Excellent place to rent a car. Good customer service. The cars are always clean. I always get the car I request.

We had a wonderful experience with the El Segundo location. Paul was very nice, & got us into our rental quickly. We got a nice Toyota Camry, almost new, & very clean. Our return was very simple & fast as well. The price for a two week rental was way less than other car rental companies. We are not from California & were worried about renting from a company we are not familiar with, but we had no problems & saved a lot of money.

My experience with Midway was more than I expect. Herb was kind and jovial. He made the check out process quick and efficient. Thanks Herb. Will definitely be renting from this location at 11231 La Cienega blvd Los Angeles AGAIN!

These guys put me into a beautiful Mercedes c300 with a bunch of upgrades at a great price. They even went through the trouble of ordering me the upgraded navigation SD. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt great about the experience. In the past when leasing at regular dealerships, they really put me through the ringer for hours and it was exhausting. With these guys it was no BS and just super smooth. I really appreciate it.

I have been taking my car to Midway Auto Center for the last 2 yrs for various reasons. Every time I have taken by car in for any REASON they have taken EXCEPTIONAL care of me and my car .They are extremely customer focused and centered and provide EXCELLENT Customer Service. I am a women and Drive a Mercedes Benz and you never know when you go to a Mechanic if they will treat you fairly and be HONEST but the TEAM at Midway Auto Center are extremely honest. Great place. They were very polite. I hot all the instruction needed when I went in to purchase my uber vehicle. They made they provided me with reliable source to get insurance for car and gave all resources needed for any maintenance or repair shops if needed to maintain the vehicle. I suggest this place for anyone who is looking to purchase a reliable used or rental car.

We bought a Prius c from Stephen Prasompetch. Great experience. Stephen was patient and allowed us to continue test driving several models we were considering even though we stayed past the dealerships closing hour. There was no pressure whatsoever from Stephen. He is a delightful person and it was a pleasure to work with him.

Rented a car there - the price and the car were great, we were very well assisted at this store (thanks Dave!). Although, we specifically asked to pay in cash at the airport address return and the staff there got it all wrong and charged us on the credit card without our authorization (and didnt care to make anything about their mistake). Because our CC is paid foreign currency, this resulted on a significant additional cost on our end.

Probably the best place to lease with Uber. Good customer service but they get pretty busy so Id call to make an appointment before going.

I got my leased uber car here,and Mr.TUNDRE will take care everything to accomplished.

Failed to register the vehicle. Failed to deliver DMV tags or plates for 4 months with multiple calls and stop ins to remind them. Attempted to have me sign a new document almost 4 months later. Will be returning the vehicle ASAP. Uber drivers for xchange, do not go here!
