They have a huge selection and Its great to know that this is a legit dealership. They will honor there word and do give amazing customer service! The financing options of by offered insanely high interest rate loans whereas i qualify for much, much better rates everywhere else. I did not purchase my three wheeler here but somewhere else for much, much, much less.

Gayla is very friendly. As well as Jose. Very friendly staff. The issue is the company as a whole, morally looking out for their customers. We bought a brand new 150cc with them, 0 miles. We specifically came here to purchase brand new because weve had nightmares with used mopeds. Everything was smooth. Bike was awesome. We brought it home, then boom a week later the moped wouldnt turn on. So we had ended up using the kickstarter. After a few tries, it turned on. We communicated this with Gayla and she recommended we bring the battery to Auto Zone and perhaps there was a fuse issue. A week later: now the bike will not even turn on via kick starter. I totally would be flexible if it was a used bike, but our family specifically purchased this as a gift so that we could dodge these issues. It was a very personal decision for us. I called in and asked them to maybe bring out a new battery and service the bike, and they said we have to bring it in ourselves. The bike wont turn on now at all and bringing it in would require towing. We do not have insurance yet. Absolute nightmare. Im easy to work with. Open minded. But this is a brand new bike yall. Please do better or at least make the effort to rectify the situation.

You will not be disappointed purchasing from here. I had a black moped that got stolen and bought another right away because i loved the bike. If you are disappointed for any reason, they will do all they can to turn that around. Great group of people. Thanks guys!

A+ - I originally came in for service but inquired about options since my lease was ending in the next several months. I received what I felt was a fair trade value for my vehicle (it was a base model and had a few bumps and bruises), was shown a fabulous upgrade, and was out the door before lunch! I was given a financing option that, although did not lower my payment, I feel for the marginal increase is well worth the investment. Art Ocana made this entire experience exceptional. This is my second lease from Scooter Importer LLC (I also have my vehicle religiously serviced here) and I hope to work with them again in the future!

Bought a Amstar moped 2 weeks ago and was told it would be ready for me the next day. Got a phone call day of pick up and was told there was a missing part that needed to be ordered and wouldn’t be ready for another 4 days, which was understandable. Never got a call on day 4 so I called them asking for a update. They said the part had not gotten in and they would call once it did. I called back 3 days later and they told me the scooter was in a different location and waiting on a 2nd part to be coming in. Was told it was going to be ready in one more day, called the next day and was asked to call the mechanic and pressure him into expediting my scooter services by the salesman. I refused and explained that as a customer that doesn’t seem like something i should be doing and made him call. Fast forward almost 2 weeks after my purchase I call asking if it’s ready and they say yes. As I’m driving away with it I notice the speedometer doesn’t work, Mile tracker isn’t rolling and the cap for the front light wasn’t put in properly. I turned back around and couldn’t understand how after two weeks they couldn’t check on these things for me. I was really upset of the lack of communication on their part in letting me know what was going on with the new scooter i bought. Not one time did they call me with a update. I had to call asking for updates the whole time. Still waiting for a response after taking it back to get speedometer fixed.

So Allen puts on craigslist scooters for $799, i get there and its really $1000. Fine, i pay and leave with a new scooter which i have to pay him $300 more later for registration etc. I get home and a part is missing causing gas ro leak and my phone charger on the scooter isnt working. I bring it back to the shop they charge me $200 to fix it which i thought was crazy...but i deliver postmates so i need my scooter to deliver...I pay him and leave then a week later the scooter breaks down completely. I take it back and he says these roads in L.A. are bad and charges me another $150 to fix it...a week later it breaks down again.These guys are crooks and i would not recommend anybody buying a scooter from here.When my bike broke down i had no money and had to walk 10 miles from downtown L.A. to Central L.A. in the heat. All Allen can tell me is these scooters arent built to last and said hey come back and buy another scooter. These dudes are scammers!!! I ended up selling my scooter for $100. Spent a total of $1650 on a scooter supposed to be $799 and it only lasted 2 months.

This is the very first time and hopefully the last time I ever feel the need to change post or comment. As of 8/30/19 I received the most horrible customer service at scooter importer. Now granted Im a very easy going person and very understanding to change. But what I will not tolerate is the mechanic pinting his finger at me telling me he prior told me and the owner to have told to purchase two tires from the two weeks before when my front tire blew. Now Im not blaming anyone about a blown tire no one. And I except its my fault it blew. But dont get an attitude with a paying customer about a service you have to preforn in a work shoo that you are the mechanic. As far as I the consumer is concerned you should be smiling like the Cheshire cat when I bring money. Also I always pay full amount up front with zero complaints. The mechanic then also tells me he told the owner that he dosent have this or the other to repair my bike and it could be a maybe for the repair. Now Im writing this because the owner wasnt in on this day so I could have explained my issue with him. Now Im one customer to however many the store has. And I cannot swear I wont or have to use their services again. But I will definitely put a strong effort to fund another service repair shop that the mechanic knows his job is to service machinery. Not complaining to paying customers what they should or shouldnt have done. Now what the mechanic dosent know is my father passed away 2 weeks ago on Thursday. I dont remember him telling me about two tires but lets say he did. But funerals arent cheap and he had no clue my financial status to say anything about what I didnt listen to or should have done. Well bitch why dont you buy it for me since you know so much. So again I will make a true honest effort to find another mechanic where they take the money, put their head down, fix the problem and move on with no lip. I hope the best for scooter importer, but that issue needs to be addressed ASAP.

Got repairs done and it all seems good. These guys actually want you to enjoy your purchase. Probably realize happy customers are repeat customers.

Id give zero stars if I could but unfortunately I cant. I had come in to get a new battery for my moped, lady that works the front desk sold me a bikemaster battery for 100 bux, she gave me a whole spiel about this battery is nice because its gel and blah blah blah, I thought this was quite pricey since my motorcycle costs way less for a battery so I asked what the return policy is on it. She told me I have a 30 day money back guarantee. I get home and google the price of the battery and bikemaster sells this battery for 33 bux on amazon with free shipping!! So I come back in to return it and now the return policy has all of a sudden changed to exchanges only. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! Major major rip off!!

This place is a complete rip off in every aspect. Yea, I get it the mopeds are Chinese made and you get what you pay for but ripping off people for MINOR repairs?! They tried to charge me nearly $300 for a back tire replacement? So crazy.That just tells me that everything is overpriced. I will no longer pay for anything from this company. Ever!
