The store is a huge 2 story shop with both escalators and elevators. You can take your cart up or down in the elevator. They didnt have either of the two items I was looking for: reusable coffee filter for pour overs, a project lamp with magnifier. No big deal, I still found lots of goodies. I found a few other things that I would have purchased but there was no price to be found anywhere for those items. They have a ton of shower curtains hanging for display, but I couldnt find any of those that I liked in the packages below the display.Overall, this is a fun place to browse and shop especially the kitchen section which is full of every imaginable gadget. Parking is plenty and free.

Shopping at BBB has always been a pleasant and satisfying experience. Its neat, clean, well-stocked displays offering many choices are attractive and accessible. Its discount coupons are always cheerfully accepted, despite clearly marked expiration dates. The cashiers even help determine the most favourable way for the customer to take advantage of the different discount possibilities.With recent reorganization, navigating the wider aisles and seeing more of the store at a glance have become easier. Customer service has always been excellent, in the aisles, at checkout and at the service counter. Last week I just could not find an item which had always been in a particular place. A customer service gentleman pointed out the new spot to me and then kindly walked me to it, much to my appreciation.Ordering merchandise to be delivered to the house has also been a smooth experience, as has been returning items.Thus the five stars!!

Has great selection of wide variety of things both expected and unexpected, but as with every store dependent on shipping after COVID best to check if a particular item is in store. For example I bought the last 2 lovely easy assembly cupboards and not sure when I can get one for my daughter who’d like one.

1st off Id like to buy a brick and mortar businesses. Without these companies basically were losing our middle class. Where do you go if you spent 25 years working at a business like this what do you do this is why people end up homeless so you spend a little more money and you give somebody a job.. It might be a little cheaper on Amazon but the return policies usually make it worth it to shop at breaking mortars at least thats what I found..Its like any Bed Bath & Beyond.. Although I do notice in certain neighborhoods they carry different stuff.. This neighborhood is sort of upper end so they have some quality stuff its just that with covid they have a is a low inventory right now.. But the Is the service people that work there the customer care providers are very friendly and they be more than happy to go on the computer find what you want get it for you. Items can be a little pricey!!

Love this Bed Bath! It’s their flagship store, so they have pretty much every department imaginable, compared to some of the smaller locations that are limited to appliances, for example. I go here when I need health & beauty supplies, great selection.

Its the Beyond that can get you in trouble, if you are not careful. My most recent purchase was a stick vacuum. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of having my purchase delivered to my home using the same day option. Im not very tech savvy, but it was relatively easy, and the price was less than what a ride share would charge for me to travel to the store in person.The prices are reasonable, and the generous allowance of coupons provides a significant savings. The store is strategically located adjacent to the Expo Line, BBB Route 5, and its on a major boulevard. There is also a good amount of free off street parking.

Seems to be one of the largest and best stocked locations in the west side. Convenient parking. Only thing is the register and customer service lines tend to be long.

After receiving damaged packages of Starbucks coffee I went to the store on Olympic to return and had the most unpleasant experience.In a time when you want to go in and out as fast as you can because of the pandemic, customer service kept 6 people in line for more than half an hour because one customer had a problem. Meantime the manager Cesar and another employee from the same department were doing absolutely nothing. When I asked them to help they refused. Cesar refuse to do anything and was very rude when I asked his full name to complain and walked away.Bad experience. Next time I’ll ordered my coffee from some place else. Amazon never gave me any problem.

Came in for a specific item that online had mistakenly told me was in stock in store. I asked an employee in the baby section who was with a customer and she was so attentive EVEN being with a customer. I think she was the only employee on the floor that could help with registry. Once she was done, she found me and asked me directly if I had found the item. Told me to come sit and we could look online together. She even ran to the whole other side of the store to check! I mean, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPER STAR/WONDER WOMAN!!! They in fact did not have what I needed, she brought a smaller version of what I wanted and we ordered what I wanted to be shipped free of charge to my home. She thoughtfully brought me the smaller version in case I needed it for the mean time (which I did). In times like these, where we have little to no human interactions this was a beautiful trip. She went over and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I wish I could remember her name, 4 letters... Edna, Elma...!!! Thank you for making our trip an amazing one!!!

Convenient location on Olympic just east of Bundy if you live in the Westside. Good parking on upper level and store seems larger than other BBB stores.

