This place is an absolute joke. Delayed selling at CarMax because they said they would beat that offer. Went in but told me I needed lien release after “confirming with their business office” that I didn’t. Went in again after being told they were “ready to buy”. After arriving was told offer might be less because it had been a few days. Was then told there was no offer available because demand had changed. Went to CarMax on way home and sold for just above original offer. May have worked great for those that actually sold their cars but they will say whatever necessary to get you in the door, regardless of the seriousness of their intent. Spent 3 hours in the car in LA traffic. Don’t know if it’s management or lack of sophistication of local employees but firing everyone and starting over would be a solid first step.

We got a quote over the Internet filled out the application and gave me an estimate when I went in person they try to lowball me about $4000 less than the Internet offer. Then they tell me they would match the Carmax offer showed them the appraisal from Carmax and still wouldn’t make the deal. Poor customer service!!

I sold my car to Bidlane on Dec 24th. There’s a remaining loan on my car, and they were supposed to send a check to the lender by Jan 7th. They still haven’t done that, so the bank has deducted the monthly payment from my bank account. I have been communicating it with the salesman in their branch on Pico Blvd so far I got nothing. It’s really disappointing, and there’s no effort on their behalf to address the issue.

Came into Bidlane yesterday after instantly getting a text from Will after getting my Kelly Blue Book quote online. I came in and it took only 15 minutes to get a offer. While my in person experience with Bidlane was fine, I did not go with them as far as selling my car. All I will say is do your due diligence. I went to Bidlane because I was told by a friend of a friend of a friend that they give the most for vehicles. I had already received an approximate offer from Carvana (super easy to get online) so I had a ballpark on my car. The offer I received at Bidlane was significantly lower. I was a bit disappointed as I just wanted to be done with it and pick up my new ride. CarMax was across the street so I went over there so I could get an offer to compare. It was another 30 minute investment but they came back $900 higher and hit the number Carvana had given me. I was super happy! So, Im not saying dont give Bidlane a shot. I do highly recommend putting the time and effort into checking more than one option and picking what is best for you
