My children and I visited Kiwi Crate at their grand opening and amidst the super enthusiastic children, the store staff stayed calm and helpful. We left with fun Tinker Crates large and small. Will be visiting again soon!

Placed an order 6 days ago, paid for faster shipping so it would arrive by now, yet they are still processing my order. I tried emailing them and calling them but have not been able to get anybody on the phone. Their automated system says they will return calls in the order they received them but Ive waited all day and nothing. Terrible customer service. By the way, theyve already charged my credit card.