Seems like the most expensive BB&B I have ever been to. They are out of a lot of things. Seems like a bit of chaos.

The store was huge and confusing. There was no store map or floorplan. The prices were not on any of the items. And looking for the price signs was difficult to find. I rate the store 4 stars out of 5 because employees were very helpful. And they took me to where I needed to go. And looked up prices and inventory.

The worst experience I have ever had, the shelves were empty, we were not able to find anything we wanted . I asked an employee if the store was closing, her response was, we would be the last to know. I am a regular shopper at this store. I was very disappointed.

This store offers such a big variety of stuff at reasonable prices which become even cooler with their generous coupons! It may not always be stocked with what I need, but it sure was a sweetly familiar, comfy space to shop and hang out in during strict lockdown months in LA!

Decent selection. If you’re looking to do an online order to pickup something, it is probably faster to browse and get the item yourself versus waiting on the staff to get it.

This BBB has two floors, lots of merchandise, free parking in their multi-level parking lot. Really good customer service. Some of the cleaning items are out of stock due to covid (late 2020). They practice safety measures, wear masks, sanitize register stations after each customer. I felt safe.

Staff here at this store is fine except Nancy. She was so rude and uncaring. My partner and I were shopping there last week for a waste container and all of the floor models were damaged. However, she would not acknowledge there were damaged goods on her sales floor. Shes inconsiderate and rude. Would not consider shopping here again. So take that 20% off coupon and drop it in the trash, then go to Target on Santa Monica or Ikea, spend your money elsewhere than this place.

Easy curbside pickup. Pulled into numbered spot and hit the Im Here button. Took a good ten plus minutes for them to come up. But didnt mind the wait. Lot was empty. Lovely young man come up and put the bag into the back of my car for me. Easy peasy.

Great experience with an employee Eddie - I was being discharged from the hospital and needed a special wedge pillow I had ordered online to pick up, but the order would not be ready until the next day. I called the store, and Eddie took care to have it ready at the front door for me right at closing time the same day! Thank you! Great service!

Ive never had an awesome experience here, if you need assistance, youre on your own. But, if you know what you need and its there on the shelf in front of you, and you bring one of those coupons they send, well, great. I feel a bit bad for BB&B, theyve closed a lot of locations and this one could be so much better if management appeared to care about customer service and the overall condition of the sales floor. Place is kind of a wreck. Appears a bit unorganized but it could have just been a busy day with stressed out employees. Holidays and Covid, Ill cut them a bit of slack and still come back when I need another shower caddy or random kitchen tool.

The line was long and slow at the returns. When we asked 2 of the employees a question they made us feel like were bothering them. Overall, not a great experience

L9ng l8nes, slow cashiers, hot and sweaty in store.

Went to exchange some towels and waited in line for 25 minutes! One associate at the counter trying to help a customer with all sorts of issues (I felt bad for him) and the line behind me grew and grew... The manager with a Peewee Herman haircut walked around, moved some carts, walked to the front door and looked out to the street and only came to help the associate when the poor guy called out for him and then WALKED AWAY AGAIN with 10 people in line. I will avoid this particular store in the future.

Customer service was ok. Some items are no longer available like kitchen shades/kitchen blinds. No one around the bottom floor to assist me whatsoever.

I havent received my order yet after 3 weeks I wanted to give a gift to my family at Christmas time but apparently I cant!! Upset 😡 😞

One of the best BB&B stores Ive been to. Seems like they have more than the one we have locally. They also have an awesome clearance section which seems to have a lot of current things. Check it first before you buy. We pretty much furnished our sons apartment/dorm here relatively cheaply.

I love BBB. Lots of items, prices are not there cheapest but with mail-in discounts which usually are 20%, you usually get a very low price compatible to online merchants. Also. The staff here is very courteous and helpful. I like to go to BBB.

The parking is adequate but I feel as though during the busier days and months it will not be sufficient. There are multiple escalators to take from the varying parking garage levels that do accommodate your shopping cart. The store itself is well lit with plenty of personnel in the different departments to provide assistance.

Nightmare website, nagging constantly of discount coupons that are impossible to apply. Email spam, no online help, slow shipping took over 10 days for one item out of 2 to arrive, Never again. Worse finally after hours of trying to buy they give you an order number only to cancel2 hours later.
