Miguel is very friendly and helpful. He and his team did an amazing job fixing the side of my car that I rubbed on a guardrail. It looks beautiful and like nothing ever happened. They also tinkered with my door that seemed to me to be not sealing. Thank you all so much!!

Recently I experienced an issue with a repair done at Auto Collision Experts (A.C.E.). I disputed the repair with A.C.E. and Miguel. Our misunderstandings turned into a negative experience for the both of us. Miguel responded immediately.After a second visit, he diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and then refunded the original cost of the repair. He also made it a point to reconnect with me again and make sure I was satisfied.We started out on the wrong foot, but at this point, I am willing to give him a second chance. Miguel stepped up, showed his integrity and resolved my issue. As always, they put the customer first! Thanks!! I understand that things don’t always work out perfect the first time and A.C.E. understands to make it right if it doesn’t.While he did not offer a sincere apology, Miguel did go the extra mile. Getting a refund was not my intention in disputing the repair, but I do feel better that he did. I would recommend A.C.E. to anyone without a doubt! Tell him Derrick sent you!

Miguel & his guys painted two of my old Hondas and did a flawless job. He didnt even ask why somebody would put a fresh coat of paint on a 1996 Accord! If anybody asks me about body work or painting their car, I always direct them here.

Miguel runs a first-rate shop over at A.C.E. auto-body and glass. They did a beautiful repair on the rear bumper and popped out a ding on the rear quarter panel of my car for a reasonable price, and now it looks like new! Best of all, they had it done in just a few days, much less time than I was expecting. I highly recommend them.

Amazing repair work on my Subaru. Car was rear ended and smashed into the car in front. Grill and front bumper is flawless. Rear bumper was totaled but now you cant even tell it was hit. Perfect body panel gaps. You can see a paint difference when looking close but its not obvious to someone not looking for it and I would never expect any shop to get a 100% color match on a 12 year old car. Frame got pulled back out and the car rides and feels perfect now. Took longer then one may like but I understand as a mechanic and plus it seems like everyone in LA forgot how to drive around the same time my car got hit so I imagine they had a mass influx of people and the holidays didnt help. Thank you for the amazing repairs Ill be back for more repairs later.

Redid the peeling hood on my truck. Did an excellent job for the price they quoted me. Color match was perfect. Can’t tell the fenders and hood were painted at different times/years. Oh and they cleaned the inside!

I had to get half of my front bumper repainted on Monday. My Lexus SUV’s color can be a little tricky to match. The factory paint also has a subtle sparkling touch to it so I was concerned at first how well the paint was going to match. But wow Miguel did an awesome job to it. I’m amazed by the quality of work. And it was done literally 24 hours after I dropped off my car (the estimated time was 2 full days). Amazing place to go if your car needs body repairs!

I just got my Dodge 2006 truck back from Ace. They did a wonderful job painting a couple of panels that had lost the clear coat. It feels like I have a new truck. Miguel was just great to work with. I will go back again as needed and definitely recommend ACE.

Miguel from A.C.E. gave me two numbers in the quote after bringing my car in; a lower number and a worst-case number. He was very up-front with me about what he would do to fix my car, and even gave me ideas to save money by painting cracks in my car myself vs having him do it for much more. After getting my car back from them I paid the lower quote and everything was fixed, as promised. A.C.E. is honest and do quality work.

I recently had a windshield replaced on my 2004 Land Rover, and Miguel did not disappoint me with his helpfullness and customer service.
