe distance, especially in the check out line, even when brought to attention of management.Acting management disallows product returns...ironically, due to Covid-19

Most people here are nice. But. When its time to get a money order, the ones in charge of handling them get an immediate attitude like its a hassle to have to do their job, especially during these times. Just take the time to head down to Ralphs by the 405, they are much friendlier and nicer about it. And quicker. If you need a money order at Vons, be ready to wait more than 10 minutes and get ready to receive the biggest attitude.

This Vons isnt as nice as the others.

I go to Vons only to buy my most favourite bread - Signature select Nut&Grain - which i don’t get elsewhere. Found large and good quality avocados at stellar price of 65 cents each.

Did not appreciate having to stand in a single line waiting to be told that a checked and is open and you are up next. All the checkstands are roped off and you can only go into a Christ and one way and that is only if you are up next. Ralphs has no such rope offs. You can go to any checked and that is open and they have self checkout as well. Vons does NOT!!

Alot of the pricing is on the expensive side but they do have a good discount bakery section. Its always clean and most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Wear your mask when coming though, some of the other customers dont wear masks or wear them improperly but they do keep sanitizer around.

Went in to stock up on wine during big sale. Were out of 1 i wanted. Manager offered to order it and give me sale price when it came in. All good!!

Convenient location but a little smaller and more expensive than the Ralphs just down the street. Customer service and cleanliness of the store are great though.

Michelle the manager of the deli is absolutely amazing! She went over and above to make sure I was happy! Michael in the deli her trusted right hand treated me like family. Michale went out of his way to insure I come back to Vons before any other deli. Love you guys

I had to pick up a few things tonight and there were some things on sale at Vons so I pulled in. I got everything except one item which was a buy 1 get 1 free item. They only had one item left so I took it to the checker with my other things and suggested he simply cut the price in half because he only had 1 out of the 2 items available. He sent someone to check to see if there were more and there were not so he simply put it through at the regular price and told me it was taken care of. As I walked away I glanced at my receipt which showed that I was charged full price for the item at hand. I asked about it and was told, Well, we only had one so I had to charge you the full price. I replied, I understand but I dont want it at full price so Id like to return it. I was promptly told that they were not taking returns at this time because of the pandemic. I pointed to my cart which was one check stand away, reminded him that I had not yet left the store, and I was charged an incorrect price. He couldnt care less and turned away. I asked to speak to a manager. Another checker called. I explained the situation to the manager who took my item and refunded it to me in full. He then handed me this item and apologized for the way the situation was handled and that he would talk with the checker. I told him that I understood that everyone is on edge these days, including myself, and he agreed but at the same time he said, Theres no reason for poor customer service. All he had to do was call me and I would have told that him to give you the item at half price. That manager handled it professionally and made sure that he did everything he could to encourage me to come back... which I will!

We are new to this Vons and it seemed small to the one that we are used to at the corner of Woodruff and South but okay for now first time in this store.

I really like this Vons! I have learned were pretty much everything is and they generally have everything I need!

Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic, you would think the store would be clean from top to bottom. However the store isnt. Customer service however is good.

This store is much improved as of late. Its really clean, they have free sanitizing wipes at the front door for you to wipe down grocery basket handles, and they will bag your groceries using their own bags, for free. If you want to use bags you brought from home, you have to bag your groceries yourself, because of Covid precautions for the staff. The staff all wear masks. Produce is fresh and the store is well stocked. I even saw hand sanitizer for sale in the express checkout line tonight. And its open until 11 pm, even tonight when it seems every place in town closed early because of the local demonstrations. I was really happy to find some wild bird seed I needed (long story) and they had 20 lb bags on sale tonight for only $8.99!

I like Vons because they are small enough of a grocery store to be in and out. The aisles are rather narrow but if you know what you want to get, its easy because they always have a reasonable number of cashiers. The cashiers are friendly too.

Excellent customer Service and excellent selection. Prices are very good as well. No complaints! Also manager is very respectful and knows what he’s doing! The bakery manager, Ian Vann is a great employee, and always cooks my bagels for me! Very fresh!

Vons is a great grocery store which is always clean and the carry a large variety of items, including ready made food, deli, hot items, and a great variety of alcohol and beer. Great place to shop if you need just an item or two, or you have a coupon for something, because on the whole, it will cost you more to shop here. Sometimes its worth the trade off for the convenience, tho

This was the worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten from a Vons. First it took 20mins to receive the food with only myself and one other woman in line. The women who took my order never asked me what bread I want, or what toppings. She never said a word to me, moved at the slowest pace during lunch rush, and looked so miserable. Why my bread was burned when no one was in line after me is a mystery in itself. Save yourself the money and go to a different Vons that has way fresher ingredients and better customer service.

This Von is smaller than the one in Seal Beach. It didnt have a place to sit down inside Feb 15, 2019 to eat purchased food from the deli . It is easy to find what you are looking for..good signage. Update Nov 14, 2020 due to Covid 19, aisles have one way foot traffic. Employees stocking merchandise wear masks and are very helpful in assisting you find items you dont know, where they are located. Senior hours are from 6 am to 7 am. The 50 % off, odd merchandise is located at north-east corner of store, friendly staff.

I find Vons to be more expensive among grocery stores and shop only visit for the last minutes ingredient because its so close. In the Covid environment I do not like the directional path through the store.

Well I was looking for a specific cereal, Nutter Butter to be exact I went to the checkout and Raul wss very helpful and this was around 10:45 and he asked a female checker next to him and in the rudest of ways said he can go look. Duh! I did look. Even Raul looked at her weird. I would shop here again, but would avoid her lane. If youre not happy at your job dont be complacent and get up and look for a new job.

The store director was very helpful very welcoming specially in these busy business hours in the holidays.thank you.

This is your typical middle class grocery store. It has all the name brands and a few lower priced store brands. Coupons and a store card are needed here to be competitive with the likes of food4less or Aldis. Always very helpful staff, fully stocked, and clean store. Shopping carts maintained, not many homeless here, and not much in the way of danger to your car while shopping.

I gave this store a five star rating because its open till 2 a.m. and since I am a night owl, I like to shop when there are not too many people out. I feel that I need to change my rating for this store since it is now no longer opened until 2 am. Last Saturday night I went there a little after 1 am and the store was closed and had a sign saying that it closes at 1 am. And on their app, it still shows that they close at 2 am, 7 days a week. I guess someone decided to change the hours but did not follow through with making sure the internet also reflected the new hours.
