We needed window hardware for our Simpson windows. Our contractor had lost all the window hardware and David took the time to understand what we needed. He ordered them and then left the package out when we picked it up, ensuring social distancing. Great customer service and I would highly recommend Select Windows.

I started my project with Select Windows a few years back - with Tony Rebagliati helping me with all my questions and endless patience. He had a lot of good ideas, gerat advice - and then we finally got to order the doors and windows.Tony left the company - and all went downhill: Phone calls and emails are rarely returned, and if, they are returned with days or weeks delay. For six months now I am chasing them down to fix problems with my doors and windows (some of them were fault of the installer) - but I still have to fight with missing parts, leaking doors and windows - and dont feel taken care of at all. They have my money, I have the windows - they dont care anymore.
