Been dealing with there customer service over an issue that came up. No help at all. They tried to pawn us off to a delivery company and push blame on them. Very unprofessional and very rude. Weve bought 20 bounce houses at a time before and never had any company act like this with any issue that has arose. Extremely disappointed.

Well its only been a couple of weeks, but so far we are totally pleased with our purchase. We have shopped around for several bouncer companies before buying, & decided to go with Jingo Jump bouncers. This more than meets our expectations, We didnt want to spend a fortune on a Inflatable bouncer and feel like I have found a good fit.

Jingo Jump saved our summer orders and did even more, it helped us to make it mots profitable summer yet for our business. We needed to add water slide to our inflatable rental business, our customers demanded water slide and we shopped around long and hard trying to find best product with best price, we needed water slide before memorial day weekend when summer season kicks in. several companies we contacted had waiting time for back orders for 4-6 weeks. That would make water slide available almost at the middle of the summer.

They not only provide us with great quality water slides and bouncers, but we got all the tools and knowledge on how to organize and run our business. The slides leave marks on Children, and the company refuses to pay for a broken dolly that was sold to my friend. The broken dolly sent his brother in law to the hospital, and the company refuses to pay for it or show any sympathy. They are a rip off and dont truly care about customers.
